I cannot begin to say how well i was treated. Design problem on my tiny house made the rear axle almost impossible to install new tires. It took two of their techs an hour + to change 2 of the 4 tires that i purchased. They were patient and persisted. Neither managers or techs complained. Great people to work with. I make annual runs from Calif to Wyo. (snow bird) and i will definitely keep them in mind for my tire needs. My kudos to all of you.

My tire pressure light came on, and I had a pretty long drive planned for the next day. I stopped by this shop 10 minutes before closing because of my work schedule. The employee who came out to help me (I wish I’d gotten his name) was so incredibly friendly. Even though I’d come for a free service right before they were going to close, he was so kind and helpful. I wish more businesses understood the value of kindness. I seriously plan on going back for any tire needs I have in the future because I had such a positive experience.

I went to this business for the first time. I wanted a quote for tires and to my surprise they have a lane just for free tire pressure check. It was full service and free! A member of the sales staff came to where I parked after getting air and evaluated my current tires and I was expecting that I would need 4 but they didnt take advantage of the fact that I was unsure. I only needed 2. I got a great quote! I also got a referral for where to take it to get an alignment as they dont do those. Looking forward to having this all done.

Went to the Provo store 15 minutes before closing and asked if they could fix a flat tire. Not only did they fix it, but they did it for FREE!!! This was an incredible blessing! The tire was for my sons car and he needed it that night to transport his band, 19 Miles Per Hour, to a gig. What awesome service!!! Totally made my day!!! My new Segway tires needed the bead seated, something I couldnt complete with the weak gas station air pumps. Brought it in to this location, and they got it done in under 5 minutes. Didnt even charge me for it. Ive visited other Discount Tire locations for my car tire needs, and Ive never had a bad experience at any of them. Great company!

Great service and they install new tires speedily. My only gripe is the front desk guy Mike did not tell me or ask me about the tire certificates refund/replacement program... whether he forgot or intended to not mention it (or maybe I’m just ignorant that that is a common thing to buy). It ended up adding another $68, $17 per 4 tires. Just beware that this is an extra fee they add on unless you state that you don’t want it I hope these guys consistently ask people in the future if they would like to invest in the program instead of adding it on without clearly stating what it is/why you should invest in it.

I came in last minute with a tire mount, but ended up needing a new tire. Alexander was friendly and willing to help despite it being so close to closing. He took care of my tire needs. Very grateful! Thank you.

Also there was an issue with the cv axle bolts being loose on my front end notified me immediately showed me the issue and made me aware of the other issues these bolt being loose could cause.. These guys are awesome. They go above and beyond. They saw someone across the street struggling to change their flat tire and jumped into action. They brought a jack of their own over, changed the tire and got the people on their way within minutes. Well done guys.

I’m giving 3 stars because when I called to inquire about a tire being in stock the service I received from Jordan was phenomenal. I was excited to set my appointment for 5 pm and be in and out like I was told. To my disappointment when I arrived for my appointment I waited as they continued to put other cars in front of mine. If a walk up customer (who deserves great service as well) will get serviced before me then why offer for me to get an appointment? I will not be using this discount tire again.

These guys were great! Amazing service and prices. Only reason its not 5 starts is because I made an appointment and they didnt honor it, had to wait an hour and thirty minutes for my vehicle to be done. Other than that, they cleaned the tires and were fast when it came time for mine. They also take care of the military 🇺🇲

Great staff and great company! All of my experiences with discount tires have been amazing and nothing leas than phenomenal! There tires last a long time and even if you have not gotten tires from them they have free services! We had a nail in one of our tires and they kept working on it until it was out, patched up the tire and we were on our way! Will continue coming here for all of our tire needs!

I arrived 45 minutes before quitting time. They got me in quickly and changed both tires on my trailer. And they didnt carry rims for the trailer, but they did order one in for me. They were also very friendly, which is great when youve had a bad day. And the prices were great. I will definitely be going back. And I am so thankful that there are tire shops out there like this!

I took my brothers vehicle in to get a slow air leak on two tires fixed.... since thats where he got them. Great bunch of employees and they updated me on where the air leak was coming from and how they handled it. Kudos!

This is my favorite tire place in the history of tire places Ive been to. They have FREE AIR CHECKS(they put air for you) and FREE flat repairs. Well as of 8/15/19. You know that could change a couple of years from now depending on management. Anyways, Joe is always out there helping us with our SUV. I have come for countless air checks and Joe just happens to be the one that helps me. He always has a smile and he is so kind. He does everything on fast mode and makes sure we are taken care of. He also respects your choice when you cant get certain things even though its highly recommended($). They have really good prices that are hard to beat. SUV tires can be expensive but Ive bought one for less than 150 (the least fancy one). They have a small train station for kids to wait too and free water. They text you when its done but usually they let you know its ready. The restrooms are clean. Its not that busy at certain times. I highly recommend this place and I hope you get Joe to help you because hes awesome. Im sure everyone else is too. It just appears he goes above and beyond.

Definitely wouldnt recommend this location, took them almost 2 hours just to replace a tire. They were taking other customers in front of me and they completely forgot about my car until I mentioned when will my car be done two different times.

MY TIRE CAME OFF ON THE FREEWAY!2 weeks after getting new tires, my front tire came off while driving. When I called a tow truck they informed me that my tire was put on wrong. I then remembered the day I had my tires changed one of the reps told me they had a hard time putting my tires back on and that’s why they took so long. I called Discount Tires and spoke to someone who was putting in a claim, I will update my review when everything is all complete. But so far I am very upset. I had to let go of my second job because I don’t have another vehicle to get me from job to job. I asked discount tires if they could help with a rental and they said no. I don’t care about the extra damage caused to my car due to the tire coming off I just want my tires on right so I can get by and work.

When they “put the spare back” they left the trunk a mess and did not put things back how they were. Also lost hubcaps, they took forever to order them, and then when I drove there to pick it up it took them over a half an hour to just go to the back and grab them (a five minute task) this place needs jesus

Great experience today at discount tire! I went in with a concern about a nail in one of my tires and the staff immediately was able to get my tire checked out. The staff there was very personable and friendly and maintained social distancing and COVID-19 guidelines which was also a bonus! Overall great experience, five stars for sure!

Except last time, I got something stuck in my tire, they got it out, and then I was told that the warning light for checking my tire pressure would go off automatically. Its been 2 weeks and it has not gone off yet. I even checked them all again.

Had a bad experience at the discount in Lindon. All i need was a rotation and balance and when i got in my vehicle my dash read that my tire sensor needed required maintenance and so I went right back and told them about it and they said that my sensors battery us probably dead or it broken. My response was well can’t you guys take care of that and they said that i could probably get it online cheaper. Don’t know why they didn’t just quote me and do it for me. I don’t have the tools take my tire off the wheel and put in a sensor. Well i left and i was referred by a buddy to go to Chris Hooper at the Provo discount. This Chris is amazing. He took care of me and i couldn’t be more happy! Definitely recommend the Provo Discount Tire shop. I will only be coming here. Thanks Chris.

Discount Tires rocks! I have never had a bad experience going to them for my tires. Its always easy to find one of their many locations. The selection is fantastic, a tire for every need, road condition and driving style. And the price cant be beat. Id you need warranty service they will practically fall over themselves to help. We had a blowout on the freeway with our trailer with a side by side on it. My husband left me with the side by side and trailer to go get it fixed. You said it would take an hour and I was still waiting at hour and a half. Isnt it good business to help a little faster in an emergency. I know my husband told you I was waiting by the side of the road.

Never again will I come back to this location, I dropped it off and they told me they would text me when it was done, which they never did. So when I came back on my own they informed me that they lost my key. They dropped it in some one else’s car and now I can’t get home

I am not happy. I wanted to buy some wheels for them that you can only get from discount tires. And when you I look on the manufacturers website it’s only a $18 difference and at discount tires it’s a $70 difference at discount tires. My family has been going to discount tires for over 10 plus years.

I told the associate that I need a flat repaired. Before I even told him what tire it was, he told me I need to replace the tire, even though it wasn’t flat at the time, I had just filled it up with my air compressor. After that, he went out to my car and told me that all 4 of my tires needed to be replaced and proceeded to quote me 650$ for new ones. I was in the same location one week prior for a different flat repair and that associate told me that my front two tires were starting to get low, by back two were full tread still, and never told me I needed any of them replaced. so one or the other was not being honest, and because my tires are only 10k miles driven, I think I know who it was.All of the other associates were very nice and I plan on going back to do my future business there, but I would prefer not to do so with that associate because of this visit.

Great experience, in and out fast (early morning). They were very kind, rolled in one of my old tires to show me the issues and ask what I wanted to do and explained the options very well. I have always had great service and this time was no differently.

Weve always have had great service here. Great value on tires. Have used this location for years. They lost a star because the last time I took my van in to have my tires rotated they broke my lug bolt and didnt say anything. It caused a major nightmare of events as a result of over fighting my lug nuts. Not happy about this. They should use a torque wrench to properly tighten lug nuts.😰

Ive been coming to this Discount Tire exclusively for the last 8 years for all my tire changes on my cars. They always either have the lowest price or match whatever price Im able to bring in from competitors. While they are usually busy, wait times are never very long. The staff is incredibly courteous and professional. Im always impressed by their manager John. He runs a great shop and has always been able to help me out when needed. Whenever I hear anyone asking about where to get tires, I recommend Discount Tire and specifically this store in Provo.

While rotating my tires they forgot to put one of my hubcaps back on. I came back to let them know but my hubcap was gone. Baker set me up with four new hubcaps. These guys are the best!

Chris is super great here. I dont know what they put in the water in the employee raining but whatever it is, its good stuff! I love Discount Tire! They have top quality goods and always give advice. Theyre never afraid to tell you what would be a bad idea and what would be a good idea. Could be an elaborate sales tactic, but I genuinely dont think so. Will be back!

Great prices and great follow-up on keeping those tires going too! Weve been buying tires from Discount for years, and theyre always the best. They have matched prices for us and they always fix flats on the new tires theyve sold you (unless theyre too far worn out to safely use them or theyre 10+ years old when you bring them back in). Id recommend them before Id recommend anyone else.

Sometimes they are a little slow. However, given the time I have had to wait at other places and that those places were usually more expensive and brutish about covering warranty stuff, it is a small thing.

Great service.Two of my tires popped while driving. I called in and forgot I had purchased insurance on my tires. I ended up getting two brand new tires for just the price of putting them on. They were fast and very friendly. Highly recommend.
