I was going in just to get some prices on things and Aaron was very helpful and convinced me to switch my service provider to AT&T. He was able to answer all of my questions and the process was very quick and easy! Overall, great experience thanks to Aaron ! Also the next day I revisited the store and was greeted/helped by Matthew. All my questions were answered and it was an in && out process. They both were so helpful and welcoming.

I cannot believe I had such a positive experience. I walked in thinking I was going to leave frustrated... Was I WRONG! Aaron is the best. He looks for every discount and explains the nuisances of the phones to you. He is patient and just a great guy. Add in Marcus and Matt (and them cleaning and disinfecting EVERYTHING) I couldnt believe I was in an AT&T store. These 3 gentlemen exemplify quality customer service and are the reason people stay loyal to a carrier.

My husband and I went to the Phoenixville store to get him a new phone. A very nice, friendly and helpful young man named Matt assisted us. He was polite, fun and very knowledgeable. Matt was patient helping us to set up his new phone. He gave my husband some basic training using the phone as the functions had changed some from his previous phone.Matt took his time with us and made sure we were all set before we left the store. We will return here for any future needs we may have. He is a great asset to AT&T.

Ill never use at&t again these people at this store are rude and disrespectful, i had one guy who thinks hes tough ask me why I would call his store,he didnt want me to call this store so he hung up on me,why? Because your mad your employer at&t messed up everyones service, now you got to deal with angry or distraught customers.metro is way better than at&t anyways tough guy.

Guy who works here really knows what he is doing he is a techie through and through and has your best interest in mind.

Bought a phone from Amazon and was having a very hard time getting my wireless hotspot to work for months. Finally went to the att store and was helped by Nahlah and Natalya who took care of my issue within minutes (I don’t know why I waited so long to go). They were both very friendly and fast working and I wasn’t in the store more then 10 minutes. THANK YOU!

My phone was acting up so i decided it was time for a new phone went in and i dealt with the worker Durron not only did he explain in full the fees of activation but he also explained how much more my bill would be estimated monthly with a newer upgraded phone. He helped me pick out the phone that best fit my budget and color i would love. all my items were transferred so less work for me ;)I was very satisfied with his customer service and with this store.

Young woman that was working was very helpful in choosing which watch to get, my wife and i are very happy with our choices.Friendly professional and personal, would highly recommend this location to anybody searching for new phone or adding accessories.

I came in about a month ago and I was helped by a young man named Durron. He was very helpful with getting me set up, convincing me to switch carriers. He was very knowledgeable of the plans and cost, as well as working with my budget. Great service and well spoken.

I called and asked if a phone cover was in stock it was the only thing I wanted. Should have been a 2 minute trip.Matt said it was. He than said he just didn’t have time for me. He was with an important customer. I told him I just needed him to ring me up. He than told me he didn’t have time again and to go online and buy it. I told him I wanted his full name and he hung up on me.I will never go back to this store again and I’m calling corporate.

Natalya is very knowledgeable and patient. She took great care of us and helped us navigate how to address a billing issue with customer care. I wouldnt go to anyone else to get a new phone!

DO NOT MAKE ANY PURCHASE AT THIS STORE! There is no full disclose off fees and lack of transaction transparency. The employees are trained to mislead customers. When I signed up for 2 lines back in July, the ATT store employee did not disclose the access fee of $60/line. Moreover, after returning the devices and requested cancelation of these lines, guess who is now fighting ATT for bills in excess of $1000 of service I never received.

I had a great experience here with Andrew McQuaig! I came in to upgrade my phone and add a line and he could not have made the process any easier! This store was great! The employees Julie and Hunter were very helpful, we came in for the buy one get iphone bogo. Ran into some issues with my account and they were able to help resolve it and get us our new phones! They even showed us the new features on the phone that we didnt know about. My wifes phone was dropped in water and stopped working. So we went to the AT&T store in Phoenixville to upgrade her to a new phone. Shannon worked with us and she was a pleasure to work with and took her time explaining everything to us. She made the process easier as she has a great personality and a lot of patience, which she needed to work with us, non-tech older people. I would recommend this store and plan on using them for future needs.

I had a great experience at this location. Manager Courtney helped me upgrade my phone and get the 6 S plus which I loved her suggestion to get the bigger GB for all my photos I have. She also was able to transfer all of my photos and contacts with ease. I would reccomend this location to anyone who needs help upgrading or any questions regarding their phone. Courtney was very knowledgable and very professional while helping me as well. I plan to return to buy more accessories.
