I would like to share my experience dealing with Mr Aberthon, I ordered a phone from them recently, received the phone right away, turns out my husband could not use it because of his carrier and they totally understood and promptly refunded the money for the phone. I was very impressed with their customer service and would purchase a phone from them in the futurefor sure !!!

Great website!!! The device I ordered was delivered in the time promised. Once it arrived, I needed help setting it up because Im not tech savvy at all. I was very pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to get a real person to help me (called during weekday business hours). From start to finish, the customer service at Mr. Aberthon was top notch!

I received my Galaxy S5 Active cell phone three days after I ordered it! I ordered it on Sunday and it arrived on the following Wednesday! It had to come clear across the country! I was concerned that it would work properly since it is an AT&T phone, and I use T_Mobile. However, it works great with no problems on the T-Mobile network. I had been assured of that when I emailed Mr Aberthon with that concern. I received the reply very promptly. All in all it was a very good experience. By the way, the price was very reasonable, too.

I was very happy with my experience with my order for a Samsung Note 5 from Mr. Aberthon. I ordered a 32 GB phone but when my phone was delivered I found that it had been previously opened. I called Mr. Aberthon and they immediately sent me a return label and I sent it back without charge or question. I received a new phone within a week, that was obviously brand new and an upgrade to 64 GB. I got more than what I ordered at no additional cost to me and without question. It was an overall great experience.

I was in need of a specific device by a specific carrier due to personal reasons. Even though an unlocked device would be fine, it specifically had to be an AT&T Samsung Galaxy Mega 6.3 SGH-I527. I had absolutely NO LUCK in my search to find this device in NEW condition until Mr. Aberthon was mentioned to me. I looked on the website and found the device I had spent several weeks looking for. Due to the nature of my personal reasons for this specific device & carrier I then called them. I must say I was treated with great respect. Each question was answered thoroughly, in depth and to my satisfaction.Upon ordering the device, I then called them back and asked if it wouldnt be to much to ask, due to a compromised situation I was in if they could complete and ship my order as soon as conveniently possible for them to do so. I was told my order would be completed and shipped THAT DAY with no problem. And just as they said (actually within an hour or so) I received an email stating that my order was completed & shipped, including a tracking number for my order.I did not pay the extra $$$ for quicker delivery but I can say I received my device from Connecticut, and I live in the deep south...in Georgia in a very timely manner. I was pleasantly surprised with the quick arrival. I am also very satisfied with the device I ordered as it is exactly what I needed and had been searching for. We purchased two new Samsung Galaxy S4 mini smartphones for a very good price. Our email and phone contacts with the staff were professional and positive. Noach was very helpful in addressing a charging problem we had with one of the phones. The issue was solved quickly and effectively by these folks. We live in CA but I still liked that on their website they had the location of a physical business building in CT. We had a good experience with Mr Aberthon.

The online order was easy to use, almost as good as Amazon. However, I did not receive an order number when I submitted my order. It wasnt until several hours later when the order confirming email showed up that I had an order number. Also, I expected that the confirming email would come in 5 to 10 minutes, not 2 hours.

I bought a Samsung Rugby 2 from these guys. It shipped quickly and arrived in a couple of days. There was something wrong with the charger port on the phone; it was loose and looked like it was worn out. Once they were informed of the problem, they sent me a new phone free of charge.So very good customer service in my opinion. Although I guess Ill ding them a bit for not making sure the first phone they sent was in operable condition.

They support you AFTER the purchase, which is more than can be said for most big outfits and even small ones. Patient, open and also good at explaining things you didnt know, such as the need to add configuration data to a hotspot if you use it for a different carrier. Thanks a lot!

Ordered a brand new feature phone from Mr Aberthons website for my dad. What arrived was a used, heavily worn phone. It was the right model, but definitely not new. That would be enough to warrant a 1-star rating, however support was fast to send out a different phone that does seem to look brand new. The new phone works great so far, but this transaction left a bad taste in my mouth.Review aside, it seems like a strange mistake to make on accident. I cant help but wonder if theyre taking advantage people who prefer feature phones and dont feel confident enough to complain about not receiving exactly what they ordered online.

I ordered a Netgear Unite Explore unlocked hotspot. USPS managed to smash my shipment (looked like it was run over by something) and delivered it wrapped in plastic to keep the broken bits inside the smashed box. I took pictures of the condition of my shipment and emailed MrAberthon customer service asking for a replacement or refund. They replied quickly asking which I wanted. I asked for a replacement hotspot which arrived about 4 days later. This time USPS managed to keep the package intact and the replacement works great. I would buy from them again, they have great customer service.

This was my first purchase from Mr. Aberthon and even though what I originally purchased was an unlocked mobile hotspot, what I received was NOT unlocked. I called them and they spent about 45 minutes on the phone with me trouble shooting the device to unlock it and we were able to make it work, but could not confirm that it was unlocked. They offered to replace it, which they did with a confirmed unlocked device and provided me a nice discount on a future purchase which I took them up on immediately. Both the unlocked mobile hotspot and additional purchase arrived and they provided a package to return the prior mobile hotspot at no additional cost. I would purchase other devices from them given the way they handled my situation. Thank you!
