Greulich’s has taken care of my wife’s car & my car and provided excellent service. Brian & Nick are exceptional! Many times you go to an automotive business feeling like you’re “just another person”, but they really treat you well here and are genuine in the way they take care of you. I can’t remember the last time I had service like that… I didn’t know where to go to fix my backseat (a very unusual issue), so I pulled in the parking lot thinking they could give me a better idea of where to start. I went in because my Honda 06 was making a squeaking noise. They told me I needed a new suspension since I’ve had the original one still. They installed the suspension in a reasonable time frame; however, I noticed a rubbing noise that was not there before I got the service. I went back and they identified the problem and fixed their mistake. It was only a back brake plate that was rubbing but they surprised me with a free oil change. I really appreciate their honesty and integrity. Nick was very professional and understanding. I will be returning

I’m glad we gave Greulich’s another try. Although our first experience was less than perfect,they totally redeemed themselves and continue to do so. We will definitely be using them as our family automotive repair shop. They have proven themselves to be honest, trustworthy and dependable while providing quality service and repairs.

Just dropped my SUV off for a routine oil change. Everything was great. Service was fast and everyone was very friendly. Got my car back and drove out of the parking lot. I noticed my car was bouncing ALL over the place (like the wheels were made of jello). I drove home thinking it was me being paranoid and Dino had my husband drive it around the block to see what he thinks. He instantly noticed an issue and drove it back to the shop.The front end gentlemen told us that they didn’t do it and that they would not test drive it either to understand what we were feeling. Finally after begging the team to test drive it, they did and said it was possibly something with the shocks. But they denied having touched them..We brought them our vehicle with non issues and for a routine oil change and in return we got a car with an oil change and jello wheels. They told us they would not fix the car or even look at it again because they “didn’t have the time”.Now we are forced to take our car to a new mechanic to see what happened. Our car is worse after being in their care and they refused to help fix their error. I am not one to post things like this online but I am in shock at the customer service we received.Be warned.

Garage is walking distance from home. Car battery was dead, jumped it and drove there. Asked them to confirm it is only the battery and replace it.Mentioned I had a afternoon appointment to get the fuel injectors cleaned and serviced. Offered compatible service for about $80 less. I accepted!

First time using this auto repair. Got in next day! Simple headlight repair, very inexpensive. Very happy, will return if we have more repair issues.

We took my sons car to a dealership to have an oil change. Discovered a cv boot was torn and leaking. Dealership quoted over $800 for parts and labor to replace the cv/axle.I found Greulichs on Google maps and gave them a call. Spoke to Nick and he was very polite. He quoted me a price approximately a 1/3 of the price of the dealership. We had them complete the repair the very next day.One other note worth mentioning. I asked them to replace the other side while they were at it. Nick called me and said the other side is fine and recommended not replacing it. Nice to hear that from an auto repair facility.They were true to their word. I will definitely be a returning customer!

Had gone to the break masters by the target up here and they held my car for 5 hours and did nothing. So I called this place from a referral of a coworker and they got my ac fixed my alignment and my breaks checked in under 3 hours. Super friendly staff and really professional. Straight to the point. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a shop.

After not being happy with the dealers diagnosis, I sought out Greulichs. They were able to correctly diagnose and fix the problem. They went above and beyond anything that was expected. I had a good experience - the personnel at the front desk were friendly and nice and the mechanics performed a very thorough examination on the car. They alerted me to 1-2 minimal flags but didnt inflate the diagnostic report with problems as is so commonplace among other auto service companies. They provided exactly the type of services I requested.

My service writer (NICK) is the most honest guy you will ever meet he is a (HUGH) ASSET to this company thanks to (NICK) I will always return for all my automotive needs. Take your car to Greulichs for all your sevice needs. Stay away from the tire shops that advertise specials to get you in the door they do that for a reason. (BE CARFULL) YOU WILL BE SORRY.

This is my 3rd time back for the same issue. Now I’m down 1k and my truck is still not fixed. My truck is now worse then it was and when I called to let them know they told me it was a different issue and paid to “get it fixed” but like i said ITS STILL NOT FIXED. I gave them 3 chances to make this right and they did not I will not ever recommend this “shop” to any one ever.

I previously had gone to my car dealership and they had been trying to push on me for months to pay over $800 for transmission and brake fluid replacement for my two year old car. Today I came to Greulich’s and was treated awesome from the beginning and was told all those things were perfectly fine. Paid $40 for a tune up and oil change and was on my way. Will definitely be visiting them in the future!

I drove from California and my car was making loud noises and the check engine light was on. I expressed i had to be back in California by night time. They were very professional, nice, and got me an answer in a timely matter. They even helped me out a little extra to stop the noises and make sure i got back safe. I definitely wouldn’t have received this kind of service in California. They didn’t try to over charge me or fix things that didn’t need to be fixed to make extra money. I would definitely recommend this place to ANYONE! thank you guys for everything.

I am thoroughly impressed by my experience. This is the 2nd time I have used them. The first time, they changed my oil and let me know my tire thread was way down. Sure saved me a blowout! This time, due to circumstances beyond control, I was running about 45 min late. We called and they said no problem. When I got there, there was no attitude from them, just smiles and professionalism. I was to go in for an oil change but when I got there I also asked for tire check, new wipers, oil change and to change a signal bulb. No problem whatsoever! Plus they filled up my washer fluid, which was empty, for free!!! I was expecting a couple hundred dollar bill but it was less than a hundred!! I highly recommend this establishment. The guys are great as well!!

I brought my old truck here when the brake system began acting up. They did a full check-up and found the brake issue, contacted our warranty company for us and helped us resolve the issue. We now have a different truck, which we took in for service yesterday. They changed the oil and checked several items we were concerned about. Sean and his team are phenomenal and always provide an amazing service at very fair prices! They go above and beyond every time I have my vehicle in their shop. I also have to commend the fact that they always explain what they are doing and wait for confirmation from me before any charges are accrued. I also love the fact that I am a female and they never make me feel uncomfortable or try to over-explain or complicate things as if I dont know anything about a vehicle. I needed a last minute oil change for an unexpected trip out of town. They worked me in immediately and were very kind. I would recommend them and will definitely be using again!

My cable broke on the shifting lever on my Dodge Ram. I spoke to them at about 8 am to see if they could fit me in. The truck had to be towed since you couldn’t shift it out of park. They arranged the towing and the truck was picked up at about 9am. They evaluated the problem, called me with the price which I felt was reasonable, included towing. They went and picked up the parts and I received a call befor noon that my truck was finished.The noted in writing some other issues with my truck that needed to be addressed (with a set price for each) in the future.I’m a grumpy old man and sometimes difficult to please but I would highly recommend going here if your vehicle needs any kind of service done. Very friendly and professional staff.I will definitely be returning here for my vehicle repair needs.My most recent taking my truck here, 12/3/2020, involved a number of issues that needed repair. They were very through with the vehicle inspection. There were no surprises and the work was completed as discussed in the time frame indicated.I would highly recommend this business for your vehicle repair or service.

Overall I was satisfied but with a few exceptions. My car was throwing a oil sensor code and the oil sensor was just replaced a few days ago because of the same code at another shop. I brought the vehicle in on a Saturday as the other shop was closed and I needed to get it fixed asap and not wait until Monday. The first issue was they said they didn’t have a working oil pressure gauge which I found odd as its a basic diag tool and they had to wait until Monday for someone to bring one in. Well that negated my whole getting the vehicle fixed asap as they couldn’t even diagnose it. You could easily buy a oil pressure sensor at any local auto store if you needed one or they could get one from another local store if needed. Come Monday they said the oil pressure sensor that I had just had replaced was bad so they replaced it again and said that fixed it. They also said that it improved the oil pressure about 5-10 but according to the tech it was the same so I feel I was being misled about it fixing the low oil pressure. They then changed the oil and filter which I believe is what actually fixed the oil pressure. The other issue I had was with their insane parts markup. They charged my $126 for a small little oil sensor, the other place that originally changed it only charged $83. You can buy the same AC Delco sensor they used for $36 from Rock Auto online or for $62 from O’Reilly Auto Parts locally. I understand they make money off parts but that markup seems really high. The average parts markup is 30-50% for mechanics and I’m assuming they get parts cheaper than retail so if you take the lowest price of $36 they marked the part up over 200%. They also charge $115 to diagnose the issue regardless if you get it fixed or not, other shops do not charge that. In my case it was pretty straightforward what was wrong. So overall I was happy with the service, the tech seemed like he knew his stuff very well but I was unhappy with the cost of the repairs.

They installed a new gas pump and put a important belts on for me. Very efficient and polite they even took me home and picked me up in when my car was done. I will be back for more service.

Working with “warranty” companies is a pain...they do whatever they can to NOT pay. They guys at Greulichs were awesome in advocating for me and getting them to pay...except the don’t pay sales tax??!! What the heck?!! Whatever...thanks for taking care of me as usual and for getting my Ford F-150’s transfer case and window fixed! Appreciate you guys!

This was the first time going and I was very well pleased. Service was fast. Front office men were very friendly and kind. But the price was a wow shocker. I usually went to get my oil change at the SuperStar car wash and that always came to $78 this service was $50 with a free tire rotation and vehicle inspection. I am soooooo beyond pleased with them. I will recommend to friends and family.

It took me six years living in AZ but I have finally found my go to automotive repair shop. I grew up in a very small rural town and we had an excellent local family owned shop. They were very honest and reliable. There are a lot options and finding one in the area was a bit overwhelming. I have tried several with mixed results. More bad then good. None that I was able to say. Yep, this is what my expectations are.When our 2015 Dodge Journey check engine light came on I needed a mechanic. The sooner the better. I never expected the negative situation to turn into very positive one. From the first call the customer service was flawless. Very friendly and welcoming. I was able to get it in the same day. When I explained I did not have a ride home I was offered a ride although I’m sure that may not be the norm. Little did I know. It was a perfect opportunity to meet another member of the team and learn a bit about the shop.When I dropped off the vehicle we spoke about doing a close inspection as our warranty is expiring soon. They not only fixed the electrical problem causing the check engine light but found other repairs covered under our warranty that needed to be done. Communication was spot on. Keeping me updated on progress and an idea on pricing the whole way. Then a call when completed. Although the warranty covered the repairs. I looked over the invoice carefully and the pricing was still fantastic. I was able to get several repairs that would have cost over $3000 done for my $100 deductible.I have since taken in our other vehicle. It has almost 250,000 miles on it. Needless to say it is not under warranty. The customer service level and pricing was again flawless. I had several repairs at a price well below what I expected. It will now pass emissions and ready for several thousand more miles. I am sure they could have nickel and dimed me with repairs worth more then the car.After 20 years in the customer service industry I appreciate excellent service. I know many others also look closely at reviews and rely heavily on them like I do. Greulich’s Automotive Repair earned every bit of this 5 star review and more. Thank you for earning my business. Fantastic! My problem was fixed in a timely manner. I guess a wire or hose got pinched in the repair process, they replaced it, obviously with no charge, but what I thought was awesome is I was told that it happened, if they hadn’t mentioned it I would’ve never known. I appreciate the honesty!

Great customer service... clear and concise planning and advising on what’s most important. Sean was the primary person I worked with and he was very helpful in all aspects of the work. The entire team was excellent! Recommend this for any auto repairs.

Go elsewhere. I had to have an actuator replaced which required them to dismantle the dash. When I went to pick up my truck back the windshield frame cover was not screwed in at all and fell off on the drive home. When I took it back they fixed it by putting screws in it that didnt fit so it fell off again on the way home. As I drove through an intersection there were multiple rattling noises coming from the dash that were not there before. Took it back a third time and they fixed it. Only to find that as I drove home the loudest rattling noise had not been addressed. The workmanship was sloppy and they used cheap aftermarket parts. I had to take my truck to a different shop to get it corrected because the cheap aftermarket parts started breaking. It cost me half as much to get it fixed the second time from a different shop.

I have used these guys for the past few years for both my personal and business vehicles. I have always had a great experience. This guys listen to my concerns and take the time to inspect each of them. They have dealt with warranty companies and consistently set the correct expectations. I would recommend them to anyone!
