Excellent customer service! (ask for Dotty for a truly above and beyond experience. Store is extremely clean, feels very safe with Covid. They have a great selection of not only beds but bedding, pillows, and everything you could need for a great nights sleep. Highly recommend visiting this location if looking for a new bed.
My husband and I had such a great experience with Nikki Bickerstaff at the Orlando Millenia location. It was 6:30 on a Saturday and just coming to get some pricing. Nikki welcomed us and without hesitation started the process with us regardless how close it was to closing time. Her knowledge of the product was outstanding and didn’t skip a beat answering all our questions. Also, it was great because she has first hand experience with the product and her customer service was beyond measurable. We did our research before deciding on a Sleep Number bed. Our next step was deciding on the different options. Dotty was knowledgeable and took our individual needs into account when suggesting a mattress. Delivery was fast and setup of the bed by the two delivery people was great. My wife and I Slept great from the first night. I HIGHLY recommend getting a sleep number bed.

Great service at Sleep Number Millennia Mall store thanks to Dottie. She is sound eligible and so very professional that she made my latest purchase much easier. I also bought three extra accessory items that I would not have ordinarily have purchased. Can’t wait to get my new bed on June 7. My current sleep number bed was purchased in 1997 when the company was called Comfortaire. Wow…. definitely time for a new model and mine is the I eight.

We went in to the Sleep Number store at Milennia to start our shopping for a new bed. We’ve had a Sleep Number bed for a long, long time & thought we’d start there, but planned to shop all the competitors in the area.Long story short, we didn’t make it to any other stores. The service was top notch, the products are legitimately the stuff dreams are made of, and the deals were incredible.Since we were former customers we were given some reasonable discounts. Coupled with a holiday sale we got a super-comfy bed, with almost all the bells & whistles, at a great price. The only thing we didn’t get was the air conditioning unit for the bed...and who knows it could still be in the cards.Our salesperson, Matt, had a pretty easy job since the bed practically sold itself, but he answered every question in a professional manner. I am a terrific cheapskate, so Matt had to endure a barrage of questions-most of them with the subtext of “Why do I need to buy the more expensive bed?” I’m not as eloquent as Matt, but believe me when I say GET THE MORE EXPENSIVE BED. I’m not suggesting you go into life shattering debt, but the features on these new beds are surely worth the money. There’s also a very solid warranty, so I’m looking at the cost of this new bed as an investment-an investment in my health and countless good nights of sleep. I’m serious...our first bed lasted 17 years.Go see Matt and tell him Steve sent you.
I bought their high end bed, and I’m not happy with it. On top of it, I just learned the bases are NOT returnable - something the associate NEVER mentioned. In fact it was communicated there is a 100-day guarantee, but evidently this is only for the mattress, less return fees. If you’re set to get one of these beds, start without a base and try a Walmart air mattress first to see how sleeping on air is. 😡
Horrible experience. Waited 6 weeks for a bed to be delivered only to have the delivery driver try to deliver it outside the agreed upon time window, then completely refuse to come back. Now they are telling me it will be another 2 weeks when they can bring the delivery back.Instead of the exercising common sense and making the driver turn around, Sleep Number would rather send the bed back across the country to their warehouse and try again in multiple weeks. What a nightmare.
Though I can see the sales pitch, the experience is pretty cool. They attempt to use technology to prove the improvement in sleep quality. Even with a pretty big sale, it is still expensive but the beds do feel comfortable. There was no pressure to purchase at the end, which was nice. And the staff was friendly. Im not sure Im sold on them being worth an extra $1000 over other beds but they are worth checking out and seeing if its right for you.you.*FYI, we are looking to return our bed using the in home trial return policy. When using bed at plusher settings, it feels like a bowl sloping towards center. Be aware they charge for shipping in return situation and may not accept the frame unlike other bed makers. This significantly lowers my rating of them as a company. My average sleep score is 69 with this bed, down from mid to upper 70s with the Layla that we returned. We like our kids Nectars and will also look at Tempurpedic again.* In response to response, the 100 night trial does little good if frame is not included in trial. It can be nearly half the cost and is not recommended to use other mattresses on it. Either allow full return or dont offer at all.

We were considering purchasing a new bed and went to sleep number to get ideas. We worked with Hugo, and he was wonderful! He helped us understand the different models, the tech, and gave us time to really appreciate the differences for each mattress. We felt like we were talking to a sleep expert friend who really cares, and not someone looking to make a sale.The store was well laid out, took safety precautions for covid (limited number of customers, santizing, masks) and we were able to try a variety of beds without feeling rushed. Will update once we get the bed delivered!
After thinking over a possible purchase last year, we pulled the trigger back last February to buy a Sleep Number bed. King with split top. Yes, it was a hard pill to swallow as the cost but I can honestly say, I do not regret the purchase one bit. We got the dual climate topper as well so I can turn on cool air on my side while my wife can turn on the heat on her side. We found we get much better sleep than with our previous 6k mattress Stearns and Foster. We have also found we like to go to bed much earlier and put the bed in zero gravity and watch tv. Its so nice and comfy!! In addition, yes, all their accessories are expensive but WORTH IT! Quality, quality, quality. In my mind, cost is only an issue in the absence of value. Their sheets and comforters are amazing. In addition, their manager, Hugo maybe?? is really great to work with. He is great source of knowledge and always enjoy his insight. When shopping for pillow, I explained how I sleep. He recommended a curved pillow. I was highly skeptical. I ended up buying one for me and one for the wife. OMG. It was spot on!!! I never thought a curved pillow would be so nice! I go back about once a quarter to see what accessories are new and they are always so helpful. Yes its expensive. BUT THE BED IS WORTH IT!!

The experience at the store was superb, however, I expected some kind of follow up from my salesman after the bed was delivered. Very disappointed contact was not made with me to see if everything was alright after spending the amount of money as well as I was not sure if the pillow selected was the appropriate one for me (which it wasn’t and was not returnable).
Hugo was very welcoming and professional. He demonstrated a genuine belief in the Sleep Number products. We enjoyed trying out the various beds. Hugo was very patient while working with my wife and I. I am looking forward to my home delivery and hopefully a better nights sleep.

We visited this store for the first time this past weekend. I needed a new bed and so did my parents. Our sales lady was Dawn and she was amazing!! The store was beautiful, clean and inviting. We also Loved Marisol! Both of these ladies are so sweet and you can tell they love what they do. We went to the store two days in a row and each experience was a 5 STAR experience. Funny and personable made this decision so much easier then we thought. Thank you again! We can’t wait to get our beds!!
If you are shopping for a mattress, do yourself a favor and go to Sleep Number. Do not waste your time at the other strip center stores. The staff at Sleep Number is so professional, and knowledgeable (ask for Marisol)! NO pressure. We enjoyed the shopping and then the purchase. There used to be a guy on TV here in Orlando that said Tires aint pretty, but you gotta have em Well the same is true about mattresses. At Sleep Number you walk out excited about something you gotta have!

Cathy was amazing. From the moment we walked into the store she greeted up. She listened to see how much we already knew about Sleep Number beds before giving us her presentation. I like the fact that it felt tailor made and not rehearsed. She got us into the beds and did some tests to find out our sleep number setting. Keep in mind that she did this without us even suggesting that we wanted to buy a bed. We were just curious. She was so patient with us, and let us lay down in almost every bed in the store so that we could tell the differences. At that point she thoroughly sold us on the bed and we did not feel forced or pressured. She was just so kind. We knew we wanted a sleep number bed, but were not sure if we could afford it as these beds cost over $5,000. She told us about the credit plan, and did all of the necessary paperwork for us. We were approved for the amount we needed and we got the bed. She was so nice and compassionate. A great salesperson. I will constantly refer people to her. Even if you dont buy the bed, the experience of that level of customer service is amazing. Thank you Cathy! You were awesome!

Worst purchase ever!!! $4000 for an air mattress. Sales person lied and said we got a full refund but that was not the case... they charged $500 for pickup and delivery. Mattress in store is very comfortable, but what arrived at my house and setup was not the same. Never again, don’t make this mistake.

The staff needs to be trained more. Everything they tell you is biased for one simple objective, to get a high sale. The employees run off commission, so they are only driven to sell the biggest item. Even though the product is good, the corporation is horrendous. After you pay for half a car they only do what’s convenient for them.

My husband and I just went inside to look at the new bed that is shown on commercial ( we are remodeling our home). We walked in and no one was in the store but us. The worker looked at us then his phone then proceeded to play on his iPad. Not once did he acknowledge us. He didn’t say welcome, hello NOT ONE WORD. I walked right out. I will go to another store that is willing to service us. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE.

Store was clean, sales guy was nice, made my kids hot chocolate, but everything went downhill from there.- Delivery time was 2 weeks, you would think for spending over $5000 on a bed they would pick up the pace. Not a deal breaker but slightly irritating.- I wanted the bed I saw in the store and was not told or even tried to be sold the boarder that hides everything, which was the biggest selling point for me because my kids always lose stuff under the bed, my wife was the one that wanted an adjustable bed, I just liked the boarder and was approved for enough to cover it 3x over on their store card and would have bought it. After the bed was installed I had to call to ask why it didnt come with the boarder and was told it would be another $900, and I assume Id have to install it myself and pay for shipping. Would have been a deal breaker had I known but it was already installed and i was willing to overlook this too if the bed was as great as they said it was.-The sheets they sold us were the wrong size (king split and we had a king), and coming from having a queen, we owned no sheets to fit the bed. This was really irritating because we had to lay out smaller sheets in the mean time. I get that human error is a thing and this wouldnt have been irritating at all if I wasnt already pissed about the boarder. When calling about the boarder I also asked for the correct sheets, the lady on the phone was polite and said she would second day air some sheets and even a skirt to hide the wires though that didnt solution the boarder issue at all, also irritated that I would have to return the others by taking them to a shipping store as this is just one more thing I have to deal with. The shipping of the correct sheets was processed 2 days later and sent ground so they came a week later. That really pissed me off.-Now for the bed: Left side is fine, right side of the bed randomly jumped around the number it was on when I adjust it. It would say 30, I would change it to 20, and it would instantly say it was 85 without adjusting. Makes no sense, and a week into using it we werent sleeping any better than we were with our old bed.Not worse, just no better.- At this point, 1 week after installation, rather than call to have someone adress the adjustment issue, i decided I just wanted to return the bed and eat the installation cost, too many red flags. I called to initiate the return and was told all sales are final for what I bought, a Sleep Number bed. I was told there was nothing they could do. At this point I had to call the bank who approved the store card and dispute the charge which I did today.- I started looking at their terms of service and realize I was mislead multiple times in store and their site is quite misleading. They say 25 year warranty but it shrinks over time to the point only 2% of the cost of the bed is warrantied. They say 100 day return policy for some things and 30 for others, but apparently most of their stuff is finally sale which is something I never would have been ok with.Be warned.
