I was in town and needed directions so I stopped in here and this lady was the most awesome person I had come across in Florida so far. Her name is Dee and not only was she helpful, but she had a great personality! I know when I move there if I need a storage I will def be back! These folks are so helpful and accommodating. We do a lot of renting of storage facilities and sometimes the customer service is really lacking and I was so pleased to work with Dee on a two unit storage project. Great place, highly recommend.

Had to find a place to store my trailer same day, called LifeStorage and within minutes they had a location and spot reserved with a great rate. Start to finish was a painless experience and D was so nice and helpful through the whole process. Would definitely come back!

I got caught in a bind because of the pandemic, had to store all my stuff here. A friend of mine recommended this place and I went here as a temporary solution, its been longer than expected. The lady that helped me get set up was nice, i think her name is DEE. The facility is clean and I trust my belongings are safe. . No issues with my monthly bill. I definitely recommend this place since its affordable and the staff is nice.

Was there for 30 minutes, waiting for a lady to finish helping a couple with a problem they had. I just wanted to purchase a rope and a sofa cover. There was nobody else around. After waiting for 30 min I just left. The lady knew I just wanted to buy two items because she asked and said she’d help me “in a minute” - she didn’t care I left, didn’t even look up. Terrible service. The ladys name was Yanira Agosto. —- update: we came back (really needed the darn rope lol) and she was kind and apologized and gave us a discount for the wait. I’ll raise my review to 3 stars because I still didn’t like to wait that long.

I have been a customer here at Life Storage for some time now and it is always a sincere pleasure when I have the chance to meet and chat for a moment or two with the Life Storage staff. The two main staff members are Yadira and Dee and regardless of the time of day, I, as well as other Life Storage customers are always greeted with a pleasant salutation and are always asked if everything is ok and if they can be of any assistance to please let them know. Because of this really wonderful customer service I always refer friends and/or family to Life Storage for any storage needs and I will continue to do so. Over the years I have used other storage companies while on active duty military service as well as on the civilian side and none have even come close to the services they provide here at Life Storage as well as the top notch customer service that both Dee and Yadira provide when and if you see them on property or happen to see them at the office area, thanks for the wonderful experience.
