I thought that I was going to have to purchase a brand new laptop due to a cracked screen. David saved me from having to do that and it was at a reasonable price. I have had many computer problems over the last 4 years, I have gone online for help and used other shops. Norristown PC is the only place that explains everything to me, completely fixes any problems, recommends programs and software to make my life easier, all for an extremely reasonable price. The turn around is quick and the staff is extremely efficient.

David was really great. He fitted me in when I really needed my computer work done quickly as I work from my home. The price was fair and the work was great! I would highly recommend him :)

So my old laptop stopped working and Dave said he can trade in that one for a new one. So I took the offer and booked and paid for a new laptop for $600, which he would order from inventory, and I would receive $150 for my old laptop (so eventually I paid $450). After a couple of hours, I called him and changed my order to get a different laptop for $500, because I didnt like what he was offering me for $600. To my surprise, he said he would change the order, but I wont get back the $100, instead that would remain as Store credit. Yes, I need to keep a store credit in that tiny store where I hardly have anything to buy from ! Anyways, I had to agree...and after sometime when I called, he told I can get a 500 gb hard drive for the $100 credit ( which is actually $55 in Best Buy). I agreed anyway, and he said he would order that day itself. 1 week gone, no call from him. When I called, he said he ordered the item but didnt get it from inventory. Called him after 2 weeks, the same response. I asked if he can cancel the previous order, and re-order. He said he would do that. Called 3 more time in consecutive weeks, same story repeated - I re-ordered the day you told, havent received it. No further explanation, nor any intention to settle the thing. I stopped following up and never saw my $100 (or anything in exchange).Whatever service you may wanna get from him thats fine, try to stay away from purchasing stuff !

I took my sisters computer in because it kept saying she had no sound drive, she was unable to use the internet, and it would freeze up, restart, and repeat the process. I looked up Norristown PC, I called and ask if I could bring it in. I brought it in, Dave fixed and updated it, and for a reasonable price, and I got it back the same day. Havent had any problems. After getting screwed by alienware with a shotty liquid cooled system that was supposed to be maintenance free i can say Dave and his employee helped me greatly. I provided the solution to fix the problem referencing the internet and he was able to do what i was unwilling to. My pcs temps before fix on my intel i-7 6 core was breaching 100 degrees Celsius!!!! Now since the fix the cores idle around 35c and under stress under 50cby the way fair pricing is an understatement if i ever encounter a problem i do not feel safe fixing myself i will employe his services again. i highly recommend his services on your average pc repairs to the elite pcs like mine thank you !!
