Ive had the opportunity to work with Cascade twice in the last two years, and both times they have been excellent to work with. Their communication is on point, and my advisor, Jonathan, was great to work with. Both times, the repair work has been flawless - you cant even tell the car was in an accident. I cant recommend Cascade enough. If I ever need collision repair again, this is the only place in Utah Valley Ill go.

My car was backed into and caused quite a bit of damage, however Cascade was able to fix my car to where you cant even tell anything ever happened to it. They were very accommodating and kept communication with me throughout the whole process. Jonathon was great! Would definitely suggest for anyone needing to have auto repairs.

Excellent service, good repair quality for a fair price, and fast. Brought in a car that had been rear-ended, they said it would take about two weeks to repair. They have me the cheapest wow it of several body shops in the area, and it was clear the person helping me knew what they were talking about. They warned me about things they might find during the repair which could cause the final price to go above their quoted cost, and they did end up finding those problems. However, the repair was still cheaper than other body shops in the area. Best of all- they were done a week early with the repair!

They really care about their work and take good care of customers. They are willing to drive cars back to rental facilities once your car is completed. We have been here a couple times and Ive always had a good experience. If you have any concerns about their work they listen and adjust.

Did a good job on fixing the damage. Just didn’t like being inconvenienced when I found overspray paint on the hood. They again fixed it, but have a hard time with professionals not doing it right the first time. Would rather recommend a place that will get it right the first time.

I am very impressed with Cascade Collision!! The moment I walked in the door the person assigned to help me was very kind, and answered all of my questions. I didnt know if my insurance would pay for a rental car, so Cascade said they would call my insurance and check for me!! They then arranged my rental car pickup with enterprise, and followed up with me letting me know the process. I asked if I could have my car fixed by the 14th of July, and they finished it by July 9th!! 😊😊 When I went to pick it up today, my car looked better than it has when I first bought it!! Nice place one complaint i do have is that ever since i got my car back first my check engine light was on and tech at the autobody said i need nd oil change dealership i went to said no it just needs to be reset. so 2 days later my 4 wheel drive in a jeep I dont think should be going out. I am back to having a rental car. So my advice if you have any warning lights on after your car is suppose to be done i would make them deal with it.

They did awesome work on my car and it was fast too. They were supposed to start to work on my car by the 7th of December but pulled it in a week early. They had my car ready for me by the 15th. They said they were waiting on a part that needed to be installed but I could have my car back and installed the old part in the mean time. Once they had the part they called me up and said I could come in any time and it would be a 30 minute install. It was just that so here are 5 stars for the work done and customer service.

Everyone is so friendly and did everything that they said they would. I was able to drop off my truck and wait while they took a panel off and at a later date put it back on again. I had Cascade polish the headlights on both of my cars. They were willing to negotiate and give me a bit of a deal for doing both cars and they did a super job, my headlights look brand new again.

Cascade Collision works with Geico. They worked together to provide a customer experience that I have never experienced with any combined insurance and auto service provider. Everything was really smooth, there was constant communication, the work was done on time, my rental was ready for me. It was as if it were one company and everyone knew their role. I would give my highest recommendation to have your body work done by Cascade Collision.

Picked up my Jeep today after getting the sunroof replaced. Several things stood out, and not in a good way. There were still glass shards all over the interior, including in easy to see places like cupholders, seats, and carpets. Plastic trim was left uninstalled on the front seat, and plastic trim that was reinstalled in the rear cargo area has uneven gaps everywhere. Dirty footprint on back of rear seats. Vehicle was left UNLOCKED in their unsecured lot along the highway overnight (not it was not pulled into the building or secured lot). Work took more than a week longer than estimated, and final total was 2.5 times the original estimate, with poor communication about a final delivery date that kept changing. The staff was friendly, but overall Im disappointed.Update after owner reply: Jeep did go back to Cascade on Monday to have the previous work fixed. Was told it was done Monday evening and went to pick it up on Tuesday morning. Interior trim gaps were actually worse and the rubber gaskets no longer even covered the edge of the trim. Andrea tried to pawn it off as just what it looks like and wanted to show me another Jeep to try to prove her point that this was normal. It was not. I did speak with Alex and he has had my Jeep since then. Still working towards a resolution.

Great staff! Very personable and professional. They take their job seriously, and cover all the bases. They work seamlessly with the insurance responsible for liability.

They take care of any of the confusing stuff between the car insurance, repairs, and payment. They were also honest. Repairs were a bit pricey, a little more than what the Geico adjuster estimated.

The service at Cascade Collision is bar none. I had hit a deer and caused some nasty front end damage. They had my car repaired in less then 1 week. It was amazing speed and quality with very efficient and professional customer service. Highly recommend this Company.

The whole process went very smooth, from drop-off to pick-up. I was kept informed, almost on a daily basis, as to the progress being made on the repair. The car was restored perfectly to it’s former state pre-accident, with no indication of a repair having been done! I’m very happy with the overall service I received. My only reason for leaving a 4-star rating instead of a 5 is due to a fine layer of white powder covering a large portion of the interior of my vehicle. It’s largely concentrated in the door jams, which is less of a concern, but it also made its way onto the interior doors, air vents, dash, middle console, and presumably elsewhere in the carpet and such. There’s also been a strong lingering chemical smell inside that’s yet to go away after a number of days. I would’ve expected a little more care during the clean-up process. These small annoyances aside, I’m still happy with the service!

Very friendly, very fast, very efficient. I was expecting to get my vehicle back washed and cleaned. It says every vehicle cleaned and sanitized but it wasn’t washed and the inside didn’t look very good. Maybe that’s the norm as they are a body shop 🤷🏽‍♀️ But it wasn’t that big of a deal I went and washed it myself. The repairs were beautifully done, they helped me with some extra stuff and went above and beyond to meet our needs. Very happy and would recommend!

Somebody rolled into my car and cracked my bumper and Cascade was able to fix it for me. The team was phenomenal, easy to talk to, and explained every step of the process. They finished my car about a week earlier than we thought it would be done and I was able to leave my car there for a while I was out of town. I highly recommend them! There was one women- I don’t remember her name but she had dark hair in a ponytail both times I saw her- she was awesome!

I had my car repaired recently at Cascade Collision Repair and I am so so happy with the service I received for my car and for me as a customer. Ive never been in a car accident before and didnt know the whole process but the employees at Cascade went above and beyond to explain the process for me every step of the way. They sent me frequent updates on my car and made sure that I was in the loop! Service was really fast and they were able to fix my bumpers within a couple of weeks. My car has never looked so good! The vehicle had a stuck glove box. The job was done well. The staff is very professional and formerly. The only thing I wish they did was to explain to me what was done exactly without me asking them. That should be expected with customer. Also, now that I think more about my issue, I wish I had asked more questions about the option to fix the box. It was stuck and could no be opened. I wonder if I really needed to purchased a brand new unit when the piston inside was kept. Was the older box damaged beyond repaired; was it part of a piece that could not be separated that required a whole brand new unit?! Again, I wish I had asked more questions... and I wish the professionals offered me more options and information.

Great experience. The repairs were on schedule, the staff were polite and helpful, and I appreciated the text message updates that kept me in the loop. They coordinated everything with the insurance company so I didn’t have to worry about a single thing. Picking up and dropping off the rental car on-site was convenient, too.

The repairs were great, just like new again. I would have given a five except for the fact that during the second week of the repairs I texted twice requesting specific information about the suspension repairs and those were never returned. I did receive daily updates which seemed to be automatic and ignoring my specific requests. However overall the professionalism of this company is phenomenal

Very polite employees and it was nice receiving updates once a week about progress on my car. I picked up my car 3 days after the estimated completion date. Only thing that could have been better was that I got a text (a day after the estimated finish date) saying that my car would be done later that day and that they would let me know when it would be ready to be picked up. The next text I got was 2 days later that was a “reminder” that my car was finished. Somehow I never got the first text that my car was ready to be picked. The car looks great though!

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable.Based on the signs on the wall, Cascade also partners with just about every major car insurer, making them a good choice no matter who insures the at-fault party.

My wife and I asked to have our 1986 VW Westfalia Syncro van completely repainted, which was in pretty bad shape. The owner, Brian, agreed to give it a shot. Throughout the process Alex, our point of contact for the project, kept us informed every step of the way. Can’t say enough good things about Alex! Because the van is so old many of the panels needed to be fabricated, other parts were sourced through various aftermarket suppliers. Both body work and paint is flawless.
