In the market for a mens necklace. I saw one I wanted to try on. The lady (older Asian lady) refused to let me try it on. Insisted on getting me the exact price first ($6900 minus 40% I can do the math) which she took forever at the computer calculating. I just walked out. Dont judge people by the color of their skin. This isnt an expensive purchase for me but I refuse to pay for this type of service.

Terrible service in the store. the saleswomen are lazy, disinterested in serving. In short, when I bought my engagement rings, they forced me to go to another jeweler to verify the quality of the diamond, after having made the payment for the jewel. Then they notify me that the ring is ready, and when I got to look for the rings, one of the saleswomen closed the door on mica and stepped on a handmade notice that they were closed for lunch, after having called and confirmed the opening hours. to the public.

Got great Service. The worker was NOT pushy. She let me try on several rings. And look at different styles. Asked what I liked to get an idea of what would look good. Ended up with a beautiful new wedding set. And I couldn’t be happier. Rose gold. Solitaire. So beautiful. Simple diamond band, LOVE. Would go again for other jewelry. Great prices. They have selections of rings only sold at the outlet too. Worth every penny.

We stopped to purchase some jewelry and were greeted at the door stating they were closing for lunch from 3:30-4:15 and the store hours stated they closed at 6:30. Very disappointed heading to an actual Zales in the mall instead.

Great quality and love there life time warranty. I lost a diamond in my ring and warranty covers it. I left with a great customer service and also purchased new pair of earrings .

POOR & LAZY CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Google shows 7pm as early closure for Covid19 hours, HOWEVER as I drove quickly to get here (right after work) and the doors were locked!!! I knocked and a woman nodded her head no with a hand gesture across her neck as to say theyre cut off??? It was 6:50pm, a WHOLE TEN MINUTES left for customers to stop by to get service!!! All I had to do was a quick drop off of a resize of a anniversary band ring I just purchased online, and quickly add insurance to my new ring! I also wanted to make an appointment to look at upgrades for my wedding ring too, for when I pick up my resized anniversary band ring. This store just lost my sale for the upgrade and insurance! I will go to another Zales store. I also work on retail, as a manager, and totally understand customers who rush in last minute due to their work schedule, so I would NEVER ALLOW my sales team to close doors 10 minutes early!!! Especially right now during this time when store hours are shortened, and I would figure that every store would stay open until the exact hour of closing to maximize every opportunity for a sale!!! Obviously this store doesnt understand this sales method to provide every customer a chance to buy up until the end of the hour when its actually time to close the doors. Its a big pet peeve of mine when I see stores close early, which perception shows that these sales people at this store are lazy and does not value their customers to stay open until their actual close time. Never again here, and will go to a Zales store that stays open until exactly 7pm. Quit being lazy, and do your job that youre paid, expected, and scheduled to do until 7pm!

My husband and I bought my engagement ring and both wedding bands from this store. Weve been really happy so far with the level of service from everyone working there, and the prices are the best around for diamonds. I just had my engagement ring sent off to be cleaned and re dipped and it was ready when they said it would be. No complaints from us!

I came here with the intention of getting my girlfriend a nice ring for the holidays. Christian helped us get a nice ring and played it to be a deal when he sold it to me at the price they were running a special the following month on the same ring... When we got the ring resized and waited 3 weeks for it, the ring came back dented and the opal off its case on one side. It was also the wrong size which was slightly bigger than their own sizing rings. They handed it to us like that... Really? My girlfriend immediately realized it as soon as she put it on. This is different... To come all this way to disappoint us... NEVER coming here again... BEWARE!!!

The staff is absolutely phenomenal. They took time to show me all sorts of pieces and made me feel at ease with looking for the right pair of earrings. The store was very clean and had a large variety of jewelry.

Just got here 7 minutes before closing. The lady refused to open the door for us and they close at 9pm. Ridiculous

Couldn’t even get someone to talk to me

Very happy with pricing of the wedding band we purchased, and the staff when in store is great. However, when calling regarding ANYTHING they are very dismissive and dont want to help. I called to ask about a special order and was told they had no information. I called to ask about the warranty we purchased and they wanted to give me a general answer and said to refer to my receipt which I didnt have with my at the time I called. Finally they grudgingly looked up my account and gave me the information I needed. All in all I may buy here again at some point, but I definitely wasnt wowed by their customer service.

I tried very hard to like this place. But after 50 min of standing in the store listening to the sales women tell me how the system should be working. I was overly frustrated and paid cash for what I wanted. The attendant was trying very hard but you can tell they are not given the right tools to do their job well.

Horrible service, bad attitude, when I call the store the person that respond me was verbally rude and mean. They closed today earlier than the hour that they suppose to be (6:20). I dont want to have business with that terrible company.7/30/2020
