Great service always so helpful

The workers from this location are awesome they have the best customer service.

Went to at least 3 other metro location, nobody wanted to honor their national TV adAll of them giving birth reasons not to give you the special!?.Went to this location and spoke with Robert the store manager, he was very nice and professional and gave me every thing that is with the ad in less than30 minutesI recommend this location and Robert to everyone who wants to do business with Metro

The dynamic duo of disrespect at this location made me feel utterly disgusted. I felt chastised for visiting a location within their operating hours and yet they had 90% of the lights off as I walked in. These people literally had the nerve to turn off the lights before I had even exited the building. They closed 15 minutes after I left and they upheld conviction in their dastardly attitudes and probably congratulated each other on their smugness the moment we took one step outside the building. People like this should not work in any service or sales position. Never going back and recommending you dont either.

When i come to this location. I always received awesome service and will always recommend this store.

Was there to add a line with existing phone. They told me that they dont have a sim card to activate a line, they told me that they dont have any sim cards for next two weeks. Seriously? Avoid this store!

I have been to this location 3 times and the 3 times I have not been able to get help from the employees the 3 times. They always say call customer service and seem to be in a rush to get customers out of the store. 2 of the times the over weight guy helped me,I believe hes the manager. He is definitely not setting a good example for his staff. He is useless and seems miserable in his job.

If i could give zero stars I would. Despite all the experiences I have had throughout my life in going to any retail store or any establishment for that matter, when I arrived at this location at 8:19 to make a payment that usually takes 5 minutes max, the open sign was not turned on and the lights were dimmed. Confused I walked up to the door and pulled it open. As I walked up to the counter i was greeted by the woman working her shift. She angrily asks me Are you making a payment cause we are like closed and i then said well yeah we still have about 10 minutes right? And after being disrespected and spoken to rudely I had successfully made the payment she proceeded to TURN THE LIGHTS OFF before i had made it out of the store and thats when I felt that I was worth nothing to this franchise as a whole and i felt very disrespected. I will no longer return to this store, or any Metro PCS for that matter. I hope no one has to go through the emotional pain that i have. The incident occurred Friday November 10th at 8:20 PM.

I love the service I receive any time I go in there.

Website says close @ 8:30pm. Showed up at 7:50 PM. Closed. What a waste of my time.

I went here an a Sunday and it was to be open at 10am n didnt open til 1030am. The customer service wasnt very friendly.

Horrible customer service gave the guy security password 4×...was told to go to corporate that the password was incorrect 4x...once i got to corporate i was told that my security password was the same as the one i gave in the Orange site off of Katella and Tustin.

Poor customer treatment I went to ask about the promotion of the iPhone and he said we do not have it and it costs 200 two. Look at the sample they have there and said another price I asked for that plan and said: aaa if that is the price is the promotion but we do not have it but the man did not even offer another plan or anything is supposed that if someone reaches the point is that the client does not leave without buying something as you achieve that being nice and offering options but that bitter man is really there just to grab a check that he does not deserve anymore.
