Every time I shop here I am told they canceled my credit card. When I call from home, I am told the card should work fine.

We went in for a birthday photoshoot today, the lady who took the pictures was so kind and patient (sorry I forgot her name).Our 1 year old wasnt having it but she was so patient even offered us to go take lunch and get back. Bless your heart.

I havent been inside this store yet, but I have done curbside pickup a handful of times in the past month and Im impressed by their service. The employees are quick to bring your order out and always very friendly and polite!

Bought 2 pair Arizona jeans reg price $50 sale price $27.99. It wasnt until I had checked out and out the door is when I notice I had not received the sales price but instead the price was $40 per pair. I returned to the store immediately and was assisted by an associate who saw the price error and applied a refund $25.99 back to card.

I love the sales, but the hair salon is where I visit the most. LaSondria and her team do a fantastic job of caring for all hair types.

Excellent customer service & a great sale.

I went in for a pair of work pants and found two. One pair was $47, however it should have been on sale, but it didnt register. The sales associate recognized it before I said anything. The error was corrected and my second pair rung up at the correct sale price. So I was thrilled, but the icing on the cake was I forgot my JCPenney C/C and I asked by any chance is there a way to look up my C/C I didnt bring it with me. Well....guess what yall the answer was Yes Maam we sure can. 🙂 So..BAM! Then the surprise I received was the total price for both pair was $44. I was in shock because it should had been a little bit more, but I got another discount because I used my JCPenney C/C. I got both pairs for less than that one pair for $47. Thank you Liz for providing great customer service and knowing what items were on sale. She has such a Great personality and it was sincere. Thank you JCPenney for all that You Do as well. 💯👍 #happysatisfiedcustomer

Curbside service doesnt work. Tried to pick up order and all I got is an endless loop saying that it was available through the app, which I was using. Even tried going directly to the website with the same results. Either fix it or delete it. Dont say you offer it and then make it impossible to use.

I was let in on accident and I wasn’t aware at all that the store was closed and still didn’t open yet. As I tried leaving the doors were locked and this lady opened the door for me. She was very rude and kept glaring at me with an impolite expression. I will not be returning to this J.C. Penney.

Im 68, and JCPenney is the only place I can walk in and buy clothes. Everywhere else has either Big or Tall, but you cant be both. Too bad many of them are going out of business

Excellent customer service! I stopped by stressed and really do not enjoy shopping for shoes. I explained yo Layda what I wanted. She set out to find the right shoe. Well lo and behold I left there with exactly what I asked for. What a great shopping experience and no TAX!!

Whoever was at the jewelery section today treated me and my wife horribly. I know I have a darker complexion, so that couldve been the reason. She asked how she could help us while she was with another customer, and kept staring us down. Then she says Just so you know anything yall touch I have to clean. I understand that is policy, but we werent intentionally touching stuff, and if you gotta clean it, clean it dont tell me about it. Do your job. We spun a display to view jewelry, and that was all.

I did some online school clothes shopping for my son. It was a guessing game, since he is in between sizes. I took advantage of the Black Friday sale they had going. Unfortunately majority of the items did not fit him. I took them to exchange the items, unfortunately they did not have a size that fit him. Luckily Angela assisted me with my return/exchange. She even helped me figure out what I could exchange the item for to get the sale price. She was very sweet, and professional. She made my little boy laugh and entertained him, while I was trying to get my oldest son to make a decision. I was very impressed and pleased! I love JC penny’s and will always return. Even more now thanks to Angela.

Walked in at 6:50 and they said they was closed and the lights were out. Was running in to buy a ser of queen size liquid sheets. So went to Walmart.

An employee was very rude to my husband when we visited this place! We asked the sells rep to please help us find a nice comfortable pillow for a good night sleep and she said well we have this 5.99 pillow! Like are you serious, she was just profiling us. So disappointed

Nice store, associates were trying to keep it tidy. There were at least 6 people that greeted us and asked if we needed help finding something. The infant clothing section isnt that big and their clearance rack was even smaller. We REALLY liked the active wear clothes and the incredible prices!!

I got to the store with a return just as they were closing and she was locking the door and she told me to come on in and they would take care of me. I looked at the time and it was 2 minutes after they closed.

Luv this JC Penney location! Clean, organized, well-lit....every department! Customer service areas easy to find, and staff were very professional and eager to assist.

I wanted to find a couple of reasonably priced necklaces for my grandchildren to give to their mother for Christmas. The very nice associate in the jewelry department was so understanding and helpful. She was able to find two beautiful necklaces and with the sales and additional coupons that she found for me my daughter will have two awesome gifts from her children.

II came to this location from East Dallas for a pot and pan set I purchased online. Ive got to tell you, Joan was a huge help! She got my online order together for me then showed me around the kitchen and home furnishing section. I had some interior design ideas and she knew exactly what to show me. I was in and out in no time! Ill be back to this location one day soon.

Salon has great customer service

I was looking for a wool mans coat and found it here and with the coupon I got it from $180 at $50, so I got me two!!!

Excellent!! Went in to the salon wanting them to chop off about 10inches from hair as another hair dresser from another salon managed to ruin. But thankfully I met Angie she is amazing!! Not only did she rescue my hair but managed to give it life again without chopping it all off. Now my hair looks beautiful. Hats off to you Mrs. ANGIE!!👍

Seems like most of the merchandise is out of style. I think the writing is on the wall for J.C. Penney. Sad but not keeping up with other big department stores.

We had a photo appointment at 4:45 pm on a Monday in November and it was not too busy. I appreciated the calls to remind me and even to notify that I could come in earlier. We were able to choose 2 different backgrounds and the photographer was very professional. She was quick and proficient with getting us into the desired poses. However, I felt a like she was not able to come up with different poses for the different backgrounds. Not a big deal but we have basically the same poses with 2 different backgrounds. The studio is a little hidden in the back of the store with zero sign to direct you where to go. I only knew because I visited a few years ago. We really loved the pictures and will return another day.

Went to get a green blouse for my wife and got her a watch with a date on it so she wouldnt have to ask me every day (whats todays date). Also got me a reversible belt. AND her Christmas present-a zirconia bracelet with matching studs. We were randomly given a nice mint chocolate with a percent off our purchase. It saved us an additional 40% besides the sales prices!! Now THAT is my kind of SHOPPING! Go Pennys!

The prices on the homecoming dresses were awesome. We got half off at the register and were also able to use a 20% off coupon from the app. Some of the beadwork on one dress we looked at was missing. We always have really good luck finding formal dresses there at a reasonable price.

We love how clean the stores have become. Their clothing is great! Black Friday coupons are the best!!! Please never stop the rewards program. Very appreciative for this shopping benefit.

First time I came to this specific location and I was very impressed how clean and well-kept it is. The other JC Pennys Ive been to are not. I also like the fact you can use your phone and their app in store to price scan and other things!

The associate that helped me was very kind and a very pleasant person. She asked me if there was anything else she could do for me after I checked out. That was awesome! !!

Great staff and prices

Its really no surprise this company is going out of business. Stood at the Jewelry counter for 5-10 minutes to inquire about buying a couple of citizen and bulova watches as Christmas gifts. 2 employees looked me dead in the eye as I stood at the watch counter and then walked off. This place cant shut down fast enough.

Like Pennys so much better since they went back to the more normal kind of store. Have also been going to the salon for about a year and Traci is fabulous! ! She does a great job with my natural curly hair!

Nice store, the employees were very helpful overpriced especially when they say product is on clearance but its way overpriced in the 1st place. So for instance a pair of shorts is 50 dollars and 60% off when the shorts should be 20 dollars in the first place LOL

JcPenny is always awesome! The young ladies at Sephora are always helpful and very courteous in Rockwall!! I love that I can just walk right in front and find what I want without going through the whole store. The ladies always offer assistance and make their presence known if you need any help.

Used to have more variety in clothes, but doesnt any more. They also took out the majority of the registers, so if its busy you end up waiting forever to check out. Last time I was in, I waited over 30 minutes in line. It wasnt moving at all and I ended up walking out.

My interest at J. C. Penney is mens socks and t-shirts. The Stanford heavy t-shirts is one of the best available. They usually have a discount available.

I’m amazed that this location is still in business! It’s dirty, they have no selection in a variety of sizes, sales staff are almost impossible to locate. It’s a whole lot like walking into a big used clothing store. I won’t go back

This JCP is not a large dept store as they are inside malls, but its why I like it. Very well organized, especially in the clearance areas; clothes are not thrown on the floor, sizes are very well grouped together - customers have to do their bit in not making harder for employees to keep clothes up and organized - The employees were very nice from the floor to checkout. Well kept, great customer service, good prices and cant beat the clearance sales.Highly recommend for back to school shopping. JCP doesnt get the love it deserves as far as stylish shopping, they have pricey items but it wont break the bank.So shoes, very particular when it comes to shoes; great for kid shopping not so much for grown ups.Thanks thats it.

I have simple tastes and I am pretty easy to please. I just expect good attitude, good service and some professionalism. I got all three when I went here to have a photo shoot. I also took advantage of their special pricing on digital photos with copy rights. Yes, in case you didnt know,..JC Penney has a professional photo department. You can set up appointments too.
