Great local jeweler. Took a ring to be re-sized, and a solitaire ring to be attached to my wedding band and have the diamond reset. Excellent workmanship - they set the diamond at a lower height to match the wedding band and soldered the two rings together so well they look like they were originally made that way. When my husband bought me a pendant necklace and we took it back to get a longer chain, they replaced it with a longer adjustable one at no extra charge. Highly recommend for great customer service, quality of workmanship and selection.

Such great people. I got my engagement ring and both wedding bands here for an absolute steal. Theyre so nice and patient, we probably came looking 3 or 4 times for each round. I bought a ring for my wife for her birthday online from the Kissimmee store. They sized it and drove it to the Orlando store for me (I live in Orlando). I noticed a small imperfection in the ring due to resizing. They told me they didn’t feel comfortable trying to fix it because it might drop diamonds in the future because of the nature of the repair. I was pretty bummed. But Vicky totally made it right. In fact, they went above and beyond. They replaced the ring with a better one (more carats). They resized it and even gift wrapped it for me! And I didn’t pay a dime extra for any of it. I thought businesses like this one were extinct. They showed me they really cared. Thank you all for your hard work and kindness. Shout out to you, Vicky! By the way, my wife LOVED the ring.

The staff are friendly and very helpful. I’ve been in the past two weekends for various needs, and they’ve been attentive and able to assist in every manner. Awesome experience! I took my grandmothers ring in to have the stone tightened. They had it ready in 3 or 4 days. Not only were the prongs tightened, they smoothed out the bent parts of the band and shined it up real nice. Great price and top notch service! I love that they are family owned and operated as well :)

They fixed my silver necklace for a reasonable price and even pinched a segmant back together at no charge. To top it off, they polished my necklace. Overall great experience and I highly recommend.

I went to sell some jewelry that just sits in a box in my dresser. I was pleasantly surprised for it was worth hundreds. I was thinking of discarding two pendants, but the gentleman suggested I keep them both because they are family heirlooms. He helped me to match one of the pendants with a smaller chain and it made all the difference. This is the third time I have been to Thompson Jewelers and the third time I was pleasantly surprised.

After being to Tiffanys, Macys, Cartier, Zales and even Costco, I was referred to Thompson Jewelers by a friend who had nothing but the best things to say about the company. After my experience with them, it is easy to see why.I came to them with an impossible situation. Equipped with just a picture of a ring that I knew my girlfriend liked, and a diamond given to me by my grandparents, I only had 3 days, and1 hour lunch breaks to find a setting that would match the diamond and picture. After explaining my situation to them, the Thompson family sprung into action, and it was impressive to say the least.The grandfather began giving me a rough evaluation of my diamond and explaining the 4 C’s of diamond buying to me, while his two grandsons and wife began finding settings that matched the picture. With two locations, they have a sizable selection to choose from. After coordinating between both locations, they were able to find the exact setting from the picture and one of the grandsons drove my diamond to the other location to get it set.Using only 3 days, they allowed me to give my girlfriend ring of her dreams, with our family’s heirloom diamond incorporated. Not only that, they called me while they were setting the ring and informed me that it would be $1000 less than the price originally discussed. In the end, I was able to propose to my girlfriend with a ring that brought her to tears. Needless to say, she said yes. The Thompson family understands the magnitude of the occasion that is proposing to your soul mate, and will work tirelessly to ensure you are equipped with the perfect ring to do so.
