Me too. If I could give a zero. Ordered at 9AM today for pickup 4 to 5 today. Sat I. The pickup area after checking in, 100 degree weather and called repeatedly and was told they were still pulling it. Someone could have communicated better. This stores service is not what it used to be. Some of our items were for dinner tonight. Ordered from Kroger, we have our groceries and relatively the same price..

They have a large selection of groceries that are reasonably priced and have good check-out service.

Very clean & usually well stocked. The staff is also fast & friendly. Woo hoo?

I should have done this review earlier, but we just moved here and didnt find enough time. Thank you, Pinal and Ezinne, for going above and beyond to provide me the service. These two ladies unlocked the pharmacy and spent time after hour finding out the insurance and everything, so I could provide medication for my son, who got sick the day we moved.

1st time to this location super clean store not crowded. One of the nicest Wal-Mart i have been too

Never had an issue here with employees or the facility. Only gripe, and this is common to all Walmart’s in the area, the “fresh” food is often left on the shelf until very close to expiration so be warned to look at the dates of everything you buy. I’ve been screwed a few times buying something in a rush and getting home and realizing it goes bad the next day.

The Hispanic employee by the name Wanna discriminates against Black American people. She refused to give me my Walmart to Walmart cash after I verified my identity in lieu of a simple typo on the behalf of an error from the sending Walmart employee that she could clearly see. This sneaky manager also decided to deceive me into thinking that she was going to the back to get my cash after having me sign off that I received the cash. Watch out because Walmart has thieves for staff member in management positions at this location.

They do a good job keeping the place clean, my last visit was to exchange am item and the staff was friendly and helpful. Overall the store is a good convenience stop with low to mid level traffic

Visit this Neighborhood Wal-Mart just every once in a while but not since the COVID. Always clean and tidy, competent staff and just a good clean local place to get groceries. Today I went to try out the Rug Doctor rent carpet cleaning machine. Immediately as the rental was completely self help, I asked an associate to which she quickly gave me a run down of the rental kiosk and I was in and out of there for around 60 which included the Pro Rug Doctor Pet version of there cleaning solution. Did the whole house in a couple of hours with a break or two. Rug Doctor machine worked perfectly, no more dog smell, all the spots were up, stairs done all with a rent carpet cleaner from a kiosk? I highly recommend! the actual machine could be heavy to some and can fit in a nice size trunk. The hose attachment allowed me to clean an upholstered chair as well as easily go up the stairs while the unit stayed on the first floor. For the DIY person its a must if you need to tidy up the carpets!

This store is always clean and has way less people than the one in Rowlett.

Small neighborhood market with somewhat limited variety/ selection. Has good basic choices. I have been coming here for years, since it opened. In general, I havent had any problem with the staff. Does NOT have a garden center but occasionally sells cut flowers, potted Orchids and the like. No propane or gasoline is sold here. Parking is always available. Has Red Box video rentals, grocery pickup and money center available from 8am to 12pm.If you find this review informative and/or helpful, please give it a thumbs up or positive rating!

Clean and organized store.

Curbside pickup is solid, every time! Kroger’s pick up is trash compared to this neighborhood Walmart. I am notified every step of the way, with substitutions or out of stock items. The workers are so professional and courteous. 5 star service from these curbside folks. Zach is one name I remember but all of them are fantastic. I’m in and out within minutes every time!

Love this neighborhood store, especially the people in the pharmacy. Friendly and just the right size for me. Have never had any problems and stocking is also great. I also wonder about the guy who gets the baskets...have spoken hello many times with no response from him.

Clean store. Usually has everything in stock that I came for. Easy to do walmart to walmart transfers and pick up walmart.com orders.

I wanted to share my experience with your employee Brittany front end manager? I believe. She managed to calm down an angry customer because the store was clearly understaffed and all while helping at customer service and answering phones. She kept a smile on her face and spoke respectfully to everyone and listened to their frustrations. What a great young lady we have serving our neighborhood community! Thank you, Brittany and Walmart Team, during these stressful times.

This is my favorite Neighborhood Walmart location. Staff is always friendly, shelves are well stocked and rotated, and it is never too busy!

I love this Walmart. Its just the right size. You dont have to walk a mile to get the things you need, like makeup, hair products, medications, etc. I love the people that work there. I now know all the employees. They have a great group of people working for them. Plus, they have started playing music in store like, Disco, Alternative and Classic Rock. I caught myself singing out loud one evening to some Led Zeppelin. It made my shopping alot more fun. Thats for sure!!!??🤩😎

Much better than the one across the bridge. Still everyone who works there is either mean or really weird but thats Walmart. Especially the parking lot guy. Ive been going here for over 12 years weekly and Ive only ever seen him be mean. He seriously hates his life so much but even when you say hi nicely he looks at you like he hates you so much its uncomfortable.

Easily the best walmart Ive been to (Ive been to over 7 from different states). Shelves are almost always stocked, employees are very nice, and store is full of best essentials while still quite a manageable size. It doesnt fall into the stereotype of Walmart, trust me. I even had the pleasure of working here and I can tell you that what goes on behind the customer knowing is very solid and just. I definitely reccomend coming here for any grocery or social needs

I like the small community feel of this Neighborhood Walmart. Much prefer going to this one as opposed to the larger stores for food items. Not the location to go to though if you are looking for non food items.

This is a great place to go when you need something quickly. They have been updating the stores interior and doubled the number of self-serve checkout stations. They keep the store clean.

Manager got in my face with a mask down below his nose. They also let four teenagers with no masks. Most of the employees were wearing their masks over their mouthed only.

The store was clean and organized. There were plenty of checkout lanes and cashiers to handle the time of night.

Seems lately its under stocked, not sure maybe people are going over the bridge to the other Walmart market? (1 mile away) Management not much on other human interaction? Get it together rockwall Walmart market or they will be closing you too! We like the convenience of your location

Love this WalMart. Staff is friendly and helpful. Quicker and easier than the larger stores. They dont have furniture or guns, but they have everything I buy! And a definite lack of WalMartians! Normal people. Fun to shop again

A depressing place to shop. The store is dirty, plenty of out of date products, moldy or rotten produce is easy to find and the prices at checkout often are not accurate. Just go elsewhere and for a few pennies more you get a much better experience.

Really! Who at Walmart World Headquarters thought that installing the little gates with the VERY loud siren was a great idea? Especially when the siren goes off randomly and unexpectedly?Its loud enough to hear throughout the store. So, even when its not going off for no reason, Everytime a customer realized they forgot to grab a cart before passing the gates has to decide whether to go around through the checkout lines or risk setting off the siren to get back to the cart stand.The employees already have learned to ignore the siren, though I doubt that it makes for a very enjoyable workday!Someone at Walmart had a great plan to drive customers to the Kroger down the street. Worked on me.

Wish I could give it zero. Management basically has no critical thinking. They are basically like robots with scripting and little to no actual intelligence. Refused to sell my husband a case of beer with his legal TX ID because I didn’t bring my ID with me as well. He is 35 and I am 36. Give me a freaking break. That is the most ridiculous policy ever, and highly offensive.

Clean, neat, easy to find things you are looking for. I love the no hassle or exhausting option of this small one for a few groceries versus walking the whole store in the big ones... just to find a few groceries. 😁

Out of a lot of items!

They decided to remove several assisted check out lanes with srlf check lanes. I took my three items to customer service. Conversation went like this.What do you want?Just want topay for this.Self check lane. I dont do self check.Lane 1. and the clerk walked off. Lane 1 was closed but lane 2 was open, with about a 20 minute wait. I put my syuff down and left. Customer service isnt having the customers doing all the work.

Just found out today the new meat guy quite after almost 2 months he was very nice and always asked if I needed help he even saved boxes for me and my wife when we asked if he had any also the walmart is pretty good staff is hard to find sometimes its like they are playing hide and seek but overall descent store
