This service center is the worst chevy i ever had.At my first service appointment there is no response once my car was done and i had to call at like 5pm to know that my car is done at 2.30 and it was just sitting there and my advisor never bothered to call me. Today i have my appointment and when i went there to drop my car and service is expected to take 4hrs so I asked for a ride back so they have no driver for their shuttle and no one else can give me a ride and no uber service either. They should have toldMe that once i made my appointment. Not going back..

Buyer beware. Tricked into buying the premium warrantee by telling me the day after buying our truck that I needed to come back and resign cause hubby and I signed in the wrong spots. The original paperwork has a big X on decline warrantee. Fast forward 3 years and the warrantee company keeps denying my claims while the general manager Scott tells me that it should absolutely be covered, and he will have someone call me, but months of me complaining and leaving messages and still nothing has been accomplished. I just get sent to voice-mail and nothing happens.This is a bad company that does not care about their customers!!!Edit: Thank for the FAKE REPLY Auto Nation. The phone number is your general switchboard in witch you get stuck in and hung up on. And your manager had still NEVER RETURNED MY CALLS!

I brought my truck in for its 1st service just before Thanksgiving 2020 everything was great except after bringing my car home I noticed and large scratch on my hood. Well with the holiday and all I slipped up on calling these guys about it until December 8th, but I did tell the follow up survey call about it.Anyway this service department, and specifically Doug, didnt question me didnt huff or fuss just had me come in and they wet sanded the area and buffed it to the point that I can barely find it. BTW they did all of this for free.Point is they are great and have earned my loyalty for service here in the valley.

I would give no stars if allowed. Do not go here for service! Not only does it take for ever. They will also make sure to make up every excuse in the world like a child would. Also make you feel like you are an inconvenience to them. Do yourself a favor and go right down the street to Liberty Buick. Much better service department and super fast/ friendly. James Gunter helped me and gave no care at all.... idk about you all but I spend a lot of money in my car. I would like my service provider to treat it the same....

This dealership took advantage of my elderly mom and took her trade in at below value. We went back to try and negotiate but the internet sales guy got very aggressive with us so we walked out on the deal. Please research the value of your car before your try and trade in at this place. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

My tire light came on so had to get it fixed on my new car. Wait time was maybe 5 min. & they were very friendly. No charge!! Yay! Glad I went.

Let me start off by saying, everyone was so welcoming when I walked in. From my salesman Dominic Boffa to Finance manager Michael Johnson, I had a great experience. They took the time to answer all my questions, I did not feel rushed or uncomfortable at all. I highly recommend, I’m so happy to be apart of the Chevrolet family. Thanks guys!!

This is a great dealership! Sales staff and service staff are amazing! The reason for the 3 stars is because of their finance department. They are unfriendly and rush you with paperwork. Ask for copies of EVERYTHING! Ive purchased 8 vehicles from this dealer and the last three times, finance has forgotten to provide me with documents or forgot my gap/warranty refund. I think its time for them to clean the finance house!

Dont try and get ahold of your service guy they are notorious for not answering their phone says their sales department. I ended up having to reach out to sales to find out cars status after trying over 2 hours. Took my car in at 7 am and could not pick my wife up at 2 pm. Cost me 35 dollars for uber...

I have been coming here for service for several years now, and have never had a bad experience. Mike Arana always takes good care me and my vehicles. I own a 2013 Camaro that runs as good as the day I bought it, and a new Colorado that I plan on having for years to come. Everyone here is always professional and pleasant to deal with. I have to also mention that I used to go to a different dealership, and the service department there were as dishonest as the day is long. Thank you Autonation Arrowhead for treating me the way a good customer should be treated.

Yesterday I had a problem with my 2018 Camaro. I was put in touch with service representative Timothy Smith. The car was towed in and the problem was fixed the same day. Mr. Smith made this problem a smooth and professional fix.
