The staff at Michigan Mini Storage are awesome! They have all been super helpful with our storage units and U-Haul rentals. Especially Sunny! She went out of her way, above and beyond, to make a reservation work for us. We were really in a bind, and she found a resolution. Sunny, the front desk attendant is awesome. She calls me before the late fee is added in case I forget to pay & she is extremely helpful & just a pleasure to communicate with. I was looking for something in my storage once & she even brought me out some Lemonade!! The location is clean & easily accessible for large vehicles. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for storage.4/3/2014 Edit: I moved to N.C. needed my stuff out of storage, but unfortunately I was having problems with paying my fee, I called Sunny to ask about how to resolve this issue, she told me my bill was past due (of course) & what needed to be done in order to avoid extra fees. Long story short I borrowed the past due balance got my stuff & left. Sunny is awesome, I would choose to use the facility simply b/c she works there. Thanks Sunny :o)

Ive been dealing with the people at Michigan Mini Storage (mostly the friendly helpful woman Sonny) for two years. They have been outstanding to work with. We use the space to keep a trade show booth when not in use, and we need access to the unit during many off hours, but theyve always made it easy for us. The best benefit they offer, in my opinion, is that they receive UPS shipments at no charge and they bring them to our unit. Sounds crazy, but thats the kind of service they provide. Price seems competitive as well. I strongly recommend this company.

I stored my car here for 3 months. When I came to pick up my car it looked just as I left it. My battery had died and Sunny(manager) had battery cables which she graciously loaned. Great Experience!
