My bumper was dented. Riverside Collision Repair gave me a very fair estimate and repaired the bumper in a timely manner. The receptionist even stayed half an hour after closing so that I could pick up my car that evening. Great place!
I will gladly leave my review on top of the fat stack of 5-star reviews of this place. I was the victim of an unfortunate hit and run incident which knocked off my driver’s side rearview mirror. I came to this place and they glued it back on for no charge! The mirror still works, and its been almost 6 months now. If I ever need a body shop I know exactly where to go!

My experience having our vehicle repaired here was all positive with friendly front desk staff and fair prices. Ive known them for years and theyve got the best painter in the universe.
If you only want an emissions test, you probably want to go to a dedicated emissions testing site. I had a scheduled appointment and ended up there for 50 minutes. Ive never had an emissions test take more than 10 minutes in the past. I gave a second star because the people at the front desk were kind and helpful.
After the first place I took my car wouldn’t work on it I took my car here after the accident. I can honestly say it was repaired better than it was before the accident. Staff was very helpful with repairs updates and getting my rental car situated. I met Ron personally he was very helpful and professional. Amazing work really happy to be back in my car. Highly recommend. Great work and great people.
I dont write reviews but these guys deserve it. They are amazing! I smashed my car into a boulder and they made it look like new. Not only that, but I also have a phone holder up on my dash that my sister broke... they fixed that too! Just a real class act. Great people too. When I was in the office signing some papers I watched how they treated other customers too and they are just quality people. Highly recommend. Ten out of ten.
My daughter went to Riverside Collision today thinking something was wrong with her transmission. We live out of state so she was on her own to find a trustworthy auto repair facility. She 1st called me let me know the repairs could be as much as $1500. After an hour of their time diagnosing her car, she called me ecstatic because they found the issue and it was a $25 fix. They took an hour of their time, could have charged her so much more since she is young with no knowledge of cars and we are out of state. Thank you for being HONEST and ethical. And thank you to the sweet receptionist who was so kind to my daughter. You will have our business for life as well as the many others we will refer to you!

Many years ago we were driving through the deserts of Utah on a long road trip back to CA. Our AC went out in 114 degree weather. Since we were travelling we needed it repaired immediately. Ron was so kind and squeezed us in. He quoted us drastically less than the other place we inquired. He saved us so much money and time. I continue to be impressed with Ron and Clint and the crew at Riverside Collision repair! Ron is a honest as they come and that honesty and integrity to do the best job possible shows in all of their interactions. I first met Ron when a deer plowed into the side of my Chrysler 300C. My insurance company asked me to go to a specific body shop for a bid...which I did. I also got another bid and then someone recommended Ron at Riverside.Ron ended up doing superior work to what the other body shops described to me and saved me money at the same time.I joked with Ron that the lines on the Drivers Side (the side the Deer ran into) are now straighter and more perfect than the passenger side that came from the factory that way!More recently, my son was in an accident in his car and we went straight to Riverside. As expected, they did a fantastic job. But almost 2 months later the weather warmed up and we discovered that the electric radiator fans were not coming on and the car was heating up. After checking the fuses and not finding anything, I called Riverside and they had me bring it right down. They found a loose connection at the fans and had us back on the road the next day.Do not waste your time going anywhere else. You will not get better treatment or repair work for anyone else!Thanks Ron and Clint!

After having an absolutely horrible experience at Cascade Collision in Provo (which I would NEVER recommend to anyone) I felt the need to write a good review for Riverside Collision. They have always been honest with me. Always kind, attentive, trustworthy, helpful, fast and everything in between. Since moving to Utah this has been the only mechanic I would go to. Unfortunately due to an accident and insurance I had to send my car to cascade collision which I’ve never regretted more in my life. Riverside collision is the way to go.
I called at 5:00, 30 minutes before closing in a bit of a bind, with a part underneath my car dragging that needed to be removed. Everyone I spoke with was friendly, helpful, professional, honest, and I was out of their shop less than 20 minutes later completely satisfied. They were unbelievably helpful in getting what I needed accomplished, and I’ll definitely be using them in the future! Save yourself trouble at other shops, come to Riverside first!

I dont write reviews, but Riverside Collision is -- without exception -- the best auto body and mechanical repair shop Ive ever used. The owner, Ron Fox, is meticulous. Once we had a banged up car and when the insurance adjuster came out to look at it, he asked who wed be using for repairs. I mentioned Riverside and he basically just put everything away and said, Well hes the best Ive ever seen; and he never over-charges. I agree. And when it comes to engine service or repair, I never have to worry that the mechanic will recommend unnecessary work. Riverside is set up in such a way that theres no incentive for a mechanic to recommend a repair you dont need. For parts, they show you precisely what everything costs them and what theyll charge you for it. The only surprises Ive ever had from Riverside have been charges that were less than Ron originally quoted. Its nearly impossible to find this level of competence combined with such personal service and such absolute honesty. This place goes way above and beyond for its customers. Id never go anywhere else.
I have come to Ron for years now and I wont go anywhere else. Its hard to find a company with reliable service these days and to feel like someone is going to treat your vehicle as though its their own. I also appreciate the pride Ron and his employees take in their job. Unfortunately that is something that I see lost in the service world today. This company under promises and over delivers. Very good work. The tailgate on my truck was damaged by a trailer that was not securely attach to the hitch. Went to load the trailer and the tongue came off the hitch and went into my tailgate. Then slid down and left a large gouge. Riverside fixed it up like new in a very timely manner. They do great work and I would recommend them highly.

We needed our brand new 2017 Hyundai Sonata fixed after being hit in a parking lot and we were on a time crunch! They got it done in less time than anyone else could and they were so courteous and professional! They have the best lobby of any auto repair shop Ive ever seen and they even ordered a manufacturer made wind shield instead of after market because they wanted us to have the best! I brought my car into Riverside Collision Repair over a year ago for an accident I was in. Riverside was the only shop I called that would get me in the day of and didnt treat me like I was inconveniencing them. They were very professional through the whole process and kept me updated and informed about the progress of my vehicle.Its been over a year now and I had some issues come up with the headlight that was replaced because an H9 headlight was put in instead of the 9012 that my cars wiring system is set up for (turns out this was no fault of theirs, it was a mistake made by the company that they purchased the parts from and an issue like that happening is pretty rare). After a frustrating session of trying to fix the issue myself I left a poor review for Riverside, because in my past experiences with businesses they will never take responsibility for an issue that arrises 1 year after they are involved. I was astounded when I got a call from Riverside about my review letting me know that they had no idea about this issue and wanted to do everything that they could to fix the issue because they take care of their customers. Businesses like this are rare these days, and Im glad that Riverside talked over the issues with me in a very professional manner even when I was frustrated. Just after my experience with them on the phone I will recommend Riverside to anyone 10/10 times.UPDATE: riverside got me in so quickly and fixed the issue with the headlight. These guys take care of their customers.
Im glad I finally found my go-to mechanic in Provo. Ill take all my future business there. Honesty can still be found in the auto-repair industry, and its at Riverside Collision Repair.Ron Fox (owner) was incredible. I was in a rush and already had the part with me. He installed it for me in 15 minutes and charged a very, VERY, low amount. Especially when you consider he didnt get to charge a markup for the part. I have a cheap beat-up car and he gave me all the options and associated costs. He understood the value of the car and that its OK to let some things go until as the repair isnt worth it.

Ron did a great job repairing my Audi S5. He was very particular and considerate when recommending the best way to go about fixing my car which I really appreciated and then even washed and waxed my car before delivering it back to me so that I could easily view the finished product (paint and body work). I was very impressed with how he does business and especially repairs! Highly recommend!

I just felt so bad but giving five stars because they actually reading each persons comments and try to make improvements and try to work out with their customers. I think that’s important and good attitude to have.
I walked into Riverside auto repair asking for a repair for my busted beyond belief side view mirror. However, they gave me really good directions for how I might go to a junkyard and get a replacement. It ended up saving me a lot of money.And they even helped me to fix it afterwards!It was definitely one of the best experiences Ive had in repairing my vehicle and I really appreciate their solid advice and remarkable customer service.

Just got an estimate there. The owner fixed my Porsche a long time ago when a deer decided to commit suicide during hunting season. They did an excellent job. Not sure what I am going to do with my Mercedes fender bender. Riverside is the absolute best autobody shop in Utah. Whether you are in need of repairs, servicing your car, customizing your car, etc. These are the only people I would ever trust. They have repaired my car multiple times, serviced it, and done some custom work in which I could not be more pleased. They will take incredible care of your car and make it look brand new again, while doing it all at a fair price. Trust me, Ron and his team are your people when it comes to taking care of your car.
I dont usually do too many reviews but finding a good body shop is tough. Its hard for an inexperienced user to know whether the quality is up to par and if they are being charged fairly.I used to own a body shop 25 years ago. In my opinion Ron down at Riverside Collision does some of the best work in the valley. If you want quality, and you want your repairs to look perfect and hold up for the life of the car - I would go to Riverside. He has worked on 6 of my cars over the years and his work is always top notch.
Very professional, knowledgeable, and HONEST! I had a crazy, messed up wiring situation which affected multiple systems in my car. Ron tore the whole thing apart just to get to the bottom of what was causing all my electrical problems. He didnt give up on figuring it out but also didnt charge me for all the additional hours it took to find the different wiring issues. This would have cost me a FORTUNE had I taken it anywhere else. Ive never written a review on here before, but I had to for Riverside. Ron is fantastic, as is their whole team. They do full-service maintenance in addition to bodywork. Theyve helped me with questions and with solving little quirks of my 95 F-250 without charge, and the work they have done has always been very high quality and very reasonably priced. One time a job didnt come out quite perfect and they fixed it right away for no charge. Ron will not BS you and will not try to talk you into getting unnecessary work done. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough.
I dont ever take the time to write reviews...but this one made me stop and do so. Riverside handled my experience perfectly. I was rear ended by another driver and they made the process for me to get my vehicle fixed seamless. They had a rental car ready for me and even returned it for me when I was done. not to mention the quality of work done on my vehicle, they found things the insurance company wouldnt have paid for and they made sure they did!! They also went above and beyond and fixed something on my car that wasnt even related to the damage and didnt charge me!!! EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE

Great repair after a frustrating accident.The week before my wedding, someone crashed into my car. Riverside worked for me, fighting the insurance to get original Honda parts. They did a fantastic job on the repair and were very friendly throughout the whole process.One small downside: the repair took a lot longer than they originally said it would. For me, this wasnt a big deal, because insurance paid for a rental.
I was recommended to go here from a friend because she loved her experience. Now I always go here for repairs or any work done on my car. Not only do they have great prices, but their customer service is excellent! Many other repair shops in the area seem to take advantage of students and women or others who may not be very familiar with the auto industry, by overcharging or giving extra services, but not these folks! One place I went to in Provo quoted me $1400 to fix my car (I felt like they were taking advantage of me as a female student) but when I decided to try Riverside at the advice of my friend, they quoted me $480 for the same thing! The other place was trying to complete a bunch of work on my car that I didnt need, but Riverside was open, honest and upfront about how much things would cost. They truly care about taking car of me and my car and never made me feel pressured, which is huge for me when working with my car. When you look at other competitor prices, you will realize you are definitely getting a fair price at Riverside. They have always gone the extra mile for me so I will continue to refer my friends and family here!
Hands down the best experience Ive ever had with car repairs and certifications! I got a costly quote from the Ford dealership so was recommended here by a a friend who customized a Charger for car shows and legal racing and Ron at Riverside quoted me 1/3 the price including labor! Theyve covered a warranty on a part no hassle and done little repairs on the side very quickly with no hassle whatsoever! Some of the most trustworthy people I have ever dealt with and its a little intimidating but fun seeing them work on luxury cars (a Ford GT500 once!) next to my older F-150! Everything from oil changes and safety and emissions to full on accidents - these are the ONLY ones I trust with my truck!

This is now my go-to place for bodywork; of course he also does regular mechanical work (which I just found out not too long ago). But as far as body work goes, whether you are going for an upgraded look or fixing a body damage, Ron, and his crew should be people that you call.A lot of people bring Ron their babies (cars) so you may not experience an in-and-out service, depending on how much work your car needs. You would be given a time frame, and he will try to keep to it the best he can. You ll be given a rental if need be. As for quality and attention to detail, Ron gets the job done right, every time; he takes care of my Audi and Bimmer. Riverside Collision comes very highly recommended by me.

Had a very minor accident on my truck. Body work was very minimal and had some mechanical work that needed to be dome. Tranny was having issues and the fan was smashed from the wreck. Dropped it off and it took over a month to fix these problems! If I would have know it was going to take this long I wouldve done it myself. Not satisfied with the customer service. Every time I called asking how the progress was they told me it would be the next week. I waited two weeks for the fan to be installed.. Also mixed up my vehicle with someone else. Work was great but dont expect to get your vehicle in a timely manner.

I just got my 3 week old Cadillac ELR back from Ron Fox and team at Riverside Collision Repair. My car didnt even have the plates on it when a texter tagged the rear bumper. It was a pretty depressing sight, but Ron was right there to make sure that my car was restored to NEW condition. Great job!! Riverside Collision Repair is about experience, professionalism, honesty, integrity, service, and safety.When my sisters family drove 700 miles to Utah and encountered a serious car problem, she booked an appointment with a mechanic in SLC. I had her switch to Riverside because I knew Ron would take care of her, even though it meant shuttling her back and forth from SLC to Provo. Ron made sure their vehicle was road ready in time for them to head back home. She felt she ended up with better service and a fairer price. He and his staff have done a lot of work on several vehicles for us from repairs (rear-ended) to maintenance (new parts) to upgrades (new paint job - looked awesome). We have been happy every time. They dont cut corners and they dont overcharge.

If the plastic on your headlights has faded and wouldn’t pass inspection, this is the place to go. After buffing out the sun damage, they’ll put a clear coat on that lasts for years. I like it when things are done right, and that’s what Rob does. :)

I thought its good company, but they repair my car soooooo slowly. At the first, I brought my estimate paper for repairing my car. They said like Okay, bring your car next week, we will start repair it. So I brought my car that day. And then they told me It will finish at week end. I believed that and just waited until week end. But they hadnt even start work on that. I am soooo disappointed with it. After all, I had to waiting for it another week. So totally fricking 2 weeks. They are fricking toooo slow to work. I cant believe these guys.
Wish i could say i had the same experience as most of the reviews below, i think it couldve been much better, specifically on the customer service end of things. to be more specific. i brought them new(aftermarket pre-primed fenders and a hood that had been sitting for a little while and therefore would need some prep.) and a door that would need some body work and prep before finishing. not to say that this is cake work, but keep in mind here are three straight panels, and one that needs touch up and prep.- came in to receive quote for repairs. was told bring your parts in, ill have my guy look at it and get back to you.-brought my parts in and unloaded them myself did not hear anything for a week.-finally was delivered a quote 8/15/16 in person and happily agreed to the amount and was looking ahead and excited about repairs.-according to the quote repairs shouldve been about 16.5 hours to complete. ( note: i would not expect them to be done so quickly, these jobs take much more time and careful preparation. so i hoped for things to be squared away by about the 22nd.)- still no attempts to contact me or follow up with the status of progress by the 22nd-i came in and deposited half of the quoted job.-periodically checking in and hoping to have the job closer to completion i was not ONCE, given an estimated time of completion. but continually told. well let you know, all along not hearing from them.- job was completed 9/14. and paid in full without complications other than the door being left out in the rain.i would like the business to know that i am satisfied with the repairs, and that the door, hood and fender finish is good. but want everyone to know that i was not satisfied with the time it took for job completion and customer service. i have no doubts others have had better luck, and that others will have good service in the future. my purpose is simply to leave an honest review.
I have worked in the auto industry for a while now and I always send my customers to riverside for any body or paint work. They do a quality job and have very competive pricing, plus they are fast! I would reccomend them first to anyone in Utah valley.
Good service. The blinker didnt work properly when i got it back and i had to take it back in. I was very unhappy that I called in and left a message over the weekend and I never got a call back.
I am not one to do many reviews, but I took my car in here for insurance repairs, and everyone was real nice, and the work they did to my car was excellent. I would recommend them to anyone.
