Mike was really friendly. Process was pretty smooth and easy. Units were clean.

The staff at SROA in Azalea Park is great. I leased a few months ago and the experience was great. As the sale date on our home approached, we realized that we needed more space. Mike went a above and beyond to make sure that our storage needs were met. Highly recommend SROA at Azalea Park, specially if Mike can help. Hes a great example of what customer service should be. Great location, clean and safe. The gentleman who runs it is very nice and good with communication. We had two large units at this location for a couple months and never had any issues. If we have to put things in storage again we will be back!

I was looking for a decent unit that met my needs both physically and economically. I was assisted by the staff onsite, Mike, who reached out to me regarding my online reservation and worked with me to assure that my needs were met and my belongings would be in a safe and clean environment.

Very helpful and polite staff. Units are clean and spacious. Good prices and online discounts. Manager lives on property. Good security systems. Im very satisfied!

Brittany was very patient with me as a new renter, and took the time to show me the unit and explain how everything works.

I reserved a storage unit online which was very easy and didnt cost a penny. On move-in day, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly, showed us our unit and all we had to pay was an administrative fee and insurance. First months rent was free.

Maintained and fair pricing.

Lady was unprofessional the whole entire process. Acted like doing her job was an inconvenience. Not even going to go into detail on how online the price can be $59 but when you show up in store it’s $79 plus insurance fee.

Been doing business for last 4 years and would recommend to EVERYONE. Company name has changed since the beginning but staff has not and thats what matters. Easy bill pay, gates function, clean environment, and great staff what else would you ask for.

The office staff is great. They are very friendly and are flexible with us when we need something. I would recommend to them everyone for your storage needs. They also pro-rate the rate monthly if you transfer. I have found no other storage facility that does prorate.

Wont rent from here again. What started as a $78 monthly rental became a $ 98. They added insurance, even after I provided them a copy of my home owners policy that includes offsite storage of personal belongings.

Some of the problem is we rent this place with power and few days later no power get fix again and few days later the same. Is so simple change a gfi to stop the rest of the cube have power. They need a real electrician believe me i know

This is such a great facility. All the units are clean and seem like they are constantly maintained. The staff is great and always provide the best customer service. I have never left there unhappy and wouldnt think about switching to a different storage provider. These guys really are the storage pros.

Worst rental experience of my life. Luisa is completely incompetent and cannot process payments correctly. When I rented the unit I gave them my automatic payment information. It worked a few times then stopped working. I checked my bank and there wasnt a problem. I gave them an additional working credit card but that didnt help. They got me for 4 consecutive months of late payments, all of which I was only contacted about after the charge was filed and always had a valid card on file. Then I went out of town for a month and they charged me almost a $200 late fee including an auction fee. After that I was harassed 3 or 4 times by phone every day until I came in and payed their extortion fee. Do not trust these criminals with your belongings.

This place is great! The property is neat and always well maintained. The manager is always willing to help and is such a nice guy. I really do like doing business with The Storage Pros!

Was better when other company

Today 9/15/19 The gate does not work and i call the office and they told me that tomorrow they are going to open it. I need it to work today because i need to deliver things. Two weeks ago, i told the manager that the doors spring to the unit i use was damaged and needs to be replaced. I still havent been called when it will be fixed. It is not the offices fault but the principal manager. This didnt happen with the previous administration because they always helped me. Everytime you are one day late to pay for the storage they instantly charge me. The same way they are quick to charge me they should fix the damaged spring in my units door just as fast.

Very helpful staff/manager. However, it was quite hard to see in the hallways because the lights didnt work. But all in all not a bad place to store something cheap.

Overall the place was fine for storing things for a few months, but I didnt feel safe going there at night or by myself. There was inadequate light in the hallway to my unit, which made it impossible to see anything inside my unit unless it was bright daylight outside.Office staff was polite and helpful upon initial rental. Price was right for my needs, however after 6 months the price increased without advanced notice. The staff said a letter was mailed to my address, but I never received it, and my profiles preferred method of communication was clearly listed as via email. I vacated the unit two weeks after my card was charged for the month and was informed after the fact that they DO NOT prorate or refund unused time.I would not recommend this storage company. They did not at all wow per their brand motto.

They delete reviews off their site and create fake ones on google.Literally walked into the office while one of them was mid sentence in a google review of the business. The prices start low but constantly increase without notice, and if you bring it up to them they inform you thats what all storage places do.Security is a joke, the gate is open most of the day and their security consists of someone sitting at a computer browsing the internet.The confirmation that this place is a total joke is the reviews on their site. The small amount of time I would be there I would see other people complaining about issues so I thought I would post my review on the site and see others who did the same. Within a few hours it was removed, suddenly all the high reviews (all from years ago) on the site made sense, they are fake and/or the negative ones are deleted by the staff who dont seem to have much else to do.Long story short it is a shady office working under the corporate name and getting away with sub par work.

Great place clean and registration was quick

EDIT 2: They changed ownership (it used to be Cubesmart, now its Storage Rentals of America). Theres no grace period for paying your bill (the late fee is 20% or $20, whichever is more), however thats the only drawback so far. My previous review of bad customer service no longer stands as the last time I called and visited in person, they were professional and welcoming. Thank you SROA for listening to customers needs and concerns. You guys are doing great!

Warning don’t rent here it’s infected with rats don’t leave leave anything valuable in there because the rats could eat it. This was told to the manager and there hasn’t been any change and the rats are still there
