I paid almost three hundred dollars for them to “fix” my IPhone 11 max pro screen. They did infanct replace it. However the screen is unusable. This has to be the worst service I’ve ever received. I’m going to show a picture of my “repaired screen”. There is no damage, it hasn’t been dropped or anything this is just they way it “works “ since going there. DO NOT GO here. To make it worse I pre-paid to have my screen fixed so when they did get the screen in, I would be able to have it repaired. Since you responded I had to edit this review. The name was Aaliyah Savage it’s a phone that’s on my plan. I actually did call and the response I was given was. “It doesn’t sound like an issue with the screen. It’s your phone itself.” I was not offered to come in and have it looked at or anything. So check your records for that name.

Screen literally falling off due to craftsmanship. Would not stand by their work and indicated I must have dropped iPad even though screen was not cracked now am out 300. I took iPad to geek squat (where in hind sight) I they said the craftsmanship was so bad they wanted to show their techs in the back. ....screen literally fall ingoff!!I then was told the screen wasnt even an apple screen and that this place is not an authorized apple repair place so beware people this guy is a bad one. Unless of course you like wasting money.and no the screen absolutely was not cracked nice try bud

Samsung Galaxy 8+ had cracked back cover . Made of glass . Brought it in for replacement . The store had the exact color and was installed in amazing time . Also asked to replace plastic screen protector.Was amazed to see it was replaced with a glass cover.More than satisfied ! AMAZING RESULTS .

Bad. I went there because my phone died, i did not know if its was the battery or something else. So the guy charged me 80dollars in a new battery and 220 in a new screen. Now, my phone dont recognizes me for a face id. i just found out in appel store the screen is 110 dollars. After all, it wasn’t the battery, another part, the guy said it will be 50 dollars more. I am just desappointed.

They had me drive 35 minutes out there for nothing. They wanted to charge me $270 for a new screen when my screen wasnt broken, cracked or anything.

1 star only because I can’t give 0 stars. Took husbands phone for screen repair, was told two weeks. Received notification that it would be ready on 12/4 and went on 12/8 to pick up - they didn’t have the phone and didn’t know where it was. Was promised a discount for inconvenience. Went back to finally pick up husbands phone (after over a month) and their ‘discount’ was mere $5 on an $160 screen repair. Manager seemed very rude to his employee. So in short: if you’re looking for screen repair DON’T choose this place.

Put a cheap screen into my iPhone. Probably one of the cheapest they could find on ebay. Colors were dull and almost fuzzy. I Shouldve just spent the extra $40 for apple to put one in. Wouldnt recommend coming here for replacement screens.
