I went to Victoria Jewelers to redo my engagement ring based on the reviews I had read..so its only right that I make my own review! Having just moved to the area, I wasnt sure where to go, but I knew I wanted my diamond reset into a better setting. I first had found myself in a big name jewelry store and was sorta pushed in a way to pick from their existing designs, and big name designers, that were nice, but werent EXACTLY what I was looking for. I went back to my search online and found Victoria Jewelers. I loved the fact that it is a family owned business, I feel they tend to treat you more like an individual, rather than just a sale.. and I especially loved all of the great reviews. I couldnt even find one bad one! I decided to send an email, explaining what I was looking to do, and got a phone call back from Brian, not very long after. He was so nice on the phone, sounded like he knew what he was doing, and made me feel like this was definitely the right place to go. My husband and I actually got right in the truck and drove over there. That day I showed Brian some photos of what I wanted and he assured me they could easily create what I was looking for. I left a deposit and away we went. Throughout the time of waiting for the CAD and even after the CAD was rendered, I had so many questions and concerns, simply because I was nervous and a bit of a perfectionist. Brian very patiently answered all of my questions, tweaked the design a bit like I had asked for, and a couple weeks later I got the call to come in to pickup my ring and I. Was. Blown. Away! My original ring was nice, but I wanted a little more solidity and sparkle. The way they made my new setting and set my diamond feels, looks, and IS, amazing quality. I cant stop staring at it and am so pleased to have a ring that I dont look at and want to change. Its perfect now! They also inspect and clean as often as youd like, which is fantastic! They even clean my wedding band and check it, even though It wasnt purchased with them. This is the place to go if youre close by, and even if youre not. Wendy and the staff here were phenomenal. We came to get my fiancees ring resized as it was a little too big and were hoping to get it done before she left out of state in a week. I brought 4 valuable family heirlooms into the store for redesign, resetting and resizing. Brian created a gorgeous ring using the diamonds in my Grandmothers eternity wedding ring. The final product is 3 rows of diamonds set in a beautifully designed platinum ring that is absolutely stunning. He reset 2 other diamond rings in platinum, and polished a beautiful aquamarine ring. Where necessary, he replaced and secured prongs to make sure all stones were secure. Listening to the radio, one might think theres only one jeweler in town. I went online to read reviews and surprisingly found that other company way down the list in rank on multiple sites. At the top of every list, however, was Victoria Jewelers. After stopping in, I immediately understood why. Each employee shows how much they care about the customer and are happy to assist without ever pushing a sale. I never felt pressured to make a purchase or to stretch beyond my budget. Wendy was amazing! I was relatively clueless walking in and Wendy took the time to describe not only the process, but also explaining the different parts of the ring. Now I know all about the 4 Cs, different metals, split shanks, galleries, and settings. I decided to go with a completely custom ring and brought in an idea that I had drawn on a piece of paper. Within a week and a half I had a rendering of my design. A couple minor adjustments and just over two weeks later I had the engagement ring in hand that I had drawn. The stones are beautiful and the ring is amazing. Well - she said YES and cant stop talking about the ring. She keeps talking about the fire and sparkle and how unique the ring is. The fact that there is only one like it helps too!! We will definitely be heading back to design our wedding bands. I decide to bring my wifes wedding ring and band to Victoria Jewelers after reading reviews on here. My goal was to have the center stone tightened and the ring cleaned on time for our ten year anniversary on May 23rd. After looking at their custom jewelry and the impeccable craftsmanship, I chose to have their team redesign her rings using the existing stones and adding a few extra. Wendy (whos a certified gemologist) assisted through the whole process and my wifes dream ring was created on time for our anniversary. All for an extremely fair price. I went to Victoria Jewelers to get a custom wedding ring made, and I was very happy with the result. They provided a CAD drawing of exactly what the ring would look like, and made sure I was happy with it before making the actual ring. The staff were very professional, helpful, and friendly. Its a family business, so everything was very relaxed, and Chuck and Frank were happy to answer all of my crazy questions. My husband needed a rather unconventional ring (he works with electricity so it needed to be made of a nonconductive metal), and they gave us a huge range of options to choose from, including those from an online distributor which could be shipped to the store with no extra charge. Everything about the experience was awesome, and I would definitely recommend them to anybody.

I recently got engaged and was looking for a reputable jeweler in the Orlando area to size my rings. A few friends recommended Victorias and Im so glad I went with them! Their associates are professional, courteous and very knowledgable. Wendy helped me through the entire process and went above and beyond by giving me some more information about my ring. She showed me the magnified GIA number engraved in my diamond and the inclusions that make it unique, which was very interesting. She told me that the ring resizing would take about a week and a half and I received it back, polished and perfectly sized, a day earlier than scheduled. I have had multiple pieces of custom jewelry made at Victoria Jewelers— they’ve made pieces using opals that were left to me by my grandparents. Those stones are so soft and not the easiest to work with and they did an absolutely flawless job with creating the designs I wanted. I’ve worked with both Brian and Wendy and I have nothing but high praises. Everyone in the store is so welcoming and so lovely. My fiance and I were looking to reset a family heirloom into my engagement ring. We had been searching for a jeweler to help us with this endeavor for 6 months. Victorias jewelers was recommended to us by several friends and had rave reviews. We went to an a to the store and initially met with Dustin. Immediately, we felt at ease with him. He spent a very long time discussing with us the process of resetting an older stone. He helped us obtain insurance prior to resetting the stone so that if anything happened we were covered. He showed us our diamond on a microscopic level and showed us what to look for in the future to make sure that our diamond is never swapped for a different stone. On top of all of that, he worked within our budget to create a ring that was perfect for us. We had a timeline of about 2 weeks and they were able to do everything that we needed within that 2 week period. On top of that, we were told that for the duration of our residence in Orlando, we could come into the store at any time to have this ring cleaned. Overall, the experience of Victoria jewelers was amazing and their staff is so talented and helpful. We will definitely be returning to them for our wedding bands as well as future jewelry needs.

Working with Victoria Jewelers has been the most wonderful experience. My fiancé and I both had family rings and Lindsay helped us to design new engagement and wedding rings from those pieces. The stones were mixed together in more modern, asymmetrical designs and you’d never know they were made from two different pieces. Lindsay was so communicative and shared her professional expertise without attempting to change the atypical vision for the rings. Many many years ago my father bought my mother a 14k gold Vintage Omega watch. Somewhere in the 40+ years of my mother owning and wearing the watch along with moving a few times the back was misplaced somehow and never to be seen again. After my mother’s passing I was left the watch. I wanted nothing more than my wife to wear it as my mother and my wife were extremely close. Over the span of two years I made inquiries at 15+ jewelry stores about getting a replacement back or having one made. Unfortunately I was only met with “We don’t do that or the parts aren’t available”. That is until I went into Victoria jewelers. Dustin and his expert team of jewelers were able to make a bespoke 14k gold back for my mother’s watch without issue. It turned out beautifully and my wife loves it. The watch will now have a chance to be passed down to our daughter, and for that I’m extremely grateful. Victoria Jewelers is the absolute best. My husband and I have been married for 6 years. When we got engaged, my husband proposed with a family ring. The diamond was a heart shape and small and the setting was very dated. We lived in California at the time and I had the ring reset there. I loved the new setting, a delicate white gold band with diamonds down each side with the heart solitaire. Even though we had the ring re-set, we always knew we were going to upgrade the ring one day. Over the years, we saved some money and I saved pictures of rings that I liked. Finally this year, my husband asked me if I wanted to go ring shopping. He researched jewelers in the Orlando area, and found Victoria Jewelers, which happens to be right near his job. My husband saw Victoria Jewelers had great reviews and saw on their website that their diamonds are responsibly sourced. When we went to the store in Baldwin Park, it was beautiful, and the staff was so friendly. Immediately, Brian offered to help us. We told him our story and he understood this was a big deal for us because it’s something we’ve been waiting to do for years. He started by asking me questions about what I wanted, what I liked and showed me different rings. He asked our budget and was mindful of what we could afford. As I described different things I wanted in my new ring, Brian realized, I didn’t want a whole new ring. He suggested I keep the setting I had, and we just look at loose diamonds to drop in my setting. He showed me a diamond he warned me was out of my budget but promised he could get a stone nearly identical within our price range. When he held the stone over my setting so I could see it, I started to cry. It was perfect. Brian offered to order some loose diamonds for me and said I could come back and look at them and pick one. Brian ordered several stones and the next week we went back. He wound up not even showing me a few of them because he said they didn’t meet his standards. He walked me through the details of each diamond and I picked one that was nearly identical to the one he showed me that was out of our budget. We paid for the diamond and I left my ring at the store. Brian called me the next day and told me he sensed some hesitation from me the day before. Brian offered to remove my heart diamond from my original ring, and temporarily put the diamond we bought in the setting so I could get a better look at the ring as a whole and a better idea of what it would look like. I was so grateful Brian offered to do that for me because the fact that I couldn’t picture it all together was actually making me very nervous. I rushed down to Victoria Jewelers and tried the ring on. It was perfect, again I cried. I told him I loved it and one week later, my ring was ready. I was so impressed that Brian was so in tune to my feelings and what I wanted. This was a very big purchase for me and my husband, one we were very nervous about.
