Really happy with the service here. I bought a phone at an electronics retailer, which turned out to be a T-Mobile version by mistake. The Verizon rep instructed me on a compatible replacement and was very helpful transferring my data from my old model. Im a bit of a noob with phones, and the store rep was very patient and helpful. Unfortunately, I forgot her name, but I appreciated her help.
I arrived right when the store opened. The store employee was very nice and showed me options on a new phone. After I selected one she was able to transfer all information from my older phone in a few minutes. She suggested a case and screen guard, which she installed precisely. I was out the door in 30 minutes. One thing that had me worried was her long fingernails, but that did not appear to impact her ability to perform her job.
I went there at 12:45 pm. At 2:10 pm I was finally able to talk with the lady in the store. However, her manager, which was not there, revoked her access to the fios system. So she could not help me out. If you wont sale fios products on your store on Saturday you should let us know. I waste at lot of time just because you!. At least a sing in the door would help. I never deal with verizon before and this was my first time. If this starts like this, I prefer to not do business with you. I never wait so much for a service and in top of that I wasnt even help. 1 start because I cant give you 0
Fantastic service! Everyone was friendly and took time to work through all of our questions and concerns. Not pushy about extras either. I would highly recommend this store and Andreia who helped us.
My wife and I came to this location in October to switch from T-mobile. They looked up service coverages and told me there would be no issues with connectivity. They also told me I could keep my phone and shouldnt have any issues, but that my wife needed a new device. Supposedly there was a rebate to offset the cost. Fast forward 3 months of fighting with a device that wont register on the network, and now we find out the rebate that was submitted (yes it takes over 3 months to process) is invalid because neither device was eligible. I feel like they took advantage of a situation to make a sale and now Im left footing the bill.Shouldve stuck with T-mobile.Edit: After seeing their response to this I contacted them at the provided address; still have not recieved a response. Will update this review after I hear back.Edit 1/28/21: Ive reached out several times but with no response. Stay clear, theyll take your money and run.
Bad customer service. Ordered a phone over a week ago and they said they have no tracking. They have the same phones in the store and won’t set us up with one of them. Didn’t help us in the slightest and don’t care. They wont even cancel the order so now we are stuck waiting. Next time we renew we are going somewhere else. Has nothing to do with Verizon just this store

I do not make very poor reviews often, nor do I take any joy in them, but I feel this is warranted. My wife went to this store for a new phone, as it was time for an upgrade. The sales person decided to talk her into a new plan, that would supposedly not increase the bill, besides the cost of new phone. My wife called me and we even did the math with the sales person over the phone and determined that the new monthly bill would only include the cost of the new phone, so we agreed to the new plan, trusting that this sale person was being honest or knew what he was talking about. Our actual bill went up $60 per month, excluding the increase we were expecting. Just got off the phone with VZ customer service and the plan that we were previously on no longer exists, so the best they could do was drop me down to a plan that is comparable to my original plan, but since prices have gone up, Im now paying $20 extra a month with no increase in service. So either the salesperson was ignorant to what he was doing or was being dishonest. Either way, I will never use this store again and may even shop for a new carrier. Be aware that this is not a direct Verizon store, but an authorized dealer, so according to VZ customer service, they have their own policies. I was able to file a complaint through Verizon against this store. Be very careful if they try to upgrade your plan and claim it wont increase your price.

I knew what I wanted when I came in, there was no pressure to do more more more...she was kind, courteous, patient and knowledgeable. I was so skeptical coming in, as this can be a tedious process. The first day I came into the Verizon store, Cameron took the time to help me figure out how to resolve a very frustrating problem with my phone. When I returned the next day, replacement phone in hand which had been sent overnight, I again went to Cameron, who helped me set things up, etc. The whole experience proved to be pleasant and without stress thanks to Camerons cordial professionalism.
Cameron was a great help and helped me with another phone as well. Its good to see the willingness to do something extra.

Elvis went above and beyond to help solve my problem on my I Phone. Had a virus on my calendar. He stayed after hours on Friday on his own time and eventually fixed it. Going forward I will only deal with him no matter where he works!

I came in the store exacerbated because my Android wouldnt power up. Rasal calmed me down, powered up my old phone, demonstrated an affordable, cool new Motorola g6, which I bought, and now Im back in business and very satisfied. I couldnt have ordered better customer service. Compared to the last time I came in for help, the customer service has improved 1000%! Way to go!
The sales reps at this particular Verizon location are very friendly and knowledgeable. They always make sure to go above and beyond all while being extremely patient. The showroom is very clean and approachable. 10/10 highly recommend.
Do not buy a phone from this location. I thought I bought a brand new Pixel 3 to find out after battery started to crash that it was actually refurbished and the battery was removed from the phone and then jammed improperly which damaged a connection. The store said that they refuse to do anything about it and that its not their problem. It certainly sounds like a great scam they are running.

UPDATE EDIT, now giving 3 stars instead of 1: After taking the time to email the company and write this review, I was contacted by the Regional Manager for a full refund of the two cases we purchased and a sincere apology for the false advertising.While at first glace, the employees seem like they are helping you out and upgrading you with ease. Thats not the case. They do not go over any charges, they added insurance to both of our new phones without our consent, never told us there was a $19.99 charge per phone to practically open the box and turn the phone on, and told us the cases we picked were $35.00 dollars each, but then charged us $45.00 each for the cases. Clearly based on the other reviews, this has happened many times at this store. Find another VZ retailer.
Horrible experience after horrible experience. I have called ahead, confirmed that everything is good to go, and have walked in the store, cash in hand, ready to purchase a new phone...never have I been able to purchase a phone. Terrible business model.

Today I visited the Verizon store located at 700 Nutt Road Suite 755Phoenixville, PA 19460.The visit was entirely unsatisfactory. Not only was I treated rudely by the manager, David, despite his assurance that he wanted my business, but apparently he has a different understanding of how long seven days is. According to him, one week is 8 days! After waiting ten minutes for service, he did not even introduce himself, and when I questioned his understanding of one week = 8 days, he immediately became hostile, and stayed hostile until I left.He also refused to provide me with any help, including a phone number or email address to contact about his behavior. I believe that this man is entirely unfit to be interacting with customers, much less managing an entire store.On a brighter note, I first visited this store on Wednesday. On that day I was enthusiastically greeted by a salesman, Ted, even though he was with another customer at the time. As soon as he was done with her, he asked me what I needed and was extremely helpful. Despite my upgrade not being ready on Wednesday, Ted saved the phone I had chosen so that when I came in on Friday, today, it would be there for me. Ted was the perfect example of what a salesman should be, and I feel that it would be wrong to dismiss his good work just because his boss is a rude, ignorant man.

Horrible customer service. They told me all their new phones have to be bought with insurance and a case. I explained to them I already had a case and a separate insurance policy. Had to talk to the district manager who said because theyre a retail store they can essentially make up their own rules. Do yourself a favor and do not shop there. Theyre not professional in any way. Im surprised Verizon corporate still allows them to stay open. Go to the store in KoP which is corporate managed.

If I could put 0 stars I would but I have to give at least 1. Absolutely awful customer service. I understand that after a long day of work you want to go home just as bad as I do but I work till 1 hour before they close. I cant get to the store during their day hours.Today is 3/27/2017 and the gentleman who closed locked the doors nearly 10 minutes early. I knocked on the door and until he came to the door and asked me (and I quote) what do you want? I told him I broke my phone and need a new one. He said they are closed. I explain that I really would like to get a new phone and he said he cant sell me one because he already closed down.Dont go here because the people here obviously do not care about the customer. And this is not my first bad experience here. I cannot believe the laziness and lack of customer service from here. I hope you lose your job.
I didnt actually go into Verizon. I am roadside assistance with Arrowhead Farms and Service. I was sent to unlock Rasals car and ended up being educated on my Moto G6 .he was very helpful and informative. I highly recommend using this store

As a senior citizen I am not afraid to admit that new technology scares me. I had finally figured out the I Phone 6 but could feel the specter of the X haunting my future. So I got up the courage to go to the Verizon store in the Giant shopping center in Phoenixville and face my wireless demons. My salesman was Rasal Meya, the manager, who, even though alone, spent several hours with me explaining the new X, and all the changes in billing, etc., that I would be encountering in the next few months. I was very impressed with his knowledge of the phone and of Verizon, but most of all I truly appreciated his patience with me, my learning curve, and my endless questions. Rasal was extremely polite and professional with me and so I left with my new X and the confidence to use it. I would highly recommend this Verizon store to anyone who has questions and needs professional and efficient help.

The individual that I spoke with was highly condescending, emotionless, and coped a non-positive attitude.Recommendation: It is worth your time, and energy to go to the Collegeville, PA location.

Bought new phones in April, beans new screen protector breaks within the week and the store manager helped us. Then each of our screen protectors break not even another week later to contact Pure Gear and Verizon store associate to find out the salesmen who sold us the phones and screen protectors lied about the coverage and now my screens broke and I have to deal with it.
