I am a Metro customer have been for years. I lost my phone and went over for help. Totally amazed how fast I was able to upgrade to a I Phone and get back online again . Great competent service is why I have been a customer for years. Thanks Guys :) !

Came in for a new service plan and got way more than I wanted! Amazon prime for free? No brainer. The employees were really informative and kind. Highly suggest this metro location

Went in to upgrade my phone to an Iphone previously had the LG K20. Service was quick and he was super helpful. Contacts and pictures were all transferred at no extra charge. Definitely better than the previous Metro location.

Service was very helpful. Prices are similar to other phone stores. They offer specials that were pretty good, if its what you are looking for.

What ever Promotions in metro pc website, will never be found In this store. More like this store work for competitor to metro pc and hold all their promotions

My grandson visited this place and got excellent service. Easy to find and more parking space than the old location

Didnt know how to fix my phone!

This store charges you to pay your Metro bill. The T-Mobile store at 249 Schuylkill Rd Phoenixville, pa 19460 has no fee to pay your Metro bill.

I waited over an hour and didnt get to even look at the phone I wanted because the person working was helping someone else. Im not going to that location anymore until they get more help. Irritated. I might even switch companies!
