I went in the store to order new iPhone 13 Pro Max I met a black guy ( african American guy ) he was super nice super helpful he also explained me how I can do trade in and how I can send my phone return also give me an extra box he’s super nice well behaved employee of the month and also I got my iPhone in just 10 days thank you brother
Amazing customer service, the staff are excellent! This location has a really good set of people working here. I also noticed that it is very busy at the location here as well, but they get things done in an orderly fashion! I came in looking for a new smart phone and came back out fairly quickly With my new products! So thanks Verizon 🤘🏻♥️
DIRWIN the “General Manager” of this location is HORRIBLE and his lack of professionalism permeates through the whole team. This man should not be the leader of any corporate store.I have been a Verizon customer for 10 plus years and I have never received such horrible customer service. I don’t think I have received such horrible service anywhere for that matter. I recently upgraded my wife’s line and added a new line on my account and did a store pick up. During the process the person made a mistake on which line was getting what phone. I made an appointment to get help in person and chose those store. Wrong choice. When I arrived the first rep began telling me how there was nothing they could do for me and essentially blaming me for the error. I told him what happened about 3 times so that he could understand that the error was made by Verizon and not me( which seemed like an excessive amount of times to tell that story) finally he goes and gets Derwin the “manager”, who begins the same spiel about not being able to help me as his associate before him. I am not sure if they were lazy or didn’t know how to do their job but it was very frustrating. After about an hour and a half of dealing with these abrasive and dense individuals they finally solved my problem.I expressed my gratitude but also my disappointment in the service I had received to Darwin who told me “ his store has done what I asked now I can get on”. This statement wasn’t due to his acute vocabulary this was him just being plain rude. I asked him if that was the official Verizon training and he retorted with a curse-word ( he apologized for cursing..but come on)and some slick line defending his stores apathy and lack of knowledge. And after we had about a 10 min screaming match outside the store I composed myself and remembered that I was a customer. Not this guys friend from the neighborhood or family member, why the heck am I Arguing with a Verizon store employee???!!! I told him that and left.Derwin should find a new job and someone from corporate needs to check in on this store. There are several recent reviews on here, which I unfortunately ignored, citing this store as rude, contempt, and abrasive customer service, or lack there of. Those reviews are true. This is the worst store I have ever been in. And highly do not recommend.

Verizon is way to overpriced. I was a customer for 8 years. For whatever reason. They kept charging me over 150 bucks for 1 line. I got the same deal with another phone company for a much cheaper price. I switched to Sprint. I needed vital information for a case. Im dealing with a shady job thats refusing to pay a lot of money owed. Even though it was my account. They wanted me to spend 5 grand on a lawyer to get my own information to take to the labor board. But hey make sure you allow us to steal your 150 a month on overpriced cell phone service. Thanks to them its hurting my legal case quite a bit. After my experience Ill never go to Verizon ever again.Update. I called the legal team on muiltple occasions. But they were refusing to help out at all since I didnt want to spend 5 grand on a lawyer to get a subpoena. And I was told since so much time has passed even though I been trying for 2 years. There was a high chance there werent any records left vital to my case. Due to all the hoops I was jumping through. They lost a customer an future service from me.

I have received my wireless service through Verizon for over thirty years and, obviously, am very happy with them. They give good information when buying a new phone or tablet and set it up for you with all of your information from your old devices. The agents are always very pleasant and willing to give all the help I need. Also, they give very good financial deals and try to save you money on your plans.

My iPad was not activating with the sim card that it came with, so I thought screw its and came down to the Verizon store. The associate (I forgot their name, sorry!) was able to help me immediately and fixed me up with a new sim card, and activated my iPad in literally about 2-3 minutes. Easiest experience ever, thank you!
Service usually good and every now and then the best service in the business. Depends on who you get. I went in for an issue with my less than a year old phone charging. I asked if they had a cable to test my charger to see if it was a cord, charger or my phone. Nope the place didnt have one but would sell me a charger and discount a little, still expensive. I said no and since my phone was almost dead. The store offered to plug into their charger. I stayed there for about 45 min to charge my phone. I went to a discount electronic store the next day and bought a cheap cable and sure enough just the cable was the issue that costs a few dollars. Gave 4 stars since generally good.

They could not figure out my phone. Let me explain: a “Verizon specialist” attempted to set me up with a new SIM card on my iPhone 6s from Canada, which happens to not be compatible on the network. But before we found this out, Daniel from the store told me I had to wipe my entire phone, which I was told by not one, not two, not three, but four people was completely unnecessary. I went back the next day and he said I need to wait 48 hours for it to work, which again was completely incorrect. It was not until I went to another store that I was simply told within 2 minutes that this phone does not work. I went back to this store where they took forever to refund. Do not use Verizon, T-Mobile work INSTANTLY for me.
Knowledgeable staff. Prices for accessories are high but the other cell phone stores arent much better. Staff is friendly. If you go at the wrong time the wait can be long for help. They do have a better selection of accessories than other stores though

This Verizon branch exemplifies very poor customer service and miscommunication, especially when it comes to the sales staff.I went in there a couple months ago to upgrade my phone. Sergio was the gentleman who helped me out. Essentially, I traded in my phone and was told by Sergio that he would be to get me some type of cash credit. I want to add that I dont know how the process works or any tactics that they try to use. Anyway, I go in the next day to follow up and management informed that it goes against their rules and that he was not suppose to promise that.Second, I went in a few days ago to upgrade my girlfriends phone. (Samsung user converting to iPhone, finally!!!) Lisa was the sales person that assisted us with the transition. However, upon learning that we wouldnt be purchasing any accessories in addition to the upgrade, her entire demeanor changed. She showed poor body language: slouching over her desk and absolutely no enthusiasm . We honestly felt as if we were wasting her time.In addition, she told us that we can simply transfer the info from her old phone with little trouble and that we would get a certain amount of credit for her phone. Well, surprise! We followed her instructions and it did not work. Thanks a lot... When we asked about the trade in value, we received a completely different price! Lisa did not help us at all and misinformed us on a lot of thingsThis issue with their sales team stems from mediocre training by management. There is no accountability and something has to be done. This is unacceptable!
I came here to pay for my wifes prepaid phone, and the gentleman said I could upgrade her to a fully unlimited plan for fifteen bucks. Great! I took the deal, but when I got home, my wife was angry. Her entire plan had changed, and had features she did not want. So, instead of being thanked for a good deed, I got sent to the doghouse! Whatever happened to full disclosure?
Staff was nice and we were in and out quickly. Only reason they get 3 stars has to do with dishonesty.We added my brother and his wife to our family plan. Upon doing so they purchased new phones. The stored added the protection plan saying it was free and mandatory for the first month. Checked our bill and we were charged for it. Spoke with Verizon (who are awesome and fixed it without question) and they said that was not true and apologized.
The sales person was very friendly and she was very thorough. She helped my mom get a new phone and she explained everything very well since we were out of town and getting a new phone. Would recommend for sure.
The sales Associates at this location where very helpful in finding something that would work for my needs. I didnt have to wait long at all, and all my questions where answered patiently as many times as i needed to hear them. It was overall a great experience and a good day.

Because this is the only store located near my home, Ive visited several times for various issues. There is always a minimum one hour wait, including dealing with the service desk. With one exception, the employees always have an attitude like theyd rather be anywhere but at this store helping customers, and the people behind the desk have zero technical expertise.

Rude... rude...rude...no clue what customer service means. One rep was napping, one was busy on their phone and the one who was supposed to be assisting went to the back of the store where he became engaged in a conversation for over 15 minutes. When he returned, he was curt and rude.
Terrible terrible terrible place!!!!! They are con artists here. They dont know what they are doing, put you on a plan that you dont want to be on. These guys are tricky!! I didnt want to be on EDGE Plan, and they put me on it. After getting the run around, I wanted to just cancel and return everything the very next day, they lock me down with a restocking fee....not allowing me to cancel everything and go somewhere else. These guys are crooks...and believe me, Im contacting Corporate Office about Chad, the manager. Your guys screwed up, and now I cant get out of it because of $105 restocking fee???? You guys make Verizon look bad. POOR customer service. Do NOT trust these guys. Before walking out, call Verizon directly to see if they really did what they were suppose to do.
My time here was very frustrating and a complete waste of time. I had gotten a new phone at the Irvine location a couple weeks prior and was told that I could bring in my old iphone to this location (after I backed up my pictures) to trade in for Verizon credit that I could use toward my bill. When I came in, the manager let me know that they prefer to have customers trade in their phones for $100 worth of accessories in their store but that they would be able to help me anyway since the reps at the other location had directed me here. So, I waited almost half an hour to talk to a sales rep only to be told that they couldnt do this in their store and I would have to go submit for this on the Verizon website. When I let him know his manager had told me otherwise, he stormed off to get him. When he finally came to talk to me, he said that was what he said all along. Clearly that was not the case. When I pointed out that I wouldnt have waited there in the store if he had told me I needed to do this online, he started to back track on his words and bumbled around until there was nothing else for me to do except leave.Trying to get to the bottom of this, I checked in on their website with a Live Chat representative. She let me know that I should have been able to do this in the store.So, in summary- management and representatives in this location dont adhere to Verizon policy, are unhelpful, disrespectful, and a waste of time to deal with.

It was the worth place I ever been,some of the people that work in this place are plain liars,their only motivation seems to be how much money they can make from you.They will treat you like an annoyance the second they found out you are not going to drop any money.They will gave you a gift and they will charge for it in the final billThis is the worse place you can pick to get a phone, do it on line or try other locationThese people will rip you off !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!and will lie to you in your face. Since I was so disappointed with the purchase, I returned the phone immediately without activation and they still charged for the restocking fee of $35.

The worst verizon store ever! I went in there today and they only have a hand full of phones on display. They did not have one Galaxy S8 or S8+ on display. However they had multiple Moto and goole phones.How can you not have the flag ship samsung phone out for customers to see.The other negative reviews are right on point. Its clear these people only want to push the products they order.Stay Away from this store.
I was treated like a criminal from the time I entered the door. I happened to have come from coaching tball and looked the part. I asked to see the samsung watch/phone. The employee and one manager begrudgingly brought the box out from behind the counter and wouldnt let me actually hold it without her finger still in the band. Let me repeat that SHE WOULDNT RELEASE THE WATCH. I asked if there was a problem and she stated that I had to buy it first and if I realized it was over $350. Then the manager told me I had to buy it BEFORE I could open it, turn it on, or even try it on. If it wasnt for their coverage, I would dump them in a second. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HELL HOLE.
