I recently purchased an engagement ring and wedding band from this location. Jennifer provided amazing service and was kind enough to give us a generous discount on my wife’s wedding band. I also appreciated that Jennifer was very respectable of my budget and provided great insight to which style ring my wife might like. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. 10/10 would recommend.

I called ahead of my visit and spoke to Daniel about upgrading my wifes wedding ring. We arrived and he made the process easy and enjoyable. I bought our wedding rings 7yrs ago n I lost a diamond in wedding band. I went in to get it replaced n the manager said that my band was not bought in thier store because of the description on thier system. I told her that I bought all 3 sets thier n she argued that it was a non idc ring. She was rude n I was insulted by her saying that my band was not from thier. She was basically calling me a liar because thier staff are not trained well on how to do inventory in thier system.Now she has my wedding band as non-IDC ring. Im very frustrated and upset, after we sent well over 3k in that store. And to add on top on that while she is finishing my transactions she goes and gives me another clients receipt with thier information, I didnt notice until I got home cause I was so upset. Very unprofessional!!. I still have the other receiptsWont recommended to others.

Two goals were accomplished at IDC. Two rings were resized to fit my left and right ring fingers. Second, I had “outgrown “ the use my Rolex Submariner watch and decided to sell it. The sales associates were very cordial and professional. The resident jeweller did a fantastic job sizing the rings. Both looked “brand new “.Jack was very professional in dealing with the Rolex sale. He fully explained the value of a 10 year old watch, which was in excellent condition. We reached a fair and reasonable selling price. I was quite pleased with the afternoon’s transactions. I would be a return customer, if looking for fine jewelry and watches in the future at IDC.

If I could give it zero stars I would. We went to the store and we were simply ignored. We stood at the front of the store to be helped. Three parties came in after us and where helped. One lady that was in the middle of helping another client did say hi and someone would be with us. But after beeing pushed aside for other customers we left.

If you are in a hurry, dont shop here, because they are going to take their time, making sure that you select the PERFECT gift.They are interested in helping you find what you want, even if you arent sure exactly what that is.. I expected to pay a lot of money, but they have fine jewelry for every budget.I will be back for future purchases.

IDC is my new jewelry store!!! My fiance and I went there to see about repairing my Grandmothers engagement ring and to find a wedding band that would match it. Jack is the BEST! If I could give them Zero stars I would. The employee (Lillian?) was shockingly rude and incompetent. We needed the diamond setting replaced and she asked us where we purchased my diamond? We told her an International Diamond Center in California. Her reaction was bizarre. She immediately goes off on my husband him and gets loud and tells him theres no such thing! We dont have any stores there! My husband actually showed her on his phone the location by the same name. But she still kept arguing and getting loud like wed offended her. So weird. My husband had to go sit down away from her, for her to even stop. Then she proceeded to try to ring me up, but clearly didnt know what she was doing. She took 20 minutes and still misscharged me. Instead of recording my diamonds serial number for verification, she pointed some dollar store gadget at it with lights on it to determine if its an authentic diamond. In the end she charged me 3 times too much and I returned and got my diamond and my money back. I will NEVER go back there. I cant UNrecommend it enough. AWFUL.

We had a purchase from a year ago that had a bit of an issue. Daniel resolved and exceeded our expectations in about 20 minutes. Added bonus was the quick repair was done while we waited. We will be back. Great customer service.

I went in shopping for an engagement ring today. The entire team there was absolutely amazing. The ring that I wanted unfortunately wasn’t in inventory however were quick to let me know that they can order it in. I never felt pressured into buying something that they did have it in their inventory. They really listen to what I wanted and even though I was approved for more they kept me within the budget I requested. They made sure I knew what I was buying and they broke down every detail regarding the stone and the value behind it. Overall it was a great experience and I’m looking forward to making future purchases
