I had some body work that needed to be done to the roof of my Toyota Tacoma. I went to multiple places around Salt Lake for estimates just to be disappointed by price and customer service. I then got a referral to check out Auto Body Works & Collision Repair. I called with questions because I live in Sandy and Provo is a small jaunt for an estimate. Well Im here to tell you when I spoke with Ray he was professional and helpful and answered all my questions. He then said to come down for an estimate and his price came in as fair. I left the Tacoma and Ray and his employees knocked it out of the park and did a fantastic job! I would recommend his auto body work to anyone!

I cannot stress how wonderful this company was to work with. I went in and talked with Stacy to ask about getting a quote for work on my car. Ray went out with me to take a look at what needed to be done. He gave me several different options one of which I didn’t even know about.They truly want to help people and do a good job and earn money the right way. I was told to bring in my car the next day and by noon I was able to pick it up. Everyone was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I asked various questions and all of mine were answered and even things I didn’t think of were explained to me. I don’t say this often but I highly recommend this company!

I took my car to three places for estimates and this was the cheapest by almost 500. I had a minor scratch from being rear-ended by my friend’s neighbor and they were only going to cover for the one scratch in the middle of the bumper. (There were a few other minor scratches besides that one). They told me the car would take two days to be finished and they were right on time for that. When I got there, they not only fixed the scratch but made my whole bumper like new. Also washed and waxed the car. Will definitely come back!

I had my Mazda 3 repaired at Auto Body Works using insurance after an accident a few months ago. I returned again a week ago after being told by another shop that my wheels were out of alignment. The owners took good care of me, explained the auto terminology to me, and were very generous and sympathetic to my situation. They give honest pricing and dont take advantage of their customers. I plan on returning to get other work done on my car in the future and will recommend this shop to my friends and family.

The people here who fixed my wifes car did a good job. The thing that bothered me was after the fact. The repair they did, required them to take the tires off the car. They scratched the brand new rims I had put on that car and when I asked them about it they made excuses that I bought low quality rims and it was my fault. Even if I didnt buy quality rims why is that my fault? Should have taken their time and not damage my property.

This is a fantastic shop! They are meticulous and very helpful. When I had my car assessed and inspected by my insurance company for my claim, they missed notating the splash shields on my car. The folks at Auto Body caught that damage and let me know they would get those fixed too and add to the adjustment. They were honest and were good about communicating what they were going to do. Im a car guy and I love my car so much to the point that it would give me the extreme anxiety leaving the car at a shop for one whole week. I was shopping around and getting multiple quotes and Im so happy that I found Auto Body Works & Collision Repair. The repair wont be happening until the end of the month but I have to give them a 5 star review now simply because they deserve it! For all the other body shops that Ive been to, this is the only place that treated me very nicely and with respect. Stacy and Ray were both very polite, helpful, and patience with me. I’ve had two of my BMWs repaired here. Firstly, both jobs were top notch with perfect color matches, and nicely finished clear coat. More importantly, these folks are unbeatable when it comes to value. Both cars were accepted and finished in a timely manner, and cost me half of what the next closest reputable repair shop was estimating.

I had a really good experience dealing with Auto Body Works and Collision. From the day I received my estimate to the day I picked up my car, I was treated with respect and kindness.When I went in for my estimate, even though it was unscheduled and unexpected on their end, they were able to get my estimate done right away, giving me a very reasonable price, and educating me on what repairs were necessary and why. They happily answered any and all questions.I went a few other places for estimates (the insurance I was dealing with requested three estimates), and was even aware that I would have to wait a whole week longer compared to other auto-body shops just to drop my car off, but was so impressed with the customer service that it was well worth the wait, making my decision to do business with them as opposed to another auto-body shop, an easy choice.After dropping off the car to have it repaired, I had to call in and request some additional information for my insurance on two different occasions. I first used them 4 years ago. They fixed my sisters car that had a busted bumper, side door and fender and headlight. The blinker didnt work after getting the car back. She went in and they fixed it no questions asked. The work they did was amazing. I used them again just this last month to fix my husbands car. They did amazingly well again. The turn around time was about 1 week. They worked with the insurance from getting the adjuster to look at it all the way to getting the payment. I love the work they do and would recommend them to all my friends.

Integrity. I had some repairs done here 4 years ago from an accident, and I recently came back to see if they could warranty a headlight that got really foggy. Ended up being outside of the manufacturer’s warranty, but they sanded down and polish up BOTH the headlights for zero cost to me. They just wanna serve their customers! I am so happy they are my body shop. I’ll be coming back!

Love this place. Has a Mom and Pop feel and you feel well taken care of. Also has the best prices in town (I checked 4 places before picking this one). my car had been in a rather nasty fender-bender, and I needed to replace three pieces of the body. When I got my car back, I couldnt believe it: it looked brand-new! I hope I never have to use this place again, but if I ever get into any car trouble or scratch my paint, this will be the first (and only) place I visit.

Not only did they do a PHENOMENAL job on my car, but they were easily the least expensive estimate I received! I am not talking a difference of a couple hundred- their estimate was $1200- yes, twelve hundred dollars CHEAPER than the estimates I got at other places such as Cascade Collision Repair. As a poor college student, every dollar I am able to save counts! They are knowledgable in what they do, and their customer service is outstanding. Pretty sure they made my car look better that it was even before the damage was done! Definitely would recommend!

We love this place! Weve gone twice for two different repairs on on our minivan; both times Ray and Staci were kind, courteous, and helpful. Their friendly, respectful, customer-oriented attitude immediately made me feel comfortable. Their prices are very reasonable and fair, as is their turn-around time. They are knowledgeable and swift in their estimates and in answering any questions that may arise. The work done on our minivan both times was perfect. Im so grateful for the work this company did on my 2004 Toyota Camry. I got into a small fender bender and had to get a new bumper. I didnt want to involve my insurance so I payed for it out of pocket. I shopped around and most everyone was quoting me at $800. I cant do that as a young college student. They quoted me at around $600, I left my car at their shop over the weekend, and by the time they finished, theyd given me new back splash shields in font of my front tires for free. They were so kind, understanding, and were very flexible with me. Thank-you so much!!

I am not trying to be rude with this review, but I cant help but still be a little upset about what happened. At first I was really happy I took my car here. The customer service was great, they were really friendly to me. They helped me take care of the rental car too! However, the day after the car accident, my check engine light came on and didnt go off. I let them know. When I picked my car up they basically told me I was lying about the check engine light going on after the wreck. They said it had been on for over 90 days. They told me the person who sold me the car was a liar, and even said that wires for the check engine light had been cut/tampered with to make it look like it was fine. They pretty much made me feel like I was lying to get free work done on my car, which just isnt true. I took my car to my mechanic that same day, and they said the wires werent cut to the check engine light and there wasnt anything wrong with the engine. Likely just that something had got bumped loose on my car due to the wreck. Anyways, they did a good job with the repair though. I just didnt like the way I was treated.

No complaints at all! We had our car estimated by them roughly 6 months ago. Gave them a call last week to see if they still had our info, and they pulled it right up and it was a super smooth process to bring our car in to finally be fixed up. We planned on only have 1 damaged area fixed, but they gave us a deal to fix another damaged area and still got it done in the same amount of time. They were able to rush to get it done in our needed time frame, and it looks great! Also gave the car a quick wipe down/vacuuming inside plus a nice wash outside. Love that it was right next to the train station too. We went out of town, and dropped the car off then walked to the station for the airport. All in all, a great experience!

This place is absolutely excellent. I ripped part of my bumper off in August, and they fixed it for a competitive price. The next June it started to come a little loose since Id hit some parking blocks. I took it in, and after telling me he would fix it for $20, he just said it was on him and didnt charge me a penny. Great work, great price, and great service. Id highly recommend this place. UPDATE: I was preparing for a long trip and took the car back a year later and they double checked everything to make sure it was all secure free of charge. Very kind and very professional.

The competency, honesty, integrity, and transparency of Ray was outstanding. The work exceeded my expectations. Ray had stated that there might be some slight differences since only a quarter panel was fixed and repainted -- there was no noticeable difference from the original and what they had done. What was most impressive was that he disclosed, verbally, what problems might be incurred before accepting the job. Most places make excuses after the fact or expect you to read the fine print. Pricing was fair and the job was completed on time as stated.In todays world they clearly set the standard for customer service, quality of work, and fairness in pricing. Right as I walked in, I was helped immediately by a nice a lady and didnt have to wait more than a minute for the man to come out and look at the car. He made a thorough and complete estimate and gave me a very fair price on everything. Overall a great experience from start to finish.

I got a minor dent on my car that made it so I could not open the passenger front door very well. I took it here to get an estimate to fix it and he came back out with some tools and fixed it in like 30 seconds, and didnt charge us. Great service, great people. We deal with numerous body shops in the Provo Orem area and the fact of the matter is i could have taken my wifes car to any of them. i didnt choose Auto-body works because they were the cheapest...If i wanted the cheapest i had plenty of choices. I wanted the BEST product for the best price and the job done in a timely fashion. I have known Ray and his staff for about 5 years and as one of their vendors i can tell you these people care about the quality of work and take pride in the finished product. When I went in for a price estimate, Staci was very friendly and honest about the needed repairs. I appreciated how the shop focused on fixing the real problems, not on offering fancy extra stuff like some of the other places I visited. Honestly some of the nicest people you’ll ever work with. Their repairs stay fixed, they listen to you about what you want done and don’t push for extras, and they work with you to keep prices reasonable. Plus they buffed my headlights for free, and night driving is so much less terrifying!

Wow! Above and beyond any expectation I couldve had! Eight thumbs up if I had that many. Staci and Ray were so incredibly kind. They cleared up all of the confusion of being involved in an accident (Id never had to deal with an accident situation, and I was battling back and forth with the insurance companies involved). I went to 2 other places where I felt like they were trying to rob me. Within the first 5 minutes I could tell Ray knew what he was talking about and wanted to help me out. He has a good heart and is honest. It took him 5 minutes to fix my problem where the other guys wanted to milk things out and made it really difficult for me to trust them. If I have any other things happen with my truck, Im coming here and Im referring anyone else I know to them. Ray and Stacey from ABWC were very helpful from the first time we came into their shop. They were both friendly and approachable and willing to spend time trying to find us the parts we needed for our car. The repair job was perfect and at a reasonable price. They were able to give us an estimate immediately and did not increase the price even though they had to do more work than they expected. We brought in our second car (which was hit by the first car) and Ray saved us half from the first estimate we had gotten. He also installed the back up light at no charge. We will go to them with any repairs we need from now on.

We had a repair done on our Mazda CX5. They were really fast, and the work was great! I would definitely recommend them. Also, everyone was so friendly

On Sunday, someone hit my car and dented it enough that my drivers side door wouldnt open and even worse they didnt leave insurance info. Since then Ive been awkwardly climbing out my passenger side door and trying to figure out the cheapest way to get my door to start working. I made a feeble and pathetic attempt to pop the dent out myself with an even more pathetic tool kit I bought at a grocery store years ago. Finally, on the verge if tears, I gave up and took it to Auto Body Works & Collision. Ray, the owner I believe, appraised my car and gave me a free estimate. The cost of total repair was way more than I could afford. In addition to the free appraisal, Ray went out and popped the dent out of my car to make sure I could get in the drivers side. He didnt charge me a dime and my car door is working as well as it ever has before. Ive been trying to stay positive about this experience and not get angry at the person who hit my car. Now Im just feeling overwhelmed at the generosity and kindness of the great people who helped me today. Ive had my car repaired at this same place years ago and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs repairs in utah valley. They are just kind beautiful generous people.

I was looking for a place to have our old family trucks exterior restored. I called and e-mailed various places. Auto Body works was one of the quickest to respond, honest and fair in pricing and caught my attention right away. The owner came out to inspect the vehicle for an estimate, and as we went through the process of having the work done, there was never more than an 8-10 period between correspondence if I had a question or if they had a question about what I wanted. The truck is BEAUTIFULLY finished, and they took the time to do the little extras, like painting the plastic grille and the vents behind the doors.Bang for your buck I doubt youd find anywhere within 50 miles that could do the same quality of work at a better price. Ill go back there for SURE, even if its just to say HI!

These guys are amazing!!! I wrecked my jeep and I thought it wasnt ever going to be the same. After it was repaired, to my amazement it was even better than before I brought it in. They made it easy for me, I thought I was going to have to deal with the insurance but they took care of it all.

We had a lengthy wait for our SUV to get fixed but this place had our back. Working with a corner cutting insurance company, they made sure the car was fixed with high quality parts and labor. After the initial few days, they kept us apprised of updates and timing. Plan to use them again in the future.

Did an awesome job restoring my car to looking brand new! My insurance sent in a subpar part and they decided it wasnt up to their standards and ordered me a better one. Service was great and they were so friendly and easy to work with.

I took my Toyota Prius to another shop in orem and they quoted me 3x more than what Auto Body Works did. Auto Body Works fixed my car in a faster time than the other shop quoted me too. I didnt even recognize my car after they fixed it and washed it. Amazing family shop. Recommend to all.

Stacy and Ray are the BEST! Did everything possible to make the whole process a breeze. Called and gave me updates regarding working with my insurance and the repairs during the process. Excellent and fast work, excellent customer service, honest people.

I brought in my 2007 Toyota Tacoma for some dent and paint repair, and these guys fixed it up for me and only a couple days and it looks like new! They did a fantastic job, and they were several hundred dollars cheaper than what I was quoted at a different repair shop!

They gave me a great price and condition when I needed an extra part not originally quoted they charged parts but added no labor! Very happy

Great service and was very quick after I brought my care in. I went to about 5 different shops getting quotes to repair my dented bumper. They beat everyone I visited by a $160. Great Shop!
