My girlfriend and I just bought a comforter set on clearance from the Rockwall store. When we opened it up at home, we realized that it was incomplete despite not being marked as such; it was missing both shams and a decorative pillow. However, upon calling the store and being put through to management, we were informed that the set was not eligible for return so basically we were just out of luck. Manager Tom, in particular, was extremely unapologetic and unhelpful, so well be looking forward to putting in a corporate complaint there. I strongly recommend avoiding this location.

Teresa is the worst possible customer service manager I’ve ever dealt with. The wedding registry is a complete joke. We had items that showed purchased on the wedding registry, yet she said we are lucky she’s returning them for us, then took an additional 40% off what they were priced before returning. A joke of a process, we have a ton of gift cards that we want to spend, but I will never step foot back into the rockwall location. As someone who has worked retail for over 10 years, I am disgusted with the service I received today.

Service was great! The item i needed was sold out but the sales manager found what I needed at another location so I made the purchase and she arranged for me to pick up my items at curbside on Dallasparkway. NICE!!!

It was always the best place to shop for linens, cookware, pillows..with really great customer service..if you didnt have your coupon, theyd offer you one.. now, not so much😒

I went to 2 bb and bs today. One on caruth in dallas and the other in rockwall. Caruth was very nice, people said hello, and felt welcome.The one in rockwall, not friendly at all. Never said hello at checkout. I scanned my card for payment and she walked away. Didnt know where she went so I grabbed my stuff and put it in the cart without a bag and waited for her to comeback to give me my receipt. She asked if I wanted a bag and I said no b/c she walked away. She just said, here and gave me the receipt.Customer service should be the same at all locations. Will not be back to the rockwall location. Very disappointed!!!

Ordered item online,should of been here 12-17-20, but when I track order, shows delayed, no delivery date. Ordered item again online, got canceled, reason unknown. Went to store and picked and paid for item, so I can have it for Christmas. Have notified them on order status, reply was going to check into it. I needed it for granddaughters Christmas present. I will return one of these items. Never had problems with delivery before, might be due with related to virus.

Didnt care for the staff working. Not personable at all. Maybe I just caught them on an off day? Store was clean and well organized.

Go fig, bed and bath is not their strongest suit. Its kitchen stuff. Good knife selections, appliances, tools, etc for the kitchen. All other sections are kind of meh, with even Walmart having more and better stuff. Staff here is friendly and efficient, and store is clean. I can walk right in, find what I need, and check out in 5 minutes.

How nice it was to go to this store. I was shopping for my kids, for college . Got a condo and we were shopping for so many things. A young lady mahogany was so kind, friendly, knowledge of sheets, prices, pillows, doggie beds, wow she helped us so much got do many things in order. I give it a 5. 100% next time I will look for her .. amazing help.

I was doing some seasonal shopping for a gift for a family member. I went in to look at in-stock comforters and other bedding items for his new bed. The on-site staff there were courteous and took me to the correct area of the store to shop for the items I was looking for. This store had a great selection, good sale prices and checkout was smooth and quick. If the need arises for items of this type or other items I know this establishment carries in the future Ill probably return to Bed Bath & Beyond!

I know it’s crazy to write a review about a big box store like Bed Bath and Beyond, but I feel like I have to because their customer service is so outstanding. Every time I go in there someone offers to help me and twice they’ve ordered things online for me. What amazes me is how efficiently they work. I was in and out of the store in 10minutes. Love this place.

Went here to get kitchen stuff to cook Thanksgiving dinner at our sons new house. Good thing we remembered to pack the BBB coupons, saved us a bundle, and allowed us to buy high quality items. Thank you BBB for your coupons.

Just like all BB&Bs, they have a little bit of everything that makes a house a home. They have all sorts of shower curtains, bath rugs, sheet sets, duvets, frying pans, cook sets, coffee machines, kitchen utensils, etc. If I think I have everything I need in the kitchen, I just walk through to pick something up I just have to have.

I love this store it has great staff and fun layout. It has amazing merchandise and great displays. I just wish the registers had more room I feel like Im in a closet at check out.

The store is clean and the associates are friendly. While looking at the vacuums, an associate approached us and told us which would work best for pet hair. There are so many cool things in the store and the layout is decent, although sometimes I feel like its a bit overcrowded but that is all BBB. We came across a bathroom shelf that was damaged and asked the manager how much he could take off for it. He said 20% which didnt seem to reasonable to me so we didnt take the offer, instead got one at TJ Max for much less 😁

Theres so much cool stuff at BB&B. Nice store, nice staff. Every time I go in this store Im asked multiple times if I need help. Sure attentive staff (or maybe I just look lost).

I dont have to say too much about this place, its been around a long time and it is well known for its professional and excellent customer service. The place is always clean and it always smells clean too. What a place it is! You can can get almost anything a home requires. You can get little nonchalants and what nots including furniture and and other endless items that can make your home cozy. If you havent been there in a while go visit, youll be glad you did.

My wife and I were helped by three different people on this visit and every one was friendly helpful, and efficient. Lots of interesting items in the store. I wish the aisles were wider, to better accommodate a mobility scooter.
