I had work done at Green Chevrolet’s body shop. They did great work on my fiesta st and performed it faster than the quoted 4 days. In addition to this they went above and beyond when I identified an issue to resolve it quickly and easily. I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for quality Ford and Chevy body work. Superb experience at Green Chevrolet! Brad Hutchinsons the best! I live in Pennsylvania, needless to say not close. Green Chevrolet had a rare used car color combination that I had difficulty finding. Brad did a great job in making me more confident in flying a 1000 miles to buy the car and reducing any weariness I had of buying a car long distance. He went above and beyond to help me out. The free limited lifetime powertrain warranty thats included with their car purchases seems like a great deal as well. Hopefully wont have to use it, but a nice peace of mind. Nice waiting area and bathrooms. Their cars really are priced competitively and If I lived in the area Id definitely go there again for another car purchase.
Went in this morning to get my brakes and rotors replaced on my 2014 GMC Acadia Denali. They were excellent. Everyone was so nice. They took care of me in a timely manner. Will be returning for further service if need be. I recommend them to everyone for all your car needs!!
Supposedly there have been defective oil filters being used and one is the claimed cause of the oil stain on my new driveway. If oil filters are able to be determined as defective I would think that could be done prior to using one on a customers vehicle. When you pay 13K for a new driveway a year ago and you buy the first Chevrolet in over 15 years because of problems with the last one and you get an oil stain on your driveway with a sub 1 year old vehicle youll be less inclined to buy another one.

Mistake in Paperwork - I purchased a new truck, not a new car. Not given the proper $ amount for the closing and ended up giving them an extra $60.62 which has not been rebated to me at this time. There needs to be better communication between the customer and the sales staff. I thought it was lacking the first few days of getting the truck. Not happy about the extra $3000.00 in cost. We were happy with every minute of the buying experience, except when they were going to find a bank for us. We asked them to run only one bank at a time, so as not to hurt our credit scores, and they said they did only one bank. We believed them until a letter came from another bank, that we told them we had bad experiences with in the past, and stated that that bank could not be of service to us. We didnt ask much of them, and they failed.
Friendly folks in the service department and a comfortable waiting room made service on my vehicle not a burden.
I bought a new truck at another dealer and was in the building for less than an hour. I was at green for over 4 hours. Everyone was nice and professional, but I feel like most of these things can be done by email. I didnt have a trade in so that didnt take time. It was a Monday morning and there was literally no other customers in the dealership except for people in the service department and brought $13,500 in cash.

Went in to test drive a 2015 Honda Civic with almost 100,000 miles on it. Asking 15,500 with no wiggle room on a car with multiple surface scratches, dents and stained seats. Very pushy and not willing to work with me on a manageable price. Also treated us like children who didn’t know what was being said and didn’t take our inquires seriously and professionally. When I mentioned a better deal at another dealership right across the road they simply told us it was impossible get a car at the price we were given. We even looked up a car just like it on other sites and gave them the price they basically told us that it wasn’t correct. So I went and bought a basically brand new car at the dealership across the street.
I worked with the Green Team, and George was very friendly and helpful. He thought it would take about an hour and a half, but they got done much quicker. I definitely would go back again.

My husband and I just bought our 3rd vehicle from Trent tonight. We went from a 2017 Equinox to a 2020 Equinox and absolutely love it! We had no plans to trade in but we got a great deal and couldn’t pass it up. Trent has been so wonderful to work with and appreciate all he has done for us.

There is a slight clicking sound on my vehicle that was not present before. And I only came to get a tire rotation and my oil changed.
The service department did their usual great job. Once again the parts department knocked it out of the ballpark. They continue to amaze every time I visit. Green Chevrolet should be proud to have a department so committed to excellence and customer satisfaction. Way to go guys!

Sold us a 2016 Ford with 60,000 miles and two hours later the check engine light came on. Took it to a local Ford mechanic and was advised 1. Oil leaking everywhere and 2. Our ENTIRE engine needs replaced as their is a fault of coolant leaking into the engine. Simply replacing parts would not fix the issue.For how long this car was on the lot at Green, we highly doubt they did not know about these issues prior to selling, especially for how quickly the check engine light came on after us buying.They pretty much just told us this is why you buy a warranty Very sketch place and had the worst experience.We are now having to pay for a different dealership to replace the entire engine.

I’ve been having problems with my truck, been in 3 separate times for the same problem and still hasn’t fixed it. When I went to pick my truck up the service guy who was helping me told me he had other things to do when I was asking questions about my truck. Great place but horrible service department. Would not buy another vehicle from them due to the service department.
Ive been to many dealerships and never had such a positive experience. The Green employees were welcoming from the second I walked in the door. They were not pushy and really seemed to care about my satisfaction. Id already visited a dealership in the area with the same vehicle I was looking to buy and didnt end up purchasing from them because I felt as though they didnt take me seriously. Mr Gesell, my service Advisor was very good at keeping me updated with what was going on with my car. Besides having regular maintenance.(oil change, tire rotation, etc.) My rear differential and rear axle needed to be replaced. This took about 6 days for parts to come in. Mr. Gesell made sure I had a loaner car to use during that time. Also loved that the serviceman who worked on my car saw what kind of stations I had on my XM radio and added one to my list. Which is now my new favorite:)

Literally just left the show room, traveled 2 hours after discussing with Caleb on the phone about 2 Traverses I was interested in and their options. He brings out one of them and another vehicle, not the original traverse I called about and said there was a discrepancy on the price, I could talk to his manager. Manager came out and says that has happened sometimes with the wrong pricing, wouldn’t even look at my phone which I had a picture of the pricing off of the website, beware !!!
Next time that I get a new vehicle I will definitely get it from green chevrolet, I love their service

She even came over from the Ford Dealership to help me and that was very impressive to me! I came back on 2/22 to pick up my car and everyone was very generous. Ryelee was going to meet me there but she got stuck at the Ford Dealership so Trent Hamerlinck went above and beyond to so me all the features on the car and set-up the Apple features on my car! Madie Green the owner was very courteous as well. She spent the time talking with us since Ryelee couldn’t be there. I am glad that I purchased my car from Green Chevrolet!

I got there early for a n oil change and they got me right in!
Messed up our title on a trade in we never traded in, They requested a lost title in our name sent to their address, they then forged our signature and sold the car to a scrap company on paper. We never traded in the vehicle and actually sold it to another person. Now they are unable to transfer our title due to the forged title Green pushed through the system. S Sandlin refuses to sign the official form that the DMV asked us to get them to sign..HORRIBLE company with horrible customer service. We waited over an hour for Mrs. Sandlin and she refused to even sign the paper...
Service and parts couldnt give me the answer I was looking for, but they sure were helpful. Professional, to the point. Felt like I was the only potential customer all week.
