I dont recommend taking coins here. I took a number of coins here and was told they werent worth anything more than face value, that would be $11.62. I didnt even receive an offer. These were coins I had collected over the years and some my father had left me. They ranged from pennies to dollars in Good to Uncirculated condition. Most were silver except the pennies and nickels. I took the same coins to Orlando Coin Exchange and received $163.50 so they clearly were not worthless.

From the teenage girl behind the counter, to her getting a quote for my diamond from someone on the other end of a phone call, to finally being told that my SI1, H color 1.04cts pear shaped stone was worth less than $500... as part of the ring it was set in. I had the ring appraised a few years back at $5000 so for these guys to offer less than 10% of that leads me to believe they might not be all that honest. No, I wasnt expecting full retail but their offer was insultingly low. I wont even think about doing business with these guys ever again.

Sold my Rolex Presidential to David at Kirkman store. He offered me about 15% more than any other buyer I went too. Biggest thing was I needed cash and he was able to provide it so I didnt have to wait for payments or to put it on consignment. They really are highest payout!

ABSOLUTLY FALSE ADVERTISING.Its a shame when business advertise with lies. Its worse when there are multiple branches that operate differently. I was at this location and was told that although they advertise they will make an offer on any diamonds, reguardless the size, which iwas told was not true. So i called the other location and they would. So instead of driving 45 minutes to essentially the same store i went back and requested they honor their own ad. He then calls the owner, and after a lengthy talk tries lowballing me 60 bucks for a carat of diamond. How cheap and fake can you get? I will not be going to the other location or any ever again.
