I was thankful to receive an appointment within a week and have my trunk latch replaced. The cost was reasonable..better than what another dealership quoted me and after a month of waiting on this other dealership to receive the part, I just gave up. Larry Miller Hyundai has gained another customer. PS..I know this place is super busy already, but they seem to have a system in place to be as efficient as possible. My recommendation would be to give them the time they need and you wont be disappointed. Plan to leave your car for the day and its a win-win! Melissa was great, I was happy to meet her! 😊 Thank you LMH for helping me out!!

Took the car in for regular maintenance as well as a complaint about my radio. Also the left rear window was slow to rise. Melissa took great care of me and although the dealership didn’t have anything to do with the radio but she helped me figure it out. The rest of the car works great! Thanks Hyundai and melissa

The experience was very positive. The 2020 Kona was taken in for its 15,000 mile maintenance checkup and to address the recent recall regarding the piston oil rings. (The rings turned out to be just fine.) I was promptly greeted by Melissa. Because it could be a long wait, she arranged for a Lift to take me home and bring me back when the work was completed. At their cost! Melissa phoned me a few hours later that all the work was completed. She went over thoroughly what was done. I am pleased with the professional manner in which everything was handled..

We were past our first oil change and I was told when I made the appointment it would not be free. However, Dustin, our service person was more than accommodating and made sure that the oil change would be covered under the new system of free oil and inspection for 3 years or 36,000 miles. The atmosphere in the waiting room was very pleasant. All of the customer service people were friendly.

Scheduled an appt for a recall notice (fuse box) for my 2015 Genesis 3.8. Asked about a previous recall for an ABS issue but was told it was a non-issue. Had tried to schedule 2x before for the ABS issue but was told the parts werent in yet. Drove the car the next day and had a check PSB alarm. Checked online and others reported it was a fuel module issue. Texted the Svc Dept rep w/no response. Called & left a msg the following day. Still no answer. Found the part on E-bay and made the repair myself. To this day still not return call from the dealership.

Scheduled an online appointment and when I showed up they said it wasn’t in their system even though I had a email confirmation. The person who came out to assist me was rude and proceeded to tell me they were so busy today and to make sure I call to confirm an appointment because they can’t trust their computers. I was scheduled for an oil, filter change & a tire rotation. I drove out of town today and my tire completely blew out, so much for them inspecting my tires as my receipt said. Would never go back here after my experience and will always use Earnhardt Hyundai.

Great service, very speedy. Appt was at 1:00 and I received call that service complete at 1:40. Everyone was very professional and helpful. I love my new Hyundai. I want to give Dirk Dunham a score of 10 for outstanding customer service. Hyundai Peoria has helped answer our questions about some of the options on vehicle and how to set and use them. Never make you feel bad for asking simple questions about some of the electronics. Thanks so much.

I bought my 2018 Santa Fe at this dealership in 2018, and have had all the service work done there since the purchase. This visit was for the 30,000 mile service package, which includes various recommended aspects: transmission fluid flush and replacement, air and cabin filter replacement, fuel filter replacement, oil/filter change, tire rotation, wiper replacement, and so on. I have had the same service representative, Ashleigh, since the car purchase, and she did a great job explaining the work that would be done, which would be checked and then either recommended or not depending on the current wear. Ive always been very satisfied with Ashleigh and feels shes honest in her appraisal. She does not upsell me on work just to increase the cost of the visit. Since this is a vehicle that I plan to keep for another five or more years, Im glad to have a service advisor and service department in which I have a lot of confidence.

Here is the deal- somehow they service manager wants us to believe a rock came down from the sky and hit our moonroof just perfect to shatter it, while driving south on the 101 in Arizona with no overpasses in sight. So, we had to make a claim on our insurance ( I have had the car for less then six months), yet I did find that another owner of the same model in June 2021 also had their sunroof shatter while driving, yet the service department conveyed this to me 😳. The service manager besides on the phone, took zero time out of day to help me understand how this could have happened when we were face to face with him- I feel like I was held hostage to an act of god situation- not acceptable ! Then we get the car, no car wash and grease finger prints on the interior shade for the sunroof- yes more time out of my day to take it back to have them clean up their mess! Over all the experience evaluation deserves two stars.. hopefully Larry Hyundai uses this feedback as an opportunity!

Theses tires were causing my car to lose traction. After the problem was identified the problem was taken care of. I really appreciate the help these guys are 10s

My car would not start so the dealership had it towed in for us which was a great service. Allit needed was the battery changed which was under warranty. They said they could get us an appt on Thursday morning. Okay I thought three days without my vehicle was a bit extreme for a simple battery but benefit of the doubt they were busy. The appt was for 0940 Thursday and when I called at 3pm they still had not taken my car into the shop. At 445 I finally received a call that it was finally being looked at would it be okay if they had to keep it another day. At this point. What choice did I have. The sales person saidHe would call me back in 20 minutes which he did not do. I called the dealership at 0700 the next morning and asked for the person who was helping us at which time he said the car had been fixed and in fact was just the battery needed to be charged and the car was ready for pick up. What this tells me is the car was ready the evening before and no one called me. I could have made arrangements to pick up my car that morning but instead both my husband and I had to leave work early to pick it up. I have been a Hyundai customer for 13 years and this is my second vehicle and this was the first time I have been disappointed in the service I received. The lack of communication was very disappointing and the fact I was without a vehicle for three days because for a battery charge not even a change I feel is unacceptable. I am hoping this is just a fluke and does not happen again. Matt is who we were dealing with and his lack of customer service, communication, and refusal to listen to our concerns does not strike a vote of confidence in us. Next time if we need a service and Matt is on duty we will be asking for another person to help us.

After having a service writer who was more interested in adding on billable items, I contacted the service manager KEVIN NAYLOR, who took direct charge of my problem. The problem was with the ADAPTIVE SPEED CONTROL SYSTEM. It was sending messages to the main display which said EMERGENCY BRAKING SYSTEM TEMPERATELY NOT AVAILABLE. AND SPEED CONTROL WAS NOT OPERATING CORRECTLY.the service manager, KEVIN NAYLOR had me come in and personally handled the problem, having a top notch technician trouble shoot the problem and within 2 hours the problem was rectified. THE PROBLEM WAS A SENSOR WHICH CAME LOOSE AND WAS GIVING INCORRECT READINGS.My compliments to MR. NAYLOR for his professionalism and taking my problem as his own, giving it priority and making things right.

The front shield under my car that covers my radiator partially came off and was dragging. I spoke with Dirk in the Service Dept. He didnt have any spots available but said he personally could take a look at it & see if he could help me with a temporary fix. He explained thoroughly what was wrong, showed me what was wrong and did a sturdy but temporary fix. He suggested reporting to my insurance & he would take pictures & explain to my insurance what is wrong. He went above and beyond. I am so grateful for his assistance. My battery died around 3pm today Sept 17th. I called the service desk, and they said get your car into us by 5pm. I arrived at 4pm, battery replaced, and on the road by 5pm.
