Awesome, polite, friendly service. Definitely recommend.

I have rented with U-Haul many times, from trucks to auto-haulers. I just had one of my worst non-customer service experiences. From the moment I arrived, I said hello and did not receive a hello as an answer, the person who told me in an arrogant way to be the manager, from the beginning had the intention not to rent me. Bad attitude, did not want to speak, she answered in a sharp, grotesque and indecent way. She even objected that my license was invalid when it was officially issued and is perfectly valid. In the end she achieved the goal, not renting me so I had no choice but to come to another U-Haul location and rent as I have done several times. I am a decent and patient person but I do not wish this bad experience to anyone, if it is a recommendation, look for another location to rent unless you ensure that the manager at that time, is in a good mood.

Man who answered phone was not helpful and rude. Not what you expect of Uhaul

So i went to purshase a box went in asking for this specific one paid for it and left. Next day to realize that it wasnt the box i called and asked if i could swap it out and he said no because i didnt have the receipt. I just wanted to swap it out for another one that was basically the same price. When people do not want to help they simply wont. It was just a matter of swapping it out.And yes i end up paying $13 more for another one. Thank you much

Store operates in a fishy manner, Employee by the name of Tommy doesnt answer any questions, just ignores you. or doesnt tell you anything, especially when he modifies your reservation so they can upcharge you later. never had a problem at any other location, but will avoid this one.

Great place with Mr. Phillips as manager and Mr. Nelson as his assistant. These 2 guys are a great team that were very helpful to me. My truck was ready to honor a long wait and was explained to me from beginning to end. Thank you guys for your respect. Curtis

They do not break locks anymore and is $10 for a new lock and if you want your lock broken you need to call their locksmith?! Haha joke !

Dont ever rent here unless you want to be disappointed. They will lie to you and say trucks are maintained but theyre not!! Very dangerous!! Avoid!!!

Slow service. We waiting for over 20 minutes even though we had reservations. There was only one person working and he was doing his best with three seperate transactions(customers)

This store has been under new management for almost a year now. You can tell that the new manager very hard working because this store environment has changed from bad to the best customer friendly store in the Orlando area. I dont mind ever going into this store now because the employees greets you with a smile and they take the time to help you with your U-Haul needs. Heres to being one of the best customer friendly stores in the Orlando area. Way to go to the new manager!!!

I grew up with my dad working as a fMT here

We had our Motor Home stored there from Dec. 18th to the 31st. While it was there it was broken into and both of our tvs, our RV GPS, multiple CDS, 2-12 volt inverters were stolen. Worst of all was someone got under the RV, pull the fill tube out of the gas tank and stole the gas. We were driving and stopped to get gas, not knowing the fill tube had been pulled out. As I was pumping gas it was pouring out on the ground. The fire department had to come to the gas station. Thank god for those firefighters, they fixed it for me and I was able to go on.

We rented a trailer and the lights didnt work. We were advised to go to this Uhaul and they would be able to fix it so we can be on our way. After being told they had another trailer and they would swap it the manager decided that would not be an option. We had to call roadside assistance..1.5 hours after paying for the equipment we are still waiting to get the equipment we requested. Worst service ever!!!!

Easy to make reservations for trucks and movers. Facility is clean with ample storage space at reasonable prices.

Badly organized place I made my reservation by phone and after three hours they called me saying that the reservation had been given to someone else. My experience is very bad. I do not recommend it.
