Brought my car here after an accident. Great people really friendly, and felt like I was always in the loop when it came to my car repairs. They send texts that keep you informed and you can text them back which is great and easy! Not to mention my car looks fantastic!

I took my car in to fix damage from a collision in a parking lot that affected the front fender and door.Pros:They called the car rental agency to get me a ride when I dropped my car off.They were polite and kept me updated throughout the whole experience.They took my car to the tire shop next door to take care of the alignment for me.The paint job looks great.They worked quickly and went the extra mile with making sure everything was right and looked good.ConsThe first appointment I made was not kept, some kind of misunderstanding between the front desk and technicians who answered the phone. Try to talk with Shari for an appointment.The panels dont perfectly line up but its close enough Im not sure it could be fixed any better.Other notesThe appearance allowance check was lost somehow but when I reached out they immediately gave me a call and are working to fix the problem.Overall I would highly recommend this business for their excellent customer service and support. They have helped make a stressful experience much easier to deal with.

I took my 2018 Land Rover Discovery Sport in after it was hit ... They replaced two doors and made my car look beautiful again ... The work they have done on my car was PERFECT!!! Neither Satisfied or Disatisfied overall with the whole process. Excellent customer service. As far as mechanical repair, Id say they are good but not the best on my end. However give them a try because they actually inform you during the whole process when your vehicle is in the shop. Troy and Sherri are good and their office is actually pretty tight and nice! Took excellent care of our car. There was a lot to do with the repair and they took care of it quickly and professionally. It looks totally brand new and they have a warranty for life on it. One of the best parts was communication. I received texts every step along the way letting me know the progress and updates. Highly recommend.

We took our van in here for an insurance claim from Geico. While there, we had them do another door panel (through our insurance company, Farmers). Clinton was great to work with and sent daily updates on our vehicle. The rental vehicle was at Caliber when I dropped off my vehicle in the morning. All I had to do was give Clinton my keys and drive off in the rental. The tailgate, rear bumper, and side door were all fixed and the painted 3 days early! When I picked up my newly fixed van, it had been vacuumed and shampooed on the interior and there was no sign of damage anywhere on the exterior. I was very satisfied by the repairs. The scratches and dents came out to about $5,000, but that was all covered through the insurance.

I damaged the front bumper and undercarriage of my car because of tire debris on the freeway. Caliber was able to get me in quickly, worked with my insurance seamlessly (USAA), and kept me updated with text messages about when ordered parts arrived and when the vehicle was to be completed. And the repair was completed on time. Im satisfied and would go back.

I’m not sure of all of the services that were performed. I was in an accident and took the car to them for repairs. I am very happy with the results. Both driver’s side doors, front and back panels and the rear view mirror had to be replaced. The wheels were aligned and it needed to be painted. It was completed within the time frame given me. I was updated frequently about the progress of the repairs. I would completely recommend Caliber Collision.

I went to Caliber Collision because the place I had gone to replace my back window did a botched job and left my cars trimmings ready to just fly off and never took out the shattered glass from when my car was broken into. I was helped by Troy and he really listened and did the best he could to fix my problems. My car was ready one day earlier than what they estimated and it looked brand new!! As though it was never broken into. They really are amazing and they know what they’re doing. I 100% recommend!!!!

We were hit by a piece of metal and it completely ripped our back bumper and scratched up the side of the car. Chris did a great job and got us in sooner than other repair shops would have. They worked with our insurance and gave us updates consistently. They went above and beyond to repair our bumper AND clean and detail the interior of our car. Would highly recommend.

Slid head on into a light pole on Christmas. Immediately filed a claim through my insurance app, and had the car into these guys the next day. Even with the holiday they turned the car around in no time, and it looks great. I had a fantastic experience at Caliber Collision! I totaled my car in a small accident, and their first question was asking how I was. They remained very personable, professional, and kind throughout the entire experience. They let me keep my car in their lot for free for an entire week while I worked to sell my car to a salvage yard and were patient with me as I worked through all the insurance questions. They even provided aid in helping me make the official transfer of my car. My friend and I have both had incredibly positive experiences with Caliber Collision and will certainly be recommending them to others!

Never been more ripped off in my life. Got a good quote so I took my car here to get it fixed after an accident. Once they had my car they raised my quote over FOUR times the original amount. They replaced things that were clearly working before I took It in, things not related to the crash in the slightest.

They were very quick and very noticeably focused on making sure I had a good experience!

The people here are so kind and knowledgeable. A few days after they finished my repairs I had another car issue and they were willing to look at my car and give suggestions. I needed a new battery and they installed it for me for free. They are so easy to work with and are so professional. I would recommend them to everyone.

I had two separate claims for damage on my van that I needed to get repaired. Geico recommended Caliber Collision and Im really glad I went with their recommendation! Clint is awesome and made sure we knew exactly what was going on, how the process would work, and how long it would take. Had at least one update from them every day until the repairs were done, and they were even done two days early! Highly recommended, and I would definitely come back here if I need any repairs in the future.

My brand new car was damaged by my neighbors truck and it was devastating. However, Caliber Collision was such a joy to work with. My husband took my car in, took only 5 minutes for them to look over the damage to give him an estimated date of repairs and then they got Enterprise to come and get him! They were so easy to deal with and had excellent customer service. And my car got done the earliest date they gave me! When we picked up, we didn’t have to drive the rental vehicle back to Enterprise, we left it at Caliber and they would come get it from there! Great experience from an awful situation.

Every moment I had contact with these guys, particularly Chris and Tilee I had the best customer service experience. They went above and beyond in their services provided. They kept me up to date on the status of my car and made every attempt to get it done in a timely and professional manner. My wife also has used Caliber in the past and raved about them, I was a bit skeptical, but that skepticism has since been dashed. I will certainly return to Caliber in the future.

Got my WRX done here... I was skeptical with how’d they blend a unique paint color.. and they were spot on. Cant tell the different from the hood and side panels. Pretty impressive.. they went above and beyond and fixed other parts of the car that weren’t under the insurance claim. Highly recommend these guys, Clint was awesome to work with

Last year my car was hit and my insurance recommended this place. HUGE mistake. First it took them around 2 months to fix the car— which means I needed a rental for a whole month. They were rude, they didn’t fix it correctly, the whole process was horrible! A year later, my insurance is having to pay to have my car redone.. (obviously not through them) my insurance took them off the list for them... Don’t waste your time. They spent 2 months on it and couldn’t even fix it correctly. The places we have taken it to now have said it was dangerous for us to have left the way the car was. So disappointing!

They were amazing. They finished 3 days sooner than planned and Chris was very knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend them to anyone.

A guy named Chris at the Provo location helped me. He was so nice! My car had been broken into, the window smashed. They dont even do window repair here, only body work, but he helped me find the right people to fix it AND he went out of his way to tape up the hole where my window used to be and vacuum out all the glass, all at no charge. I am EXTREMELY grateful and will definitely be coming here for my future needs!!!!!

Wow!! Our Xterras front end was wrecked by a solar panel that flew off of a vehicle on I-15. It caused major damage to the front end. Caliber was able to (in 2 weeks) get everything fixed beyond what we imagined! They were even so kind to work with us on our schedule (we live in Moab, 4 hours away) so we could pick it up when were able. Caliber went as far as buffing out our headlights, washing it, and helping us install a new hitch. We are beyond elated to have our car back and to have had such amazing and communicative service. Caliber Collision had outstanding empathy and customer service. They kept me informed of the progress on my vehicle. When delays happened, the shop notified me of an estimated date of completion in advance. Caliber Collision personally phoned me on several occasions when problems, delays, or cost estimates became available. Caliber Collision also went above and beyond by detailing the inside of my car, washing the exterior, and attending to some scratches caused from a separate incident. My car came back better to me than before the traffic incident occurred.

A few of my friends had recommended going here. I got an estimate, and they were the best I could find, so I went with them. They were prompt, and got my car all fixed up where it was hit, and it looks great. Which I normally would give 5 stars, but the problem was, the next morning, I noticed scratches that had been covered with paint (pic below) so I took it back in. I wasnt angry, I understand accidents happen, but I wasnt told anything. They claimed no one at their shop would do that and denied having anything to do with it, and I explained that unless someone with my exact paint color was out wandering the streets the night I picked my car up, and decided to scratch my car and then paint over it badly...it was them. So they said they would get back with me about it after speaking with the boss. Its now been three weeks since that happened. I called, tried to leave a message but the box was full, I emailed every detail...nothing. At least the car is running, but its frustrating that those paint covered marks werent there when I dropped it off, and then they denied it and ignored me. They fixed the car up, but they werent honest or fair. If you go here, I guess just make sure you take pictures of the entire car, and make sure to inspect it closely when you pick it up, too.

Unfortunately my car is a target for being hit. Thankfully Caliber has been there to save me all 3 times! Chris was amazing as was the rest of the team! Hopefully it won’t need anything more but if it does I know where I will be taking it.

I went in there over four hours before they closed. I asked if I could get a quote for my car. They tell me sorry we are booked. They had zero customers there, and no one to attend to. Everywhere else takes 10-30 minutes. So call ahead otherwise we are not worth their time.

Ive taken my vehicles here to be repaired 4 times and have always been impressed with their service, no nonsense attitude, and quality of their work. We had some issues getting Toyota to ship an acceptable headliner and the guys really fought to get me a good part in my vehicle. They even stayed till 7 on a Friday to make sure it got done right.
