I go to this store often the new staff, especially the New manager Gary was super helpful, kind and very knowledgeable on what he was presenting me. Its a pretty busy store but they manage to still make me feel like I was a priority as well as keeping in contact with other costumers. Amazing service!

We had a problem with a ring we purchased two years ago. As we live abroad, we were unable to return until now. Gary handled our particular situation with patience, good humour and understanding. We were able to reach an excellent resolution. I would highly recommend shopping here. Gary was amazing!

I definitely found a new kays here! The new management (I think his name was Gary) is great and helped me pick out a great anniversary present. Very personable and welcoming and it looks like theyre doing renovations which is nice. Ill be coming for his help with a graduation gift soon! Highly recommend

This is one of my favorite locations in Orlando also because of the other great shops. It’s bigger than a few of the other kays stores so even though it’s busy it isn’t ever overly crowded, and everybody here is always kind and helpful. I’ve been to Waterford, Fashion Square, the Loop, Florida Mall, and a few others but I think the best service I’ve gotten has been at this location. Also, I shop a lot, but it’s usually smaller items for friends and family and I liked that at this location I didn’t feel overwhelming pressure to buy a more expensive item, they seemed happy to help me with several smaller purchases!

Giving 5 stars for a great experience. They had a crazy lady in there yelling and they were so nice to her! Patience of a saint. They helped me out afterwards and were so helpful!

I really wish they had a better selection of engagement rings. They all look more or less the same. But overall it is a clean, well-kept store with great staff.

Jason was a good salesman who listened to what I wanted, showed different options, and even gave me discount!

I really enjoyed my experience at this store. Niel and Ilsandra (sorry if I butchered your name) were very helpful and so sweet! I didnt feel pressured or anything, I felt like I was hanging out with friends! First of all, my mothers ring from my father is in my possession and it needed to be redone. Literally had to be completely fixed, new band, new prongs, redo the setting, add more gold, etc. I just got the ring back and its GORGEOUS! Looks how it looked when my dad first gave it to my mom. This ring means everything to me and it took me forever to find the right place to send it off in good hands. My fiance also just purchased my new engagement ring setting from Niel at this store and its everything Ive ever dreamed of. Im trying to patiently wait to go pick it up, as its only been about a week. Im so thankful for finding this gem of a store and Im so thankful for the employees working there! Keep up the awesome work!!! I will be back and I will refer everyone to this store.

We had merchandise that was lost with kays, however Gary made everything better. The store in winter garden that actually lost our stuff was not very helpful at all. I told them I was not happy with that ring any more, do to the fact that the it had lost the significant value to me and my fiancé and I did not want anything else to do with it because all it brought to me was bad memories, which they did not understand and refused to get us into a new ring even with us willing to pay for a new ring. However, I called Gary because he was the one who originally sold us the ring to being with and he was super nice and helped us get into a new ring with total understanding of me not wanting that ring anymore. He replaced the old ring and wedding band that went with it for a new set! I left happier than ever with him! I will make sure I take the extra time to drive directly to him! Thanks again for everything you have done for us!

There are bad reviews for this place. 1- keep in mind its at the outlets surrounded by tourists... Very busy. And 2- I have dealt with Sara for over 3 years, 2 rings, a wedding band, 4 necklaces, 5 pair of earrings, and 4 work orders. Im always treated as number one priority, and because of Sara and the other workers, I have switched my whole family from a competitor over to kay. The Credit people are easy to deal with, and the only bad experience I had was with rude tourists pushing their way to be first.

Horrible experience, ordered a ring for my wife on Dec 8th, and was told it would arrive in 10 days. Twenty days later we never got a call or anything from them and when we called to inquire as to the ring, we were told it wouldnt be in until Feb. Then they called back and magically the ring could arrive in another week or two...but no guarantees. Wouldnt do business with them to save my life, I cancelled my order and i would suggest only buying whats in the store....good luck with your special orders.

BEWAREEEEEEEE!My husband and I went in to get myself earrings on our anniversary. Went in, looked, liked the design & payed. As simple as that. When I got home I was curious to know how many carats were in them because when I got to thinking the show room lady didnt say AND ALSO MY RECEIPT WASNT IN THE BAG. I knew my husband spent around $800 .. so I went on KAYS WEBSITE AND FOUND the same exact earrings for $399 1/4 carat! Now, they did have a 1/2 carat as well (online), but even though the earrings I got looked different from the 1/2 carat I gave the Kay store the Benefit of the doubt! Called a different Kay location (they looked up that stores sales) the next day to find out my husband paid the same amount for a 1/4 carat diamond earrings as the 1/2 carat diamond earrings! Im livid! How dare you as a store take advantage of people! Please please go to a different Kays because clearly this store takes advantage of people! Youll be glad to also know I brought the 1/4 carat diamond earrings back I hope they work on Commission!

This store is under new management and the customer service is HORRIBLE!! CINDY HINKLE IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST!! She is very condescending and her attitude is haughty and disgusting! Ive been buying diamonds at this location for more than 5 years and NEVER AGAIN will I purchase from this location!! If I could give this rating ZERO STARS--I would! Cindy Hinkle is grossly unprofessional and fails at the most menial task!! During my last 3 encounters with Cindy Hinkle in the last 60 days, she has proven herself to be a poorly-hidden bigot. Ive called corporate on her once already and after this post, I will call them again today about her overwhelming rudeness and lack of common decency. I am taking my business to ANY location except this one! I am not a tourist and I will NOT be treated like dirt under any circumstances.

The asst mgr Abdallah gave me the sale price when I was in the store and I decided to wait to buy the ring. I called him to make sure hed be there if I came back in and he dropped the price even more so I decided to go buy the ring. When I got there, he raised the price back up and said the price of the ring went up so Ill have to pay the higher price. As this was no cheap ring, I was disappointed and decided not to buy it at all. I will go elsewhere from now on as I am hearing this is common practice at Kays and Abdallah.

Saw a ring whilst in the uk have another 2 of these rings decided to purchase it in Florida as we couldnt get it in the uk.There was no professional service our money was taken in a heart beat.There was delay after delay with the ring turning up. The ring was resized and you can see and feel the join. I was expecting a ring in my size to be ordered.The diamond numbers have been buffed out with the resizing.I am still waiting for certificates for this ring. The jewellers say you dont get certificates but in towlkolsky web site no item of jewellery is sold without.So very disappointed. Dont put yourself through the trouble.

Couldnt praise the sales assistant Jason at this particular Kays store more highly as he went above and beyond the call of duty regarding the repair of my ring.
