Havent had any bad experiences at this store. Found what we were looking forStaff is really nice. Well organized for the most part. I think customers can do better in the store and be nice while shopping if they do not like something and does not want it, should put it back where they got it from not just anywhere!

Excellent place to find the perfect decor to bring back to life & restore any space thats been needing a makeover, without breaking your pocket ! Always have great prices and awesome options. Definitely recommend. Half the stuff you find in the store is always found on line much more expensive. I highly recommend to go . They have lots of parking and this location is handicap accessible.

I always get lost in this place. Not because I dont know where Im going but because I lose track of time while Im here browsing around. I got a few really good deals as well.

Good selection clean and friendly employees, but extremely slow the line to checkout was so long had to be almost 15 people in line, and there was only 2 cashiers and yet were definitely slow it took one of them over 5 minutes to check one person out. If they had more registers open and maybe trained the employees a little better in efficiency I would change this to 5 stars.

Luv HomeGoods. Went in for one thing, a 9x12 rug. They always have good selection at reasonable prices. Of course, bought a few other items as well. Just luv this store.

I love that my husband who loves candles doesnt argue when I ask to go to homegoods. There are always treasures to be found.

The customer service alone at this location is top tier. Every time I come to this location I feel like I’m at Chick-fil-A. They are so friendly and get to know you if you come to this location often. They also have a good selection and it’s a very clean location

Make sure to pay attention when your items are being rung up and bagged. About a month ago, I shopped here and realized when I got home that two items I paid for were not in my bag. I called the store and the manager, Allen, told me to come in and pick up a replacement for what I was missing. However, when I got there, he was acting like I was trying to steal and told me that he would need to review the security camera footage and see if the items were really left in the store. I found the exact two items that I paid for, placed back on the shelf, and he then allowed me to take them.I shopped here again today, and the cashier only gave me half of what I paid for. My other items were still in the bag behind the register. I had to remind her to give me the other bag. I feel like if I would not have been paying attention, I would have been accused of trying to steal AGAIN, if I would have returned to pick up the things that I paid for.

Nice selections and prices. Store is clean and well merchandised but service is terrible. Checking out is pure drudgery, really slow and painfully agonizing because there are not enough cashiers.

Debra the manager was probably one of the rudest people ever. Definitely didn’t want to be helping out any customers. The attitude is not needed.

So clean, bright and organized. Bought beautiful sheets well worth the price.

This store has all the needs, you can imagine for a puppy and then some. The store is always well maintained and the stock/options for the home itself is plentiful. Customer service ieach time has been Aweseome !!

Crowded with many people unmasked and not social distancing.

Place is great as always but I went on Sunday evening and I dont know, the manager (female) who was working that night is not very friendly . She did not greet us at all, at any moment, and once they were closing she was pretty rude n rushing instead of nicely telling everyone that they were closing . I also only remember one announcement being done prior to closing, and then the *were closed* one . Usually theres like a 15 min one then a 5 min one and then the closing one . I think one employee actually greeted us in the store but Noone else really was friendly n acknowledged us . Its like they were just too busy getting their work done to look up. I havent been here in a while, usually theyre all super friendly but not on Sunday evening unfortunately

A great store set up w everything you could be looking for to decorate your home. The Christmas decor is already out and so beautiful in everything color scheme you could think of

You find unique gifts at a good price. It is on a random basis, but when you find something its a thrill.I found a small stuffed Easter bunny that is a wonderful gift for babies. It has crinkle ears, mirror and chew toys attached.I also found a cloth Easter basket for a 5 month old who is a younger brother. The basket has two bunnies side by side; one smaller. So cute and a great price.

Was very happy to see so much spring & summer merchandise in the store at reasonable prices.

Possibly the worst store in the chain. Ive been to over 10 of these around and generally had a pleasant experience. This lee vista location is just full of frustratingly incompetent folks. Had them hold something for me to pick up later in the day and when I arrived they had no inventory. Shameful

I came in couple nights ago and found exactly what I needed and from previous experience, staff on register are always rude and seem annoyed to help but big thanks to Christina (I think that was her name) she made my shopping experience much better. Very kind and happy girl. She even gave my kids a sticker.. My kids loved her! Will be shopping here more.

Love HomeGoods overall - this location has a wide variety and was very busy. They were not staffed to match the volume at the cash registers and took a long time to get backup to start clearing the line (which went way past the queue). There were also a lot of broken items out on the shelves - more of a reflection on this part of town than the store but saw at least 5 clearly broken items on the shelves.

I love the variety of items the store has to offer. I always come here to buy my specialty coffee. Today I purchased some cute coffee mugs amongst other things for Christmas.

You never know what youre going to fine when you enter one of these stores. Its always fun to look around and see what fits your home decor or lifestyle. We did manage to find some really cool decorations for Halloween, so our trip was very successful. The prices seem reasonable and the store was nicely stocked.

Nice HomeGoods with friendly staff. Good choice for housewares & decor, even furniture, with good quality at good prices. Like most HG, if you see it & you like it, youd better get it now, because it wont be there when you go back; BUT, I like the ever-changing variety of selections. You never know what youll find.

This is one of my favorite stores ever! They have some of the best stuff for kitchen and home decor and not at West Elm prices although I love West Elm too. This store is constantly getting new merchandise and has a big clearance section as well. I LOVE the all they new BOHO and multicultural pieces they’ve been stocking up with lately! I spend so much time and money here lol.

Nice selection of clothes, housewares and pet products. We buy most of our dog toys and treats here as they tend to get quickly devoured by our pup. Dog beds are reasonably priced.

I enjoy going to this Homegoods store. They have a lot of interesting things for your home and plenty of knickknacks to see. I know most stores carry the same stuff but i feel this one brings in some different things that i have not found at the other Homegoods i have visited. Parking is easy, the store is never super busy and the staff us very friendly.

Its a nice store but I was a little shocked tonight when we had gone in, it was about 15 till 8pm we didnt realize how close to closing it was but we went in to find a couple of things. As we walked in, behind us came a couple with their dog, on a leash but clearly not a service animal. As we were going around shopping I noticed the guy had taken his dog off the leash so now he is just trotting around. Management didnt say a word! They were more about kicking people out of the store and taking care of what was actually happening inside of it.
