This location is well-organized and clean. However, the associates are not very helpful. On multiple occasions they have confiscated my coupons without actually applying them to the transaction. Their signage is misleading as well, displayed near full price products when the ones on sale are nowhere to be found let alone nearby.

Chad and Tyler at the Waterford Lakes location have perfected the front-facing customer service experience. I know its just BBAB, but still...customer service is everything, and they have mastered it. Ive never cared for their prices of anything in BBAB. That being said, they will price-match your items, accept all of your coupons, the store is always clean, and the service is always excellent. 3 stars is only because 90% of their items are overpriced, so they 3 stars are actually for the employees, who are terrific.

Helpful staff, during the week, so not need for a lot of employees. Broad price range, from inexpensive to high end.

Nice store great people. Found what i needed.

Brooke took a couple in front of me. Cleaned the register. Did not attempt to help me. A customer walked up and asked can a glass be opened with a key. She helped him. After looking busy for 5 mins she returned back to the register to help customers standing behind me. The lady insisted I go first. Brooke didn’t speak or acknowledge my presence. She didn’t let me input my member number. As I was leaving the store she made sure she spoke to the next customer.

I LOVE this store! It has everything you could think of and more! I went in today to pick up some cooking supplies and I saw some mini items that I couldnt believe. They had a mini waffle/pancake maker and they also had a mini icecream maker!

Better price than Amazon for Oxo products. Also cheapest way to refill your soda stream C02 canisters. Aaaand 25% for veterans on veterans day!! Love it. They are always nice here too.

Yeah.... Im not sure why I keep giving bed bath and beyond a chance. Price wise it doesnt even compare to amazon. It was nostalgic to look around but I found myself checking onlinr reviews so it was pretty much a waste of time.

Enjoyed browsing in my BB&B. Found everything I was looking for and added an egg cooker as well. Store employees were more than happy to assist me.

Floor employees were all so very busy with displays that I felt terrible having to interrupt for some assistance, but I had to as I could not find the item I had come for. A gentleman got down off a ladder and personally took me to the item I had been searching for. He was the most courteous employee with having made it known that he was more than happy to assist me and that I was not interupting his work. I did and I knew that, but he had just dismissed such! Great employees at this Bed Bath & Beyond!

Excellent selection. Staff is helpful. They have a spice grinder. Also have Calphalon cookware set, 13 piece. Lots of selection for curtain hold backs and curtain tie backs. Great variety of small bathroom mirrors and wonderful variety of hair dryers. Dont forget your coupon!

Every time I go to BBB for something, I end up staying for an hour. They have the best stuff! As a single guy, I dont know about all the gadgets available for my home. BBB is where I go to get in the know! Awesome store.

Bed, bath and beyond was good. They had more than what I wanted. My cashier I think her name was Mikayla (sorry if I miss spelled her name) but she had the most humbling spirit. This is the type of spirits you want to be around this time of year. She made my shopping experience very enjoyable. Brought more than I had intended.

Went here today looking for bedding. I had no idea what I was doing when Sangeeta came over to help me. She stayed by my boyfriend and my side the entire time helping us, even picking out colors with us. If she had not been there we wound have left without a bedding set.
