My Prius’s splash pad was coming off and scraping the ground, and I knew I couldn’t continue driving it knowing it could come off. Called All auto service and solutions right away after seeing great reviews! Marco was able to get me in right away and temporarily fix the loose slash pad! These guys were awesome! A/C cut out in the Utah desert in the middle of a 3000 mile research trip. Not only could they fit us in when every other place turned us away, they got right to work. Replaced the A/C compressor and found a crack in the radiator (which explained where all the coolant went!). Replaced the radiator and got us back on the road the same day. Not only was their work excellent and reasonable, they were extremely hospitable, with a very comfortable waiting room, and a very relaxing ambiance. Great work, great guys! Give em a chance!

Their place is amazing. I was car shopping and the dealer I went to wasn’t being very forthcoming so I looked up the nearest shop and asked if they could do an inspection. They let me come in 5 minutes after I called. I was there for less than 45 minutes and they told me everything that was wrong with the car and what future problems I might have. They were amazing. Saved me from throwing thousands down the drain. Very cool guys.

I had a phenomenal experience at All Auto. Hands down, the most positive experience Ive ever had at an auto repair shop. As a woman with little knowledge of cars, I often feel suspicious that mechanics will overcharge and find something extra that needs to be fixed. Not the case here. I showed up early one morning without a scheduled appointment and with an unknown issue, and Marco and Noe were both very thorough in assessing the issue. Noe took the time to show me the parts of my car that he was checking and explained the specific issues happening. I never felt pressured to make a decision about what to do, and once I did make a decision, Noe got to work quickly. While I waited, I enjoyed conversation with Isabel, the wonderfully welcoming office assistant. She was happy to give me the wifi password so that I could get some work done while I waited for repairs. After walking in stressed out and overwhelmed, I left feeling cheerful and grateful to have found such a great shop. I would definitely recommend this place, and plan to go back in the future.

Marco gave me and my brother both free estimates on our cars and all the information we needed to make the most informed decision with no expectation or demand for our business. This place is awesome! Amazing costumer service, got me in same day! My check engine light went on and they were able to help solve the problem immediately, also never felt like they were trying to scam me I have an old car that could have underlining issues. Very affordable and would highly recommend!

They did a radiator part repair/replacement for my kids’ car. Radiator overheated about two months later and the part had to be replaced. No guarantees it was their part that caused the failure or something else, but they took the car in two days before Thanksgiving and fixed it back up with no arguments, etc. Very good experience.

Overall great service. Was attended in a timely manner and with their 2 year labor warranty I can expect the job was well done and gives me a piece of mind driving off. Thanks

I was super skeptical about what was going on with my car and their diagnosis, but Marco was extremely patient and understanding and helped walk me through it, and even went above and beyond to help with something when he didn’t have to!

EDIT: He even countersued me and lost.They quoted me one price, did unsuccessful repairs, then charged me several hundred more than the quote without asking me first because they “forgot” the price of parts in the quote. I spent over $1200 here just to fix my fuel delivery system and ended up with a car broken down on the side of the road, no warranty and another $1150 quote from them to fix it. They are crooks and I’ll only take this review down if they refund me for all the unsuccessful repairs.

A couple years ago I had a string of bad luck with my car. Everywhere told me it would be $3000-$4000 to fix. These guys did it for $1000. I’ve gone to them for multiple things since. They do incredible work. I love the way they break down their invoice. Whatever they quote you is what it’ll end up costing you. Marco is such an honest guy. They also do the work pretty quickly. I really could go on and on. Car stuff is never fun, but these guys make it a better experience. We’re moving to Phoenix soon and I just want to thank them for everything.

These guys are the best in the valley hands down. Marco is great in taking time to explain the importance of getting a certain thing done. He also is so understanding of a budget! He breaks down what needs to be done in priority and give you a timeline for future service so you know what to expect down the line. Ive been to some other place that have charged way too much and missed a lot of important things or piled on so much at once there was no way I could afford it. I go here because that never happens.These guys are great if you want a quality job at a price that you can afford done by honest mechanics.

The best experience I’ve had at an auto shop. I’ve had a rattling noise underneath my car for months now and saw this place had good reviews and decided to stop. He explained everything to me, and it was a simple fix so he did it without a fee. I will be coming back for any auto repairs just for the customer service, and the fact he didn’t try to charge me outrageous fees for a simple fix like I’ve had happen in the past. Awesome business!

I absolutely loved this shop. They were extremely accommodating when my battery and alternator went dead. They have two dogs with them at the shop as well which I loved. I found them to not only be extremely well priced but thorough as well. Definitely recommend!

Amazing experience!!! The price was right and the customer service was exceptional! They changed my oil and charged less than Walmart! They are kind and know what they are doing! We had gone to a big mechanic shop and they told us we needed to pay for brand new calibers for my minivan and replace a lot of things. It wouldve cost me 800 to do just the front calibers with brakes and rotors. I took it over to all auto service and found that our calibers were fine. They even did just our brakes and rotors for both my,Nissan and minivan for a super cheap price. Safe to say we have found our new mechanic shop.

Imagine a 4th of July weekend where no other mechanics in the entire area wants to be in their shops, and your out-of-state familys vehicle wont start. You call around, no one has any openings, so you start to despair. Marco and the boys were busy too, but they not only squeeze you in, but replace your alternator and tensioner at a VERY reasonable price in enough time to make it to your hotel several hours away that night. This was my familys experience just last year, and I should have made this post back then.And thats not all. Marco knew what a time crunch my family and I were in, so he didnt wait until he could get his OWN diagnostics on the problem. He listened well enough to trust that I knew what I was talking about and had diagnosed the problem properly over the phone. He ordered the correct alternator BEFORE I could get the car jumped and drive over, so that the work got done without the extra wait-time.Who does that???I mean, of course you cant do that for every case--and even with me, they were thorough and found out the tensioner was part of the problem that I couldnt have known, so theyre not cavalier about this--but ordering a part based on the WORD of a customer you KNOW youll likely never see again was a RISK Marco was willing to take to SERVE me and my family.This place deserves the highest praise. A year later, electrical runnings are the smoothest thing on my vehicle.Best. Shop. Ever.

This is the best place to bring your car if you have problems with it. The people in this place speak Spanish and they will always explain to you in detail what they will charge you and what they will work on without hiding any details. The mechanics have a lot of experience. Marco has great knowledge and experience. He is very honest and will answer all your questions. Sometimes it is a bit expensive, but the truth has always done an excellent job so I can not complain in the least. The candy they sell is very tasty, whenever I go I need to drink a few because they are delicious!
