Huge Disappointment!! 33 years in business and I never heard 34% of 10 kt value pay out, what about 18 kt at 65%, and 14 kt at 55%. Thank you for your generosity on paying 98% of spot value but what a shame to under estimating us and say flat out I have to make money too. We definitely understand you have to make money, we all do, however, honesty and integrity keeps you in business!!

Neal is awesome, very good with people, love the atmosphere he creates ! And its always a fun time coming to seeing him!
