I have been pricing a new bed for the past few weeks. I went into Mattress Firm in Dr Phillips while running some errands to check their prices from other places. Dwayne was extremely helpful. The best part is he asked a price range and didn’t try to push a more expensive bed on me for the sale. I tried this Serta Palm Coast Plush mattress and it felt amazing. He told me the price out the door, with a free adjustable base, pillow, and the service was right where I wanted to be. The delivery and take away of the old mattress was quick and simple. They were done removing and setting up within 20 minutes. Can’t wait to be done for the day and try it out. Plus 4 months to try it out to make sure it is what I want, well worth it.

Quick and easy had same day pick up at the wearhouse by MCO Airport or scheduled delivery for later dates for my product. If you will do the same day pick up which is intiantaisly. The GPS takes you to the back of the facility. Id say pass the destination make that left and drive down you will see the Mattress firm on the right.

Buying the right mattress couldn’t have been easier! The Phillips Crossing location had a large selection of quality mattresses. The showroom was immaculate and followed CoVid guidelines. Salesperson was very nice, but the pillow that he showed to my daughter was definitely not the pillow that he sold to us. When we opened the box when we got home the pillow inside was very soft and definitely not the more firm pillow that we wanted.

Unfortunately, they dont listen to their customers. I told the sales person that I like a firm bed and he convinced me that because I sleep on my side that I should get it a little softer (Truth is the softer beds are more money). Not knowing better I went with what he said because he also talked about a 30 day switch that we could do if we went satisfied. Well... the 30 day switch costs the customer way too much money, (the bed was already expensive) PLUS way too hassle.

We purchased a mattress and box spring in April. The sales girl Laticia was excellent. The mattress is great. Heres my reason for only 2 stars. The box spring is sagging in the middle. Its only been used since June, it was for another bed. Called the store, he said I need to do a warranty online. I asked if he could get me a copy of my receipt, said he would call me back, he never did. (I found my receipt) I have been trying to do a warranty claim online 3 times. Mattress firm makes it very difficult. The pictures Im supposed to take wont load, so I cant finish my claim. Does Mattress Firm do this so customers dont return items? Dont think I will ever purchase from Mattress Firm again. Ill let my family and friends know as well.

I came into the sort 1/2 hour past closing time, and Tatiana helped without any hesitation. She showed me mattresses within my budget and worked closely with me to plan for the mattress delivery. She was very kind, helpful, and did upsell me without being pushy. I definitely would recommend my friends to work with her again. I called day of to adjust my delivery, and they did so with ease. The delivery driver called ahead of time to let me know he was on the way. He was a little later than the window, but they quickly delivered and set up my bed within 15 minutes. Painless and easy!
