The guys here are absolutely fantastic. They fixed my screen quickly and gave special care to the little details. I tend to store little things like pine needles or pressed flowers in my case and they have me envelopes for them so they wouldnt get lost. A special shout out goes out to elvis who literally got on the floor and helped me look for one of those small items when it fell. Customer service is amazing!

DO NOT GO HERE FOR SCREEN REPAIRS. My daughter’s iPad screen had broken and we paid over $300 to fix the screen. Within 2 weeks the laminate/glue came undone at the base of the iPad near the button. We reached out multiple times within 90 days and the repair person was on vacation. Then given constant storms and between working full time the hours didn’t work for us ... we physically brought it in slightly after 90 days. Rep said it would not be covered and this was due to an impact (drop) as the screen protector had started to peel up. Explained that did not happen and the protector started to peel up so we removed the glass/plastic so my daughter’s finger would not get cut. Push come to shove they were going to charge us an additional $233 and tried to tell us it was an “impact” not craftsmanship issue. Frustrated (as there was absolutely NO impact) we left and took it to the GeekSquad.GeekSquad said this retailer is not even an authorized Apple repair tech. We got charged for a”higher tech screen” but this store which was also a lie ... GeekSquad said it was a generic screen as they are not contacted to get Apple screens and said they have never seen craftsmanship this poor. They actually took it out back to show the repair techs because they couldn’t believe it. They said this was not laminated/glued back together right and basically this shop trashed our iPad. They offered to fix it but it wasn’t worth it as we can get a new one for $300 or $400 now.This place is a total scam. I’d say you get what you pay for ... but we paid over $300 ... so we just got ripped off. During a pandemic when people are struggling - it’s disheartening.

Was there today to pick up my son’s phone. My son and I walked in wearing our masks as is required in PA. There were three other people in the store, two workers and one other customer and none of them had masks on. I asked the older gentleman worker to put on a mask before he spoke to us which he did.A younger worker who was also waiting on us was not wearing a mask. When I asked he where his mask was he replied, “where’s my mask? I’m not wearing one. Should I be? Probably.” Then went back to checking us out without putting a mask on.I’ll never return to this dump. Blatant disregard for the health and safety of their customers.

I dropped my IPhone 8 plus and it had several cracks in the screen, I called around for prices and the T-MOBILE store at 249 Schuylkill Rd. store gave me a price over the phone and when I went in they honored the price I was quoted. The 2 other cellphone repair places gave me a quote but when I went in the prices changed .The whole process took less than an hour and my phone looked brand new. Bill really took care of me and didnt make feel like I was a burden. I would definitely recommend Bill and his staff.

I tried to get the screen protector for my oneplus 6t replaced. I bought it through t mobile at a ridiculous mark up simply for the fact it had a lifetime free replacement warranty. Turns out that they wont have one transferred store to store for a warranty replacement. They told me to just call around, they didnt even bother to look it up for me. Horrible customer service at this store!

Do not buy anything from here! This is not a T-Mobile store, just an unaffiliated shop that uses deceptive practices. The store is branded as a T-Mobile store, with a giant T-Mobile banner for the store name. Its listed on Google under the title T-Mobile Store. However, they claim they are only a reseller. I called the T-Mobile corporate number to confirm, and its true. This shop does not belong to T-Mobile, and does not honor T-Mobiles policies. The T-Mobile rep I spoke with, Samantha, says shell ask her manager if they can make these guys take their sign down.

BEWARE!!! Scam store! Tried to use Jump at this location and they refused to honor it stating it can only be done if you send the phone away which will take over a week. They then proceeded to sell me a different phone from the one I wanted for more than twice the corporate stores were selling it for and made me finance it thru an independent 3rd party! When I brought the phone back the next week they REFUSED to give me my money back or even take the phone back. This is 100% against T- Mobile policy. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!!!

Went to upgrade my phone and the store mgr gave me a deal $50 for my perfect conditioned galaxy 1 phone for a $300 onetouch fierce phone. Didnt realize my phone was selling anywhere from $75.00 to $150.00...not a problem. The problem was that everywhere else the onetouch fierce was only selling for $150.00 and i understand that need to make money but double the price come on. I called the store within the hour of purchase and the store manager started his tap dance including that he would research the price. When i came back to return it he stated that he had to check with the corporate office to see whether they wanted to settle the difference or refund my money and he would call me the next day...so i gave them a chance. When i called the next afternoon to follow up i was made aware by the other mgr that he was off for the next 4 days and that nothing was notated...thats ok my credit union will get my money back. This is just bad business.

Beware!!! This store is a scam store. I came there to buy an iphone 6, the seller there lied to me that their iphone 6 is unlocked by manufacture so they sell $200 more than the Tmobile price. when I found out that the phone didnt unlocked and I request to speak to the owner, to get the money back or return the phone he refused to speak to me.

I went in to see what i could do about my broken tmobile mytouch and the manager was so rude and tried to get over on me i even called tmobile while in his store and they told him to sell me the phone i had at a cheaper price and he refused because he said he would not make any money. He even told me he didnt have the phone in stock but while i sat there for a hour he showed another customer the phone he said he didnt have. Its pretty bad when the customer service rep on the phone suggested i go to another tmobile store! He even tryed to get me to get off my husbands plan and get my own like who does that. Ive heard numerous bad stories since so i hope everyone reading this will take there business elsewhere!!!

This an authorized dealer that charges twice the amount as the corporate store in Exton, sells referb broken products, and has yo9u sign a no return policy. Dont waste your money here. TMobile will not honor this stores broken products as their own. Visit the Exton mall store for deals directly from TMobile.
