The employees at this Mattress Firm were very helpful and welcoming. Charles helped us pick out the best mattress for us and made it a point to not come off as a “salesman” which I greatly appreciated. I wasn’t looking forward to getting the whole run around in every mattress store we went to, so I was relieved to have such a nice and patient person helping us. I won’t say that Mattress Firm has the best prices in town but I left feeling good about my purchase and not like I got swindled. If you’re mattress hunting I recommend stopping by here to check out their beds and gain some helpful knowledge from the employees.

Great service, I went to 3 different mattress stores and when I went to mattress firm clearance she told me to lay on the mattress for 3 minutes mind you I went to 3 different store and no one has told me to lay on it for 3 minutes. The frist thought what went on my mind was she knows what she talking about if she tell me to lay on 3 minutes... I was going to buy a mattress for more than $1,200 at the other store but since that store did not do 120 days return policy I said no because Im not going to waste $1,200 and if I dont love it at my house. So thats why we went to mattress firm clearance. I got a better mattress for less than $1,000 and it was a king size cant beat that price.

Great place, I went there and meet Charles, he was very patient with me as I tried every single mattress in the store looking for the perfect firm one . I went there around 3 times, he was very knowledgeable and helpful to guide me before making any decision. Went in and spoke with G on Friday. He showed me the different mattress, as far as firmness, that I was interested in. Came back the following day with my husband to make a final decision. Purchased the mattress, which he got us at a great price. It was delivered promptly on Sunday. So far we love our new bed! This is the location on E. Colonial Drive. Liticia was able to pick a bed for us (my girlfriend and I) that was perfect for our differing mattress needs very quickly. We didn’t feel pressured or rushed to select the most pricey one or something of that kind. The shipping took a meager 2 days and they helped us pull the mattress into the room, took overall a minute to get it out of the bag and ready to sleep on. As a former employee and a Mattress Firm consumer I was appalled at the lack of service and follow through by Tee when I called to inquire about power bases for my king sized bed. I asked about older model bases and instead of giving me comparable options, she informed me that she was busy (which is understandable) and would call me back. I am assuming she has caller id because she did not ask for my number, offer for me to visit the store, nor did she call back. The lack of attention and disconnect from the conversation was enough for me to purchase from someone else. This could have been handled better.

My girlfriend and I have been sleeping on an air mattress for two months, we had visited numerous mattress firm type stores and they all had one common theme. Every sales associate we met conducted themselves like sharks, the metaphor meaning predatory. Steering us toward items explicitly out of our price range and insisting on financing to offset the price, we were tired of being manipulated and sold. So when we walked into the Mattress Firm on 3748 E Colonial Dr, we were blown away by the candor and ability to help that Alexia and Tucker both displayed. They helped us find the mattress we had been scoping out for some time, we fell in love, but to our discovery it wouldn’t be in stock for nearly a month. To this Tucker sympathized with our air mattress situation and was able to find us a mattress that:A. Better suited our individual sleep stylesB. Exactly in the price range that we specifiedC. Would be here in a matter of days (which is the most important part)Closing the deal was the most natural part, from beginning to end they never forced anything merely using their customer service abilities to make us as happy as possible all while answering every question and making our experience so unique by being such personable people. Good customer service. I was acknowledged and welcomed as soon as I walked in the door even though everyone was busy and they got to me quickly. I said exactly what I wanted and they had the sale completed within 10 min which was perfect. However I saw other customers taking their time and trying things out. It’s not pushy. Very kind, excellent sales and sold me a better mattress cheaper because the one I wanted wasn’t in stock. I would recommend.

I’ve had serious issues including sleep apnea that I developed during my time in the navy. The doctor told me to invest in a quality mattress, which is where my quest to find the perfect summer palace began. Google is the obviously starting point for a a mattress hunt, and usually I find ample amounts of qualified information and help. For some reason the mattress world seems to be ruled by shady salesman, biased websites, and a lack of clear And helpful information. I quickly found myself overwhelmed and decided to stop on over to my local mates store just to test some or and get a feel on my own. I’ve had plenty of bad shopping experiences, especially when it comes to salespersons. They almost always are so set on making a sale they don’t actually offer any support and help you actually need. Entering the store I was greeted by Tucker, who immediately was so friendly and welcoming. He put me at ease immediately and I felt comfortable right away. He was actually there to help me and take the time to stress my needs. He was very patient and have me an incredible amount of attention and time. What was one a terrible and overwhelming experiment turned into a fun and released one. Tucker really knew his stuff and guided me until we narrowed down to my perfect mattress. At no point did I ever feel pressured or like Bree was just trying to make a sale. That is truly appreciated and wonderful. Assistant GM Tucker Sutton made our experience fast, easy, informable - and had our mattresses delivered next day, no issues! We were able to get two mattresses in our home the day after we ordered them, and the team that delivered the mattresses arrived with a carpet to roll out so they didnt dirty up the floors inside, and they also hauled away our old mattress. Very easy! I would definitely recommend this location when it comes to getting a new mattress - they had a wide variety of soft to firm mattresses and the cost was great because they always seem to have a sale going on. We were able to take advantage of the king for the price of a queen sale. Thanks Tucker for the easy in-and-out process and quick delivery! Will always use Mattress Firm.

Had a real good experience. I’ve been sleeping on a twin and needed something bigger. Went to them searching for a queen bed, got a great Memorial Day price! Staff were attentive and very kind. Helped me keep in my price range, showing me a few options and clearance mattresses without being at all pushy. I finally decided on a bed and mentioned I keep my bed on risers for my heart burn. The salesman suggested an Automatic adjustable frame. What a great choice! I can prop the bed up to a full sit if I want. But keep it 6 inches up to help with my heartburn when I sleep. Such a comfortable bed too for only 675. The bed itself was less, I just opted for the fancy frame haha.It was nice they also wore face masks. Made me feel a bit better shopping so thank you.
