This place is fantastic. I thought the whole bamboo thing was a gimmick but decided to give them a shot. I got the the resort sheets and oh my do I sleep good. Theyre so soft and I actually stay cool while I sleep. Those were so good that I got the mens boxers and I was not disappointed. My balls stay cool all day its insane I would give them a 10/10. Store is super clean and friendly and Is always running tons of promos. Michael was very helpful and went above and beyond.

Repeat customer here. Ive bought Cariloha towels before and I wouldnt go anywhere else after feeling how soft the bamboo is. Still just as soft after dozens of uses.Just bought multiple sets of sheets and towels and Im very impressed with them both. Love the Cariloha Orlando Mall store!! Michael and everyone working in the store are always super helpful in answering any of my questions about their products. Everything I have purchased from Cariloha has been amazing (sheets, towels, etc.) but this store in particular is worth checking out. Great customer service. I even call in phone orders to this particular store because they always go the extra mile and treat you like family. Highly recommend!

Incredible shopping experience with knowledgeable staff. We got more than we expected but the prices were great. We couldn’t resist the softest and silkiest sheets. We have an adjustable bed that consists of 2 twin xl beds making one king. I was sold as soon as the manager told me they sold one set of sheets that worked for my bed. I usually have to buy two, but not this time. I love the face masks too, they are well made and very comfortable. I couldn’t pass up the ladies pjs after feeling how incredible soft and I got lucky because they were in the sale rack. I will be back. I rarely write reviews but after my experience, I had to write one.
