Always can find just about anything we need AND if they dont have it now they will the next times you visit. Prices are so very reasonable! Staff very helpful. Car services offered here as well as optical and pharmacy. One stop shopping.Safety dividers at checkout. Just some of the things we were looking at for pricing and delivery.

Ended up losing a $10 gift card here due to a cashier that wasnt paying attention & wasnt honest, even after double checking if he ran it properly.The most attentive they appear to be is by letting people know self checkout is open, which would have been a great option except you cant redeem gift certificates there. If I shop here again, Ill be purposely ignoring any gift cards I may have for this reason.The shelves are at least stocked well & they do have some great bulk deals. Sams Club still has a better grocery selection, but Costco has better electronics Id say.

This is the BEST Costco I have been to. I recently purchased a couch from the store and the team loaded 1 of 2 pieces and the other one we had to open the box to for it in the car. It turned out one of the legs were missing the team did all they could to try and find the leg and fix it. However they were not able to and got me the correct piece and loaded it back in. Even the mangers came out and made sure we were taken care of, the staff was amazing who helped us through all of it.

Very nice and clean store. I was able to find everything I went here to shop for. The meat and seafood part of the store was very well stocked with a lot of different items to choose from.

This place is amazing. Its our Sunday family trip to the store. My boys enjoy a smoothie while we get to shop. Great selection of products and the wine selection is amazing. Recently got some shelves for the garage at a great price.

This Costco is excellent. Not too many degenerates walking around. The store is always clean. The lines are usually short. Ive never had to ask for help, but the employees always seem friendly!

Management isnt that freindly or helpful. I signed up for water delivery service from a business readyfresh. Dont waste your time,I havent been able to get water for 2 weeks,and when I canceled my service,I was told about a $50 conditioning fee that I was never told about in the store when I signed up. Costco you need to be careful who you let promote their business inside of your store!

Im giving 5 stars cause if it wasnt for COOPER I would have quit my first day as an Instacart shopper. He went over and beyond his duties and for that Im very grateful.. Everybody was very helpful but COOPER was just AWESOME.. Thx again

When you think Costco you think awesome fun, Hidden gems at a great price. Which most the time is correct they have awesome merchandise and unique things. The problem with Costco is there people and how they’re always trying to be stuck in politics. Relax a little man And just go with it!

The pizza is really good.

This Costco was very crowded, but I did go on a weekend. The associates were very helpful when asking where products could be located and the check out was very fast. We have eaten at several different Costcos and the food is usually the same no matter where you go, but at this location the pizzza was better than normal. We will shop at this location again.

The store was very clean and the the shelves were stocked full. Really had a fun time!

This place has everything! I normally go on my day off which is Sunday mornings. Regardless of the cluster fudge of inconsiderate people blocking my way at almost every step, the check out process is very fast. Good job to the employees for keeping things running smoothly.

I love the store policies. Warranty shopping. Costco knows what it takes to keep customers. We save hundreds monthly. The only issue is that its pretty far away.

I really like this location. Very clean and organized. Theres always an employee around if you have questions. It does get busy on the weekends but the lines move quickly. The staff direct you to different check out lanes if they get too long.Restrooms are always clean and they do sanitize all shopping carts as well.Overall, great place to shop.

Signed up last year at the time the so called pandemic started and only be here 3-4 time due to them requiring a mask to be worn. I decided not to go back till the required not to wear one. Received my renewal notice along with my 6$ money back certificate so decided to go back today and see if mask was required and it wasnt!! So I walked to the service department to receive my 60$ back. Alex w. was helping me and he needed a manager (didnt get his name) help to have this completed. Heard Alex tell him...its only for 6$ and the manager said big spender. They both started laughing which is very unprofessional!! The reason why I only received 6$ back is because I didnt want to do business with them due to the mask mandatory. If it was for that I would have spent way more. Now even though mask isnt required Ill probably not renew or ever go back due to the manager and employee being unprofessional and not respecting their customers.

Well first of all self-checkout at a Costco its not really beneficial for anybody. We already dread coming and getting the bulk set stuff so now youre going to make this scanner own stuff out and then not even a baguette, but go on our merry way thats crazy. I think you need to take out the self-checkouts just add some more Checkers you know your peak times. Why are you acting like you dont. Anyway this is my experience.

Love Costco! always good stuff... Love that you can buy bulk organic food at a reasonable price, you can find really good deals in clothes or shoes and thats always a plus when you have growing kids. I love that I can find better snack options for my toddler not filled with much sugar or bad stuff. And finally I love Costco because of their policy, you are just not satisfied with something? no problem just return it, yes they will ask why to see of they can donate or re sale but they will never say no you cannot return it! A lot of value at Costco.

Costco is consistently top notch. Great selection of merchandise at competitive and sometimes excellent prices. There gasoline is really high quality. Info available at the pump. Employees are well trained in customer service.

Typical Costco warehouse carrying the same items seen elsewhere. Cashiers and food sampler reps are friendly. Return depart is also very honest. After we had made some returns and had left the store, someone there called to inform hubby that they had forgotten to give him credit for a boxspring ($80), and reminded him to come back with his cc for the additonal credit.

Huge store...total money spent on groceries is s lot more than what I spend at Walmart, but food lasts longer time since they are bigger portions.

So happy to have the ketchup and mustard pumps back at the food court. But seriously, the paper bags they lit the hot dogs in are terrible. Besides them not holding the heat in, if you dress your dog with mustard and take it out to the car to eat, theres no way to get them out without getting mustard all over your hands. Especially not ok when you have kids in the car. Please go back to the foil wrappers. We anxiously await the return of the relish and onions. Best dogs around and worth the trip.

Returned a set of sheets we got ät Costco in California that were the wrong ones and they returned our credit to my credit card here in Texas. Then went and did our monthly shopping.

Went straight to the pharmacy and walked right back out. Less than 5 minutes. It was awesome!! Employees are great.

I love Costco but where we came from we had Sams and the biggest difference is Sams has scan and go. Costco needs this. In this day and age it’s silly to wait in line. I will say though that I love all the keto items Costco has.

Whats not to love about Costco? While they do require masks still, they have began offering samples! Loaded up on about $200 worth of meat to smoke and a couple cases of Topo Chico (which they have tons of in both regular and lime, glass and plastic.

Avoid on the weekends but great during the week

Weve been shopping at Costco starting in the Seattle area since 1984. Now that weve moved to Texas, we drive over an hour to shop here. We love the value, the quality, and the variety of items we find whenever we shop and we love being able to order some things online when we cant drive to the physical store.

Extremely disappointed today with CostCo in Rockwall. Person handing out samples stated both flavors where on sale and i get the checkout and full it was price. i ask for a manager and a lady comes up and states she is the manager ( Claire) ask what the problems was and i explained and she said o well. I went to the service desk afterwards and found out she was NOT the store manager. CostCo still did not honor the Advertised price.

The checkout people are the best around! Fast and efficient!

Always great prices, quality, and special finds. And their 1 year return policy rocks (electronics 90 days). Im not worried about wasting money when trying new things because if it doesnt work in my life or my taste buds dont like it I can really return it.

Nice store thats always spotless and well stocked. They have a lot of great baking products that are a really good buys. I get 50lbs of bread flour for about $12. Thats amazing. Very good flour. I bake a lot of stuff with 50lbs of flour.

I went to get a few things after work today and my daughter was eating her snack. The group before us had a child walk in without a mask yet when I go in the lady trys to stop me and tell me my child needs to wear a mask. The lady didnt stop the group before me.The group before me had a man with them and I was alone with my kids. I dont appreciate being singled out just because Im a women. I will not be shopping here anymore. I will talk back and I will not be discriminated against just because Im a women. me. Will abide by the rules once I am not singled out. You lost a customer. And yes I did tell a supervisor about the situation.

Terrible services, told me I couldn’t shop even though I have a membership and I’m over 18. Don’t recommended shopping here. Lazy workers and bad prices.

Costco is hard to compare to another Costco...its Costco!!! The staff is friendly, the store is organized, I like it and have not had any issues with them.

Everything is always nice and neat. Prices are easy to read. A good variety to choose from. And everyone is nice and helpful

They have it all and a lot of it. Some pretty good deals on everything from batteries to vitamins. I use theirs pharmacy and am especially am fond of the beer & wine section ;)

I like the fact they carry nicer items than Sams. It is hard to go in with a grocery list because you never know what they will have.

Always good to find some good deals on regular items, new items, and seasonal items.

Always a gd place to spend money unexpectedly

If you plan to buy tires here just get the tires and take them to your own shop. Busted TPMS sensor and then covered it up put a completely different aftermarket TPMS that didnt work with my vehicle. Mind you this was the first new set of tires put on this vehicle. Vehicle never has had a tire replaced or fixed before.

It was fun !! I made a list of so many things I have to go back for. There is a rug that is just perfect for my living room!!

Had to go in to get blackout provisions. Stuff we could eat without having to cook since its unpredictable right now given the weather based issues. They were great, from the moment we needed a cart to when we started using their new self checkout terminals. Just so glad they were open.

4/7/2018: I just realized they have a tire center at this one. They do tire rotation, mount tires and other tire services.They have tap payment available at their POS system. So you can use your phone with NFC.----------------------Home of the $1.50 hotdog and food sampling! LOL 😁This is the Costco we go to often. We also have gone to the one in Plano but this is closer since moving to Wylie. The prices are good and the place is clean. The restrooms are also clean. Costcos are just awesome! Good staff, good service and good prices.
