Open your fitting rooms and you get 5 stars review. Ive been buying my clothes at your competitors for this reason, you have to try the clothes on before you buy them. Your selection is almost as good as a super Target store which Rockwall deserves after all this time but it barely works when i dont want to drive to Rowlett. Self check out is a joke and you must always need to open more registers.

This place is usually clean. Using the app to shop- pick up- is always quick. No long lines inside.

Lack of selection. I took my grandson there for size 8-10 clothes. We found two pairs of sweatpants and two shirts his size - in the whole store. The area for boys of this age is so ridiculously small but it had more pajamas than clothes. Boys that age rarely even wear traditional pjs, but the do wear pants, sweatpants, blue jeans, shorts and shirts. And by the way, most boys who wear 10 or 12s dont want kiddy pictures on their clothes. I raised 3 boys and have 5 male grandchildren. I assure you they are outgrowing those silly images by that age. We left and went to Kohl instead. Very disappointed in Target.

Everyone was extremely friendly and willing to help, and it made me feel really welcome when everyone was asking about my day and how I was doing! I was having some trouble looking for traveling size body wash and Melissa had checked in on me before but saw I was struggling. She offered her assistance and her service was SUPERIOR!! I really love this location and always receive great service, I will continue to be coming back!

Associates are always friendly. Andrea who was working in womens clothing was so personable. She then jumped in and helped at the register.

Staff throughout the store and available to answer questions, all were friendly and greeted me, asked if I needed help. The Starbucks staff was extremely friendly as well.

Called twice to see if they had an item. Was told both times that they did and that she went and checked. Got there and nope! Didn’t have it. All they could say is oops

Using Target pick up is super easy and convenient!! Never waited more than a couple of minutes. Everything was fast and super simple!

The customer service was outstanding. This location is lucky to have Robin as part of their team, she treats customers like family! Robin goes out and beyond top resolve issues customers might have and makes the shopping experience a pleasant one.

I was able to order what I needed, and not have to worry about an item being sold out before I could make the 30 minute drive to the store.

If I could give this location no stars, I would. A line of at least 40 people and ONLY SELF CHECKOUT is open. Its not worth the wait if you just need a few basic items. I will go a CVS or Walgreens where they have actual people and managers dont let lines get that long.

This particular Target Location provided the absolute worst shopping experience of my life. I went with my elderly mother to stand in line for the holiday sale TV’s. We arrived at 3 am, anticipating the usual holiday crowds. To our surprise we were the first customers to arrive. As we waited patiently parked in our car two police SUV’s surrounded us. Target’s management racially profiled us and had called the police on us. After speaking to Law enforcement they themselves were unable to make sense of the call. One of the officers even knew my mother from local volunteer work she does in the community. I have never been more humiliated, hurt and disappointed in a franchise and it’s superiors. If you are a minority, look different in any way I urge you not to allow this establishment the opportunity to make you feel the same way, or profit off your hard earned money.

Target is turning off the air conditioner inside the store for approximately 1 hour every day with all of us having to wear mask and temperatures over 100 degrees outside. I was there today and I felt so hot I thought I was going to pass out. I was having a hard time breathing. I had to stop shopping and leave. I did not get my shopping finished. Wearing these mask we must have cool air to shop or not shop at all.

We did a lot of shopping with 8 families on Sunday the 13th, to say the least the store was extremely busy, but there were three Target team members that were unbelievable and embodied what I believe is the Target standard, Taylor, Cheyenne, and Jennae. They welcomed my partner in I with open arms in the store, they did everything in their power to make sure there was a lane available for us to continue to checkout the families we were serving, and the best part about it all, they did it with a smile in the middle of the all the people shopping. I could not be more pleased with the service that we received from these three ladies and it needs to be recognized for everything they did. Above and beyond customer service is lacking in todays retail industry and these ladies gave me hope that it still exists.Taylor, from understanding the mission, to making sure that we were taken care of as long as she possibly could with how busy it had gotten.Cheyenne, making sure that there was a register available to us as long as she could, but also, Cheyenne helped me a lot, especially when I couldnt find somethings, she didnt hesitate to go help me scan things and find it.Mrs. Jennae, unbelievable positive attitude. She checked out almost every family until it was time for her to go home. She laughed, she smiled, she was so upbeat and up for the task. She even went to the back to help find something for me.I just want to tell you three, THANK YOU!! It meant so much to me and the families this weekend of how we were treated and how the customer service received was above and beyond.

I love shopping at my local target never had an issue . Sadly today while shopping with my nephew as we were in the make up isle the employee stocking rudely said to him “ you need to stay 6ft away that’s required”. In a very rude tone. Mine you he’s only 3. I understood I grab him and explained to him why i did apologized to her.I keep shopping when and another employee came up to the employee stocking and started talking about how they were having a bad day and cussing out loud another customer heard as well. We just gave each other a look because it was so unprofessional I mean there’s kids around. I understand they were having a bad day I just wished they would of talked a lot softer to themself not out loud where customers shopping can hear.

I wish this target was bigger and had better food selections. I usually just buy groceries at Walmart or Kroger because they always have what I need. The store has nice selections on everything else besides food. Not gonna lie, I’ve been to this target 3 times in the past 5 days Christmas shopping so I still recommend.

The drive up ordering, paying, wait time, and pick up process was smooth and timely. No complaints at all. I even got some free samples of laundry detergent and dish soap in my bag!

The associate at the cash register that took care of me was exceptional! I’ve been going to Target for a long time and he’s the only one that took the time to ask me if I have a Target app. In addition, he took the time to explain why he asked me if I had a Target app on my phone Was to show me how I can earn points with my purchase. Most importantly, he was very calm, collected and not hurried while explaining how the app works and how it would benefit me if I use it. Target needs to hire more people like him! His name was Alex. Was so easy and convenient. I placed my order in the morning and within minutes I had a confirmation that my things where ready for pick up. When I went to pick up all I had to do is tap on the app that I was there and within minutes again my items where brought to me. I will definitely be doing this again when I need something quick.

Came at closing time and had what I needed just in time! Place is neat and customer service is pretty good! Prices were typical for a Target.

2 stars because they have items in stock, otherwise lower. This location is not practicing any safety precautions. They refuse customers to enter long before the closing time. Employees who are walking throughout the store have no regard to keep customers from allowing children whom are not with parents or wearing face masks to walk aimlessly in the aisles; opening refrigerated doors and looking through merchandise. Never shopping here at thie location again.

Just wanted to specifically come and compliment the excellent customer service I just received from a gentleman who stopped and helped me at the customer service counter try to set up my target red card into my app wallet - he had long hair and was super patient and kind and he is part of why I am a customer for life with target - thank you for your help and for going beyond the call on that for me!

It was a quick in & out to get a specific item. Very busy, full lines but the store was very clean. Express lane was open so that was helpful. The restroom was also very clean & well supplied. Every store person I saw was smiling, the check out lady was very nice.

Order was placed easily and I was notified when ready. I was able to pull up barcode easily for pickup and the person who helped me was very friendly and quick.

This target sold us a faulty switch that does not function and is now saying they’re not taking returns until April 16th. The woman delivering this message was incredibly rude. The extremely unwarranted, rude attitude was not acceptable.We were not notified of this policy upon purchase and it’s extremely frustrating to have this faulty product we can’t return.I was speaking with the customer service rep (male) when this woman, across the store, started yelling into our conversation from the front door. She was being absolutely horrible.Target needs to rethink this policy and whoever was working your front door at 8:00 on April 9th and looks about mid 70’s female..... have a talk with her. She needs management intervention.

When I do this review, I am comparing this location to other Targets, not just to other stores in general. Target tends to be a nicer store when it comes to the big box stores. Typically, you can expect the employees and customers to clean and friendly when compared to visiting other big box stores. This store could get a 5 star, but unfortunately the bathrooms tend to not be as clean as Ive come to expect when visiting a Target. Other than that, everything else was greaet on my visits.

Went in to look for a fireplace grate. We couldnt find any. Finally had to ask at the return desk and they dont carry them in store anymore. You have to order them online. Doesnt help when I want it today. However, the customer service was great. I rarely shop there because their prices are high. We priced a LED can light bulb by GE at Target and it was 19.99. We bought the same LED light bulb by GE at Home Depot for $13. Why shop at Target when you can buy for less elsewhere!

Cashier Holly was very helpful, friendly and took her time to explain how to use the target app and cartwheel to me as I have never used it before. I did not feel rushed or silly and she went so far as to show me on her app a feature not yet working on my own so knew how to use it once available to me.

I really love this location. It’s large and it has a great selection of just about anything you need. It’s not going to have the gargantuan selection of Walmart but you better believe they make up for it with quality.Best of all, they have a great men’s clothing section with some of the newest fashion lines and awesome, fair prices.

This Target Store like the hundreds of others have a very wide selection of goods and services.Staff seems friendly and willing to direct you or walk you to the item you are looking for.Store is very busy with a lot of foot traffic, but for the most part the store is clean and comfortable to be in.

I seriously HATE this location! The staff is rude, the management could careless and forget about calling...no one answers! Oh, and try asking for assistance, they may respond after they are finished with their conversation with one or more other employees.

Red basket in the walkways. Does not stir interest in buying that product. It is just cluttered. The music does not help. That was one of the things I liked about Target (no music). It not even good music. Target is trying to be too much like other retailers.

Be aware of purchasing online. The item I thought I was buying, and as was listed on the website was NOT the product I received. The product I received was a mini-dinky-version of the classic one offered online.Was a gift for Christmas for my granddaughter. Didnt order from Amazon, because Targets website had the version I wanted. I cant gift this crummy thing, and now am going to have to pay overnight shipping to Amazon.Note to Target: I know youre busy, but if youre going to keep me on the phone for 10 minutes, trying to ring Guest Services, please dont just arbitrarily hang up.
