This place is literally a hole in the wall store, its so small. I took my phone in to get any upgrade chip and it ruined my phone. I went back to see if they could fix it and they would even try. Then I went back because I had to buy a new phone but they wanted to charge me extra to activate it and wouldnt just sell me the phone. It was cheaper to buy it online and pay express shipping. I got it the next day. Watch out for parking, I almost got a ticket waiting to be helped.
Georgina was very helpful from the moment I walked in. I walked in for an upgrade on my device and within 20 mins she was already done activating my new phone and without her fast service I wouldn’t have been able to get a new phone today. :) I went to a different store at first and he told me to go order it online due to not having the device I wanted in stock.
Great store, very friendly and helpful, but the parking is terrible. The owner of the liquor store yelled at me and threatened to have my car towed despite the fact that boost mobile shares the same parking lot as the liquor store. I love this boost mobile store but Im never going back all because i dont want to be harassed by the liquor store owner
DO NOT BUY AT THIS STORE BEFORE CHECKING PRICES.SHE WILL RIP YOU OFF!!l slow customer service. Only one of 3 stores in area who had a galaxy 8 screen saver.after she installed it she put phone back in case upside down. Didnt offer to correct . This screen saver sells for 10 $ at the 2 other boost stores. SHE CHARGED ME 18$You can buy 2 on Amazon for 12$. I will buy on Amazon and start installing myself!!!Shame on you.Here it is 2 days later and its already has a crack cause it was incorrectly applied.
Went into this Boost location. I was looking for a SIM card for my sons new lg stylo 5. The gentlemen checked through the sim cards. He believed he had a match but called boost support to confirm. It was a match. SIM card worked. Did not pay to much for it. Few dollars more than Wal-Mart (that didnt have any in stock though their website listed that they did). I was in and out of the Boost store in 5 min. Was not wipped, jumped or had my tires slashed. Hope this info helped. Best regards, A White Guy
These independently owned and operated stores are horrible. Horrible customer service and cater mainly to the Hispanic community.... at least the 2 locations in Anaheim are like this. I used to go to the one off of Orangethorpe in Anaheim/Placentia and they were great to deal with but are closed now, for this reason I went back to Sprint.

Its a no-brainer why wouldnt you get Boost Mobile 4 lines for $100 come on now. Services decent phones are descent no complaints..
The people were helpful and nice. I just wish they werent so slow. It took two hours to switch from Cricket to the 4 for 100 deal.
Bad costumer service they charge way more the other boost stores i dont no the reasom why but dont wastr your money or time here they scammed me out of 30 dlls . will be taking further action.
