This place is busy, and for a good reason- they do great work! It was about a month before they could get me in after my consultation but it was definitely worth the wait. No hassle, great communication, awesome service, and quick turnaround once my car was in their shop. It was great having them work directly with the insurance company so I didn’t have to worry about any of that. My car was returned to me in pristine condition!

I have been very impressed with Whitlocks Collision Repair. They are very professional and personable. I had a hit and run accident with my parked vehicle and they made the whole process very smooth. I shopped around quotes and they were the best price and the most friendly. They delivered my car back looking perfectly new. They even went above and beyond and filled up my coolant for me because they noticed it was low. Overall for the price, experience, time it took and quality they cannot be beat. I will recommend everyone that needs a collision repair to consider this company.

These guy & gals are simply the best. Hands down. I went to Larry H Miller, and had a bad experience. The people were disorganized and didnt give me clear instructions.I decided to look elsewhere. Good thing I did. Travis in particular really helped me out. They went above and beyond making sure my experience was quick & smooth. I got simple clear instructions and the work they did was 10/10. This is such a good place to get your car fixed! I have been here a few times due to minor car accidents and they have worked, thoroughly, quickly, and professionally in the services theyve provided with me. They work well with my insurance and make sure I am well taken care. They go above and beyond in their services and do an incredible job. Steve is such a friend and talented guy! You cannot go wrong coming here. They make an unfortunate situation (getting in a car accident) more manageable.

Got my car repaired here. I had a big dent on my passenger rear door and they were a dream to work with! The estimated time it would take to fix my car was spot on. They also sent me text updates throughout the week and a half my car was there which I loved! When I went to pick up my car I realized they vacuumed my car out and what they repaired looked perfect! They were also so kind and super professional. I will gladly take my car here again if needed.

My front bumper was falling off. They replaced it for a reasonable price, recommending how to file our claim with our insurance to get the best price. They are all very personable and great to work with. My car was fixed in just a couple of days and I havent had any issues with it since.

My husband has been sick for a few years and so decided to order his dream car, a 50th anniversary custom Shelby Super Snake, straight from the Shelby plant in Vegas. We have had it for almost 3 years.Last year, on New Years Eve, we took it out for a spin but hit a patch of ice and slid off the road into a bar ditch which pulled off the bumper. He actually cried. Two weeks later, my husband passed away.After trying to contact Shelby American who wouldnt return my phone calls, I finally called Travis.Travis Whitlock is a personal friend and he said they would take good care of our Shelby.I didnt doubt that. Every car we have brought to their shop has come back good as new.They of course did a wonderful job, working closely with Shelby American for parts etc.My favorite part is when I would get a text or voice mail update on the status. Whitlock was great. They took care of my Mazda and kept us updated the entire time. The repair looks amazing and the car was clean when we picked it up. Will definitely be back if we need other repairs!

Great and honest service.

The repair on my vehicle looks amazing. Took 4 days to get it back. My only issue is I have noticed quite a few door dings on my driver door after getting it back, if I I had to guess the dings 9n my door came from the doors being opened and slammed into the vertical posts of the lift. I dont have any pictures prier to it going in to the shop... 😐

The Hopkins family has an affinity for car accidents. The only bright side of that has been Whitlock. They do great work and are nice folks.

I live in Nevada, I worried about someone taking advantage of my daughter. My daughter went in for a bid to get her bumper fixed. Someone backed into her in a parking lot. No fault. The bumper had been pulled out of its clips, and was badly misaligned. They reconnected the clips, the bumper went back into position and only had a few marks on it. Then he buffed those out the best he could. He gave her a reasonable bid to repaint the bumper. No charge for reattaching the bumper and cleaning it up. He treated my vulnerable young daughter more than fair. Steve Whitlock Colision will get my business. I didnt know there were still places around like this.Thanks Guys!

I got into a car accident in May & had my insurance representative send my information over to Whitlocks for a quote because I had heard they were the best. Within a week I received a call from them ready to schedule my repair. I was so impressed with how quickly they called, but I did not have the funds to pay for the work. They assured me that they would hold the check from my insurance company until I could move forward with the job.Five months later, I called hoping that they might still have it & be able to do the job. They said yes, they still had my check! We started discussing options as to when I could bring my car by. I explained that I was going out of town later in the month & they suggested that I drop it off when I left so that I would have access to my car until that time. I dropped off my car after hours & left the keys in their drop box. I got a call the next morning letting me know that they had my car, keys, & were ready to start! When I came back from my vacation, I called in & they let me know that there had been some extra damage that the estimator did not recognize when he first looked at my car. They had already called him & taken care of it while I was away. The gentleman who worked in the office told me they would begin work on that Thursday. I then got a call on Thursday letting me know that my car was fixed, washed, & ready to be picked up! When I went into the office, they were so friendly & kind to me. I picked up my keys, paid my bill, & went out to my car. They had even vacuumed & cleaned the interior of my car! I was so impressed!I will definitely be going back for more body work in the future! Their customer service is amazing, they were faster than expected, & I truly felt that they went above and beyond for me & my vehicle. I had heard that Steve Whitlocks was the best, & I walked away knowing first-hand that they are the best in town! Thank you, Steve Whitlock Auto Body! You just gained a customer for life!

I had a scheduled appointment for 11:00 for an estimate and for some reason all of their estimators were gone during that time. I ended up waiting with all of the others that didnt an appointment even though I had carefully planned the trip because I needed to bring our 9 month old daughter with. Very frustrating, I regret going to them.

40 ur family business, not trying for volume, but excellence. One of a very few accepted by USAA to be a trusted repair company. Lots of best plaques on wall. I will see how it pans out .

I took my Acura into the shop after it was referred to me by Kemper Insurance. I left EXTREMELY pleased with their work. They estimated the work would take three days, it only ended up taking two. They replaced my back bumper and it looks incredible. I would highly recommend Steve Whitlock Auto Body to anyone.

Whitlock helped me quickly and painlessly with some minor damage to my car that another auto body shop had quoted me for at a much higher price. This is a great business run by great and genuine people.

Have used Whitlocks three times now. Each time I am impressed with the speed and quality of the repair. These guys know how to make your car look like it was never wrecked, and they do it way faster than anybody else. Its hard to find a collision repair shop that can get your car fixed quickly, but with Whitlocks not only do they fix your car fast, they do a fantastic job. Ive had experience with many body shops, but this is the only one Ill use from here on out. Whitlocks rocks!

I had gotten two estimates for a new hood latch before coming here. They looked at my car, oiled a few things, and the latch was fixed!! I didn’t have to pay a dime for service or a new latch. Awesome customer service.

Okay if I could give them 10 STARS I totally would!!!! My poor car got in a front-end wreck and the bumper and hood looked so sad and crumpled up, and after I got it back from these guys, I AM BEYOND AMAZED at what they did to it!!!!! Now my car looks BRAND NEW, newer than it did when I bought it, and they didnt salvage it either. They even replaced my nasty old foggy looking headlights with new, shiny ones! I really wish I could post a before and after picture. Wow I am SOOOOOO GLAD I chose to use this company, thanks a lot for referring me, Bear River!
