I love the cleanliness of this location. Toni the Property Manager was super helpful. It just so happened that a larger unit opened just as I was starting to move in my stuff to a smaller one. I asked her if I could transfer to that one. She helped me quickly transfer to that new unit and Im so happy with it. Thanks to Toni for being so friendly and helpful!

Love this storage center. Its super convenient and Toni in the office is very helpful and kind. Im often there with my baby and she always greets us and has often helped me move some things when I am there working.

Don’t rent here. I have used this space twice. Never again. People live in units. Bathroom is barely open and often gross.Poorly maintained. Debris on floor is there for around 3-4 months. Costumer service is a 3 hour run around. Store elsewhere.

They do accept military discount. And definitely try using online reservations. Nice clean environment easy access to restaurants and fuel.

Horrible experience. Bait & switch. Paid for unit then went upstairs to find the housing on the lock was damaged and unusable. Then was told I could upgrade to a different unit for an upgrade fee and that no refunds are possible without approval. When asked how I get approval, I was told the boss wasn’t in. Odd that the boss called to interrupt the transaction just minutes before. Lied to, charged for a unit unavailable and no refund options. What a scam! Cheaper to just rent an apartment for storage!

Terrible customer service. Luis kept running over everything I was saying. Kept asking me arbitrary questions I already gave him the answer to and then proceeded to gaslight me and hung up on me 3 times.

Easy reservation, check in, move in. All my needs were met. Very good customer service and this is the Best location. Very grateful. Note: if you are reserving a smaller unit, make sure it’s not the tiny lockers. And the 5x5s at this location are really 4.5x about 4’, not a true 5x5. I rented at another Public Storage and the 5x5 was bigger. For the price, location and climate control, I can’t complain

Facility is ok as far as it goes, but their online billing/autopay policies are brutal. There was a snafu with my bank (unexplained to this day) during one particular billing cycle and before I even knew there was an issue, Public Storage had charged me $100 in fines/fees, put a facility lock on my unit, and threatened to put my belongings up for auction. Would not release the lock until fines/fees were paid, and this was after a previously spotless payment record. Property manager was unhelpful and calls to her boss, the district manager, were not returned. Exceptionally poor customer service. Would not recommend.

This place is so amazing, Darlene is a hard worker and she gives good customer service she always make sure Im straight and every time I go there I want Darlene to handle.

Great location however they need to repair the elevator. It has not worked correctly for months but they can raise my rent. The local staff is great. So to the management, fix the elevator!!!

George was drenched in sweat cleaning the outside of the property and still made the time to introduce himself to me and welcome me to the property. That’s a hard working man

I received great customer service! The location is central and the facility is very well maintained, temperature is cool (important in FL!), and premises clean. The customer service was exceptional: Mike was very informative regarding procedures to rent the unit, touring available units, and answering questions. Would refer others to this business!

I have been using this storage facility for 5+ years for work. Mike has done a great job maintaining the facility and has always been very helpful whenever I am in need of assistance. Its in a great location and the units are easily accessible with the ability to pull your car right into the facility to load/unload.

We rented a 10x10 unit at the Mills Ave location this Sunday. What a pleasant experience.Michael presented the options and helped us decide which unit to rent.We came back in 1/2 hour with our first load of items to store and are very pleased with the process and facility.

Laura was especially helpful. She did not attempt to rent me more space than I needed. She was very professional and made the entire transaction simple and easy. The facility was clean and well-lit. The prices were very reasonable. I appreciate the fact that Laura offered automatic monthly billing - one less thing I have to remember each month!

When storing at other companies I thought they were the best fit for my belongings. Until I came to this public storage, I could automatically see the difference. The property manager of this facility Karlene, has been nothing but help with explaining everything and has a great friendly attitude. I would recommend this specific storage facility to everyone!

Rhonnett was a phenomenal representative for Public Storage she was very welcoming and polite. She went through the information at our introduction session in detail. Her attitude was kind and flexible, even to the point that when she saw we had several items to unload and only a short amount of time she worked with us to make sure we can unload all our items and get it locked away safely thanks it for being so awesome!

We just dropped off some items for a friend at this facility. I have to say that the young lady at the customer service desk was extremely friendly and very helpful since this was our first time. Rhomett was a great help and very vibrant. Thank you for making our visit less stressful 👍
