Needed controller for Switch and they were so helpful with all my questions. We ended up getting Five Nights of Freddy and Resident Evil and classic Nintendo wireless controller.

Very helpful with getting my son what I asked for. They can never exceed 3 stars when theyll but a game from you for less than a dollar and sell it for $15. They serve a purpose and at least accomplish that.

Ok, so here is how it is for me. For years this has been my gamestop. The store is decent with its selections. And if they dont have what you are looking for, they will help you find it. They will talk games if they arent busy. The are like extended family. This is partially cause Im there a lot. However it is also because I treat them with respect in return they are good to me. Funny how that works. Travis and Kaitlyn are my go to. Reliable and simple fantastic people. They arent there for the amazing pay. They are there to be close to what they love and enjoy a little bit of their work life. All the while trying to serve the gaming and collectable folks the best they can. The corporate machine is one thing, but these employees... at this gamestop... they are amazing and I will be loyal to the end.

Travis is one of the most unprofessional workers Ive spoken too. He will give attitude or belittle your comments if he gets the chance too. AVOID HIM AND THIS GAMESTOP IS MEDIOCORE AT BEST.

Im a regular here and Ive always been treated in a friendly way, doesnt matter who was helping me. The staff knows their games and are awesome at giving suggestions, thanks to them I could have countless hours of fun with games I would have never thought of buying. Every visit is worth it and unique in its own way, this is definitely my favorite stop for games!

Joe consistently displays excellent customer service. He has a great attitude he is helpful and knowledgeable. If management or ownership can reward Joe in any way shape or form I humbly ask that they do so. If I were a GameStop manager at any other location I would do anything I could to steal Joe from this location.

Well stocked store. Customer service is amazing. I am a grandfather and going into this type of store can be intimidating. The sales people are only to happy to help and make you feel comfortable.

Not the best for collectibles, almost never have Black Series. Decent Pops selection and sometimes good Marvel Legends. Really great staff though.

The young lady who helped me was nice, but its a shame they dont carry games for older console like they do on their website. I ordered a fight stick in store to be shipped to my house and it took over a week and a half for something that had a return address in my same state less than a hr or so away. Makes no sense what so ever. Gamestop need to stop pushing their employees to always push their promotions and clubs so darn hard. Tbh it gets very annoying to have to hear all that just to decline the offer anyway.

I came into this store looking for a PS4 and a few other things I ended up spending like $600 here in one shot and its been little over 2 months and the PS4 goes out game stop refuses a refund of even just a even trade for the ps4. Talked to corporate office and they said I would have to buy another one and that they can sell defective product as long as they offer you a 30 return on the product. Thats the company saying that not this store every time I have been to this store everyone is very friendly and helpful

So I know the joke is GameStop Rips people off due to low buy back for games and systems. It’s true. Yesterday I traded in a few things for $297. I signed up for the pro card because was told it would go to $313 but it did not, it was like $1 more or something for my trade. So I took the 297 and left. Then I get home and count the money and it was $277. Figured it was too late to do anything about. Just a FYI, make sure you count your money at store and also, realize if it’s really worth it to sign up for the pro card.

BEST Gamestop Ive ever been to. The workers are friendly, love to chat about whats going on or whats new in gaming. But they also show professionalism and care for their customers. They make sure to do the best they can for you. I advise going to this Gamestop if its ever close by.

I always love gamestop, the people that work there are really nice and if you need help with sonething just ask. The quality of the items at any gamestop are great too.

One of the worst stores in the area! They would rather hold products for employees for a week and customers for 24hrs. Pops are held for employees and never make it to the shelf. WORST LOCATION! Every time we walk in there is an issue with prices and availability. I never have these issues at other locations.

I recently bought a used playstation 4 here. When I got home, I realized the controller they sold me was defective, so I exchanged it for another one, which also turned out to be broken. I dont know if this is part of a larger pattern of them selling broken used products or if it was just bad luck on my part - but no effort was made to get me a controller that they could guarantee worked. After hours spent driving back and forth, I returned the whole system and I dont plan on buying anything here in the future.
