The tech that came to me was Rob. He was very professional and extremely personable. He has to be the top in his field because it took him approximately 45 minutes to remove and replace the window regulator in a 2004 Lincoln LS. Robert showed up early and was very professional. He estimated 30 minutes but was done in fifteen. I had been estimated at over 400 and as high as 1200 but these folks repaired my window for 250 and gave my part a lifetime warranty. This company came to my home and serviced my faulty window. It turned out that the master switch went out and there would be a little more wait time involved but really the whole process was timely and painless. I needed window repair on two separate vehicles. I called and explained the problem quite clearly over the phone for both vehicles. The switch on the drivers side stopped working, then the drivers side switch stopped working a month or so later, this was all communicated to the office. The tech shows up removes the motor and regulator installs the new one and says that was not the problem...... O.K. so it must be the switch, right? The tech asked if I wanted the new motor left in place, why?? If the problem is and has always been a failing switch it did not make sense to spend hundreds of dollars for a motor/regulator I dont need, makes sense to me. The tech removed the new motor/ regulator and says oh by the way I need to charge you $130 for diagnosis after the fact. Typically a diagnosis is done prior to the work performed, and I still paid him for the work he performed on the second vehicle which did fix that problem. The issue I have, is that it seems the front office did not listen to my problem in the beginning and it would have been simple to throw in a switch while the door was apart, then it may have made sense to replace the $125 switch (their charge) and forego the diagnostic charge instead, makes sense to me. I am now left with paying a worthless diagnostic bill and forced to replace the switch myself, which by the way is only $30 from a local parts store. Buyer beware!

I was going to repair my window myself. Its easy enough these days...just google it, and you can find a video how to. But, I couldnt find the part in stock, and I didnt have all the right tools on hand. So, I was going to have to pay a premium to get the part ASAP, and even more $$ for the tools I needed. They had the part, and were able to come within a few hours, and got the job done for less time and money than if I had attempted to do it myself. Excellent Service. Excellent value. Im very impressed.

I needed to find a reputable car window repair company in a flash so i could send them out to my Sisters place to fix her driverside window, that had fallen off the track Due to some malfunction in the regulator. They have repaired 2 of the power windows on my 2003 Yukon, one needed a regulator and the other needed a motor. Both times the technician was friendly and courteous, he arrived on time and had my window fixed in under 30 minutes! They do quality work and their pricing is very reasonable. The technician did an excellent job of replacing the regulator/motor and putting everything back together that I had taken apart. I called PPW on a Monday morning desperate to get my driver window repaired that day. The man I spoke to was so polite and professional. Every staff member was polite, courteous and professional. So, they asked if I could bring it in around 1pm. I quickly agreed and they had me in and out in no time at all. They kept me updated on how the work was coming, how much longer. And when I got to my door they even put my walker in the car for me, cuz they saw I was struggling. The price quoted to me was reasonable and nothing added on after the work was finished. Explained that the parts are lifetime guaranteed and labor for a year. Wow! If I could give them 10 stars I would.

I had my drivers side window regulator replaced on my car about a year and a half ago. The service was good but my repair was a little sketchy. My windows operated differently since install which led me to believe that I was given a different regulator than what was for my car, however the window was guaranteed and it worked so input it in the back of my mind. The regulator went out about 4 or 5 months later and I was originally told I was gonna have to pay 100 for replacement labor. Which was about 45% of the original cost. Reluctantly I agreed and brought it back to the shop in which I was told he would settle for $40 instead of the $100...🤔 ok? My window regulator stops working AGAIN approx 3 months after the second repair and at this point Im contemplating sending it elsewhere and eating the cost to get it done right. However after paying almost $300 in a year for one window I was gonna let them repair it and then give them a horrible review. I call them to tell them my problem and its like a whole new company. For the first time through out all of this they actually offered to come to me to fix my window and not once was there a mention of a fee for the warranty. My drivers side has worked like dream since the new repair person came to my house and fixed it correctly. My passenger side recently broke (chevy cruze windows are notorious for these going out after 100k I learned) and the service was sent to my drive way and again was pleasently exceptional. Im so glad they got it together over there and I would recommend this business to anyone, now.

Christmas Eve and my window drops down inside my door and its raining!!!! A friend found Phoenix Power and the owner actually met us there (remember its Christmas Eve) he replace the broken part in no time at all! Really nice people! Priced fair, works great 100% recommendable.

This place is very unprofessional, spoke with one of their sales representatives with all my details and information. Then they had given me a quote and scheduled an appointment 4 days away. When I arrived they had not documented information, which okay happens, but then their manager comes in and says you have the wrong place because I didn’t speak to either of them. This place has no customer service, low quality work.

One, that was open, quoted the job at $480 and couldnt do it right away. I called this guys and they said, they would come to me and charge $250 plus tax. What a difference... The first place estimate was for 2hrs of labor. Phoenix Power Window mechanic completed the job within 45 minutes!!! Outside, on the parking lot, by my work. Firstly, what matters the most, the window regulator replacement I requested was done with a great level of care and attention to detail, no corners were cut. They do quality work and I was there to witness it. They even bothered to explain and demonstrate to me what had gone wrong with my cars original regulator. Young man that installed my new window motor on our Toyota Highlander was on time and did a great job in a very reasonable amount of time. He was a total professional and was very polite and I plan on using this company more down the road. Before finding Phoenix Power Window Repair, I was anticipating $385 after taxes to get it fixed and without my car for the day. Wrong. 220 and Couldnt be more pleased with the service or the tech. Absolutely delightful and AMAZING. From start to finish took longer to finish a cigarette than it took to finish the window. The warranty and everything explained and the fact that they come to you and say this is where Im at and this is how far out is heaven for knowing what you can and cannot do in the meantime. Weve depended on Phoenix Power Window Repair three times now. We made the choice of a model of minivan that unbeknownst at the time of purchase is prone to the cable snapping in the front power windows. So, until we get something else, were stuck. Great customer service. I took my 1994 Chevy Suburban in to fix two front power windows on May 17, 2018. The techs diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes, recommended a fix and saved me lots of money. Extremely fast and affordable. Ive fixed the regulator and motor in the same vehicle before and it was a pain. This time around I had 2 windows to fix so I was willing to spend a little more to just have someone else do it. Jason managed to get one window working without having to replace anything so I was only charged for one of the windows. He could have easily replaced parts for both and charged me for both and I would have been none the wiser. Very honest people. I wish there were a way to tip for excellent service but since there isnt I hope this flattering review helps a little. Jason (and his trainee) deserve raises! Quick response to my home. Initial visit found it wasnt the motor but rather the regulator that needed replacing on my 2002 Mazda Miata. Part came in within a couple of days and window works great. Very friendly technicians.

I called Phoenix Power Window Repair late Wednesday afternoon and they came out the very next morning!Neil called to let me know he was on his way and when he arrived at my place of employment he was polite, friendly and very professional.It took all of 15 mins for him repair the issue with my driver side window. I was in shock with how quickly everything was done! And because I had to shimmy my window up and down to get it to work, it was full of finger prints. But Neil had cleaned my window and that just made everything even better!!If I ever need this kind of repair again or if I know of anyone who needs this type of repair, these will be the guys I will call!!

Safelite replaced my driver side window about a week ago and a few days after that the window stopped working; turns out Safelite improperly installed everything which caused a plastic clamp on my regulator to break. Safelite took NO accountability and claimed I had a bad regulator. These guys came out fast, mobile to my house and well under the dealership price and time to fix the issue. Btw, the regulator was fine Safelite is just a group of poor technicians and has terrible customer service. Either way, great experience with Phoenix Power Window Repair. Thank you.
