This is a pretty nice location, staff was very helpful. Found exactly what I was looking for, but the one they had was broken. Hubs could fix it, he thought, so they discounted it and said if we cant fix it, we can still return it. Very pleasant to work with.

Love Home Goods!!, however, I wish there was a better way of displaying art without feeling like you have to remove so many to see what’s behind the one in front of it and so on. Checking out mirrors when they’re placed like this also drives me nuts for fear that the front one is going to fall forward and break to pieces!

Omg, this was my first time at Home Goods...loved the bargins in here...I bought things I didnt even need.

Its an interesting place to shop. Never know what you might find at bargain prices. The only draw back is a lot of things you might like they only have two of.

I love home goods kitchen and cell phone holders.. So the prices are half price and the quality of the items is good!!

Great place to find good stuff, nice and clean store. All staff is always very nice and courteous Aracely and Isabel were really helpful.

I love this store. I spent 2 hours just looking and only covered about half of the store. They carry so many unusual items...anywhere from flower vases to dog toys. They follow all the safety measures, masks, distance and they clean shopping baskets regularly as a customer leaves.

This is really a nice clean store. I always enjoy going in this store to pick up small things. The staff is always nice and courteous. Dont pay full price at the other stores.

There are lots of items for home at a good price. None of the associates asked if I needed any help. Great layout of items and the sections are labeled with huge signs so you dont have to walk around looking for a specific area.

I moved from California where I had access to HomeGoods most of the time to East Texas. I walked into the Rockwall store while visiting family and was so happy to have a clean, fresh and abundant store to shop for gifts in!!! I truly cannot wait until their store opens in Tyler!!

Jacob was really helpful and made my experience so much easier. He carried everything out to my car and made sure it stayed in top notch condition. He even kept a smile on his face in this 1000 degree heat.

Great place to find unique pieces for home decor. Its a hit or miss. September - January are great times to shop. They stock up during the holiday season. The store was full when I visited today!

I love the store so much! Its always fun and exciting to go shopping and see all of the new things that come in. They always have really cool salt lamps and once I found one that was carved into the shape of a rose! The only thing that I dont like is that they always have a huge amount of decorative pillows. It takes up two to four rows. I would just rather have housewares! Overall I love this store!

Visited this place for the first time a few days ago. I am glad I just found out about it because I would have spent so much money here. My place would look a 100 times better but my bank account would be dryer than it already is! This is the best Home Goods place to go!

I love me some Homegoods

This was my first time at a Homegoods Store. I was excited to finally see what was inside. At first it appeared to be great and for the most part it was. But shortly into the shopping experience I realized Homegoods is basically a Ross Store without the clothes. I did not see any clothes and possibly because I didnt go through the entire store. I didnt purchase anything either. I gave it 4 stars because I it great for what it is. I saw lots of great things, EVERYWHERE. The everywhere, falling off the shelves kind of stores are not my kind of shopping. I want stuff in its place, with the correct sizes and prices together. That is the only reason why I left off a star. My mom was with me and she would have gave all 5 stars.

I love shopping at Home Goods and their merchandise is wonderful. However the store in Rockwall is overstocked with too much good stuff. You get a little overwhelmed when youre in there. Its so full its cluttered.

You will find deals that you will not expect to find. You will find specialty food home decor and kitchen items. Price is Right too. One of my fav place to shop, and I hate shopping.

I havent seen the manager who always wore shirt and tie in a while! The young man even thanked me for my military service. I think his last name was Jackson, or was it Johnson??, anyway he earned yall five stars!

I returned a shower rod that cost $13.oo. the manager had a bad attitude took forever to come from the back to the front to take care of the situation which was my refund and drilled me as to why I was returning the shower rod. I had just bought the shower curtain rod 30 minutes before I returned it! I had my receipt the barcode was on the box but the store sticker wasnt on the box so because of that it took forever to do a refund. The manager had a horrible attitude and I will never come to your store again to buy anyting for unfair if I were to return something I would be put through hell again!

Poor management. Seems everyone is on a different schedule with things scaddered all around the store. Employees seem to not be having fun, thats what work is all about but within the past year I believe they switch managers as well as assistant manager, the other assistant manager Debbie was amamzing, friendly and very helpful, and now management there is poor. I believe theres another manager to has no business to be there, I have been there multiple times where she has been yelling at employees, I believe her name is Sophia. If I knew how to complain about that Sophia lady I would. She just the definition of a poor manager. Overall Poor management all the way around in the store. I feel bad for the employees. Want the old management back, they were the best and the only reason Im giving this store 2 stars.

Pardon my review as it is made from the point of video of a husband who was dragged along for the visit. This treasure hunt style store is related to TJ-MAXX and Marshalls, where the sections have loosely organized areas with next to no rhyme or reason to placement. Its very much like a high end good-will... where the items are new instead of used.The prices seem average to fair, none of the deals jumped out to me as ridiculous or anything like that. Often when viewing an item I laughed when I saw the original price thinking wow would someone actually pay that?. lolThis store is fair enough, overall, to visit. Its just nothing special really. Men, if you can manage to stay in the car while she shops: do that instead.
