The body work is done well. Can’t tell there was any previous damage. The work was done quickly. They sent me texts and informed me as to what was being done each day or two. Then when I picked up my car they had also given it a good wash and vacuumed inside! Top notch business. I would for sure use them again and recommend them to any family or friends in need of their services.

It took two months to repair my truck every time I called about my truck They had a different excuse why it wasn’t ready then I also called three times every time i called they asked if they could call me back and they never called back gave me a date when it would be ready it wasn’t now I am sitting in the office waiting for my truck I was told my truck was getting a tire put on after five minutes came back and said the tire shop didn’t have my size of tire I am very upset and I’m sitting in the office until I get my truck as I was waiting the general manager came out and spoke with me apologize for my inconvenience very nice gentleman I feel better no great it’s nice To have someone to speak to you face-to-face I thank him now to change my stars from one too five stars just because of his courtesy thank you A happy customer

My insurance AAA sent me to this center to fix the damages on my car after an accident I had few weeks ago. First of all, the AAA thinks very highly of them.I am so pleased with my experience. I have to mention my fix-work supervisors name... Bryan ... such a nice guy!! Very polite, kind, and very professional. If you have a choice I would definitely recommend working with him but I am sure the rest of the employees at this place are nice people!

My vehicle was completed within the time frame originally discussed with the body shop guys which was 2 weeks ahead of the corporate timeframe. Further, Victoria was extremely helpful and kept me up to date on the progress of vehicle repairs throughout the entire process which provided good and needed peace of mind.

I recently got my car repaired here a couple weeks ago and the experience was easy and painless. The staff was very friendly, the initial estimate appointment was quick and easy. I was never on hold for long amounts of time, and even for my first appointment I got lost and showed up late, but they did not hold that against me. My vehicle, so far, is back to it’s great condition, and they even completed the repair a day earlier than the estimated completion date. Hopefully I don’t have to get my car repaired anytime soon, but this place is definitely my top choice if need be.

Wabamm!! Absolutely phenomenal, swear my car looks and smells better then when i bought it. I quit smoking while they were fixing my cars exterior body. For some reason they detailed the inside and it smells wonderful. God bless service king!! Would recommend to everyone from my grandma to my worst enemy. Great work went above and beyond my expectations! My car wasnt this clean when I bought it, my headlights were yellow and dingy the damage they fixed on my car was in the rear and the cleaned my headlights on top of it I was not expecting that but it made me so happy thank you guys!

Had to take my vehicle back to correct the door that was replaced. No questions asked, got me in and made the correction and made sure no water could get in!

Everything was great. The rear bumper did not fall off on my drive home so I am extra happy. Don did an awesome job and kept me updated throughout the entire process. One of my headlights needed to be replaced so Don took the extra time to buff out my other headlight...now both look brand new. I was very happy when I saw my vehicle. I could’ve gone to another service king closer to me but chose this location based off reviews and I’m very glad I did. I would recommend them to anyone .

Avoid these guys at all costs! They provide a lifetime guarantee but as soon as you have to bring your vehicle back for their incompetent work, they begin to come up with excuses. My vehicle has been there twice for two separate accidents and theyre saying that someone put glue in my bumper, something they claim they dont do. The only collusion shop that has worked on my vehicle is Service King, so we can only deduce theyre the ones who put glue in the bumper. The issue I am having with the rear bumper is the same one I am having with the front bumper (for which they agreed to fix the front one). Both bumpers were improperly installed by their technicians and theyre only accepting to do half the work. They also failed to paint two door handles and are now doing that after forgetting or overlooking their own repair notes. Incompetence is the best word to describe this place. I will follow up by filing a claim against them and contacting news sources. Who knows how many others have been wronged by these guys?

I had an unfortunate incident at a car was and my drivers side mirror was broken. The car wash paid for the repairs and they referred me to Auto Body World. I must say that the mirror looks perfect as expected, being that it is a new mirror, but they also painted my passenger side mirror, which was oxidized and completely discolored, for free. After the repairs were finished and I got my car back I noticed that my car was completely clean. My car was wiped down and vacuumed on the inside and sparkly clean on the outside as well (which had been very dirty because I had not taken it back to a car wash after the incident). I am not sure if this is standard at repair shops, but I was pleasantly surprised. I would most definately go to Auto Body World again, even if the repairs were out of my own pocket. The staff was very professional and courteous and I highly recommend them. I dont normally write reviews but I am definately happy with the outcome so I could not resist. Excellent Service.

Took my car to Service King to for a new bumper under my insurance. They give me a quote for $1,219 with my insurance is $500 deductible. They called me and told me I was approve with State farm. I took my car there Monday morning on of 11/27/17. They called me on the 11/29/2017 and they told me that they could fix the bumper or replace it but they can only charge state farm $960 but since they made a mistake the manager told me and he could replace the bumper and pay the difference. So, I said ok fix the car and ill pay for it. Now, the car is fixed and the manager wont take off the difference of the $250 like he told me he would so now, I went to pick the car on my Monday the 12/04/2017 and they wont give me my car unless I pay the whole $1,219.I called the manager on the 12/4/17 for him to call me back and today is Thursday the 12/7/17 and has not called me back. I just want to pay the $500 deductible and get my car cuz im tired of riding the bus to work

Had to return several times for repairs. When i showed up 3 weeks after i dropped off car on day scheduled day to pick up it was still sitting in backlot fenced area. Adjuster had been there in week 1. It took 5 weeks to fix. No frame work. Guys in office were friendly but that doesnt do much for my car. Door handle still doesnt work and radiator was cuaght to be damaged and leaking when i took it into different shop for oil change. It was a disaster that i just said screw it.

What a joke! Went down there for an estimate on fixing a small hole and touch up paint on some scratches. They said I need to replace the front bumper & grille the hood the front lamp and fender. And quoted me 1800$ on a max 200$ repair.

Hours to open say 9:00 am on Saturday. Guy shows up 9:25 am

I receive my estimate at one location after a week of no response I drove up to verify what the problem was they sent me to a new location was told they would handle my repairs when I arrive to a new location they had no information of me or my truck
