Charged me $145 for a broken screen, when I took to another place they told me screen was a $30 to $40 screen. Very poor quality. Called later to ask how much to fix my camera. I was quoted $145 again. Took to another place and they charged me $80 to fix my camera. I am very unhappy with my screen. Can’t get it cleaned. I think Cell Pro on Tustin is so much more reasonable. I Will not go back to Armour!!!!!

Reached out to Alfonso in regards to repairs needed on my iPhone 7 Plus. Explained to him that I had taken it to a local repair shop for a bad charging port. Part was replaced but phone wasn’t charging past 2%. Was told the battery was checked and was fine, issue must be in a chip in the motherboard but they don’t work on them here and would have to be shipped off to a shop that works on those issues. Shipped it to Invisible Armor and within a day of receiving my phone, I got a call from Alfonso telling me they checked out my phone and the first thing they did was put in a new battery and it was fully charging, no other issues found! All they charged me for was the new battery and return shipping. What impressed me the most was their HONESTY and professionalism. They could have easily charged me for a chip replacement and I would never have even questioned it. I have been coming to Invisible Armor for about 3-4 years now. At this point, I feel like Ive created a friendship with the owners, Alfonso, and Janeth. I first met Janeth at their Kiosk at the Main Place Mall, and she was extremely attentive and friendly. I later met Alfonso, who was equally attentive and friendly. Their staff is fantastic and very well trained. I am pretty picky when it comes to the type of work they do, but they never disappoint. They have excellent attention to detail and work quickly. Incredibly knowledgeable and helpful!!! Even the Verizon Store couldn’t help me, and we took the phone to Invisible Armor, and they knew exactly what to do - fixed the phone, and configured it perfectly. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

I had a problem with my phone, screen was cracked and a microphone issue.iPhone 7 Plus. The problem was the microphone did not work, this meant I wasnt allowed to do calls with out having a separate microphone for example Bluetooth. So I took my phone to replace that and when they gave me the phone back, I had another problem, they had fixed my screen with a cheap screen that would not work from time to time, but they created another problem where the audio did not work at all. I could not play music, and I needed Bluetooth to do so. I could not play anything with out Bluetooth, so I go back and tell them and they lied to me saying its a normal thing and it happens when your microphone doesnt work my microphone wasnt working for over a year but the audio work, so the one day I give it to them and my audio doesnt work either is suspicious. The only reason I needed to go with them was because Apple and covid hours were different and I also had a flight in 2 days and they said they could make the phone work in a day or so. To prove that my sound and microphone were 2 different issues and that they have caused another issue to my phone, I took my phone to Apple service and they said that this shouldnt have happened and that I should still be able to use audio dont recommend this place they are not truthful and if they really cared about theyre clients Id like to get my money back or my phone replaced because of an issue they caused.

They where able to fix my One plus phone at a reasonable price and very quickly. They where very helpful and informative. I hope to never require of there services 😅, but if I do I greatly recommend them!!!!!👍👍

Called like 5 other places and kept getting the run around and bad customer service. From the get go these guys are professional and great with people. I dont know tech stuff but they were very patient and were able to give my iPhone the proper diagnostics. Turns out my iphone 7 had an audio issue that was caused by the motherboard or something like that. They definitely know what they are doing and knew right away what my issue was. Had my phone back good as new.

Brought in a phone I thought had a hardware problem with the screen, turned out to be a software problem and after a quick hard reset I was on my way with no charge! I will be bringing more business to them in the future.

Followed the normal path looking for an unlocked iphone; searched Apples website, visited my carrier at&t, shopped Bestbuy, Amazon and eBay…all roads led to a dead end. Until I met Alfonso at Invisible Armor in Orange. He had exactly what I needed and went the extra mile by replacing a crack in the camera lens immediately that his staff and I did not see. He is also able to correct a camera shaking issue with my iphone 6+ at a very reasonable cost and just a 20-30 minute wait which I had spent two days and hours on hold with Apple trying to resolve. Apple ultimately sent me to Bestbuy which I did go to to only discover that I’d have to comeback another week later because it was by appointment only to drop off my phone for service and repair that they would then send out to Apple for 1-2 weeks turnaround. Is it possible to live without your mobile phone for 1-2 weeks? If you like saving money, lotsa time and getting what you want then take the shortcut and right path to Alfonso, a good guy, at Invisible Armor

Javier is absolutely amazing! My Samsung S9 had a completely broken screen. TMobile could not transfer data to my replacement S9. I went to 2 other repair shops that would only tell me I had to replace the screen for $270. Javier was able to make it work and transferred all of my data, reset the factory settings, save ALL of my pictures and at an incredibly reasonable price. Unbelieveable!

Took my iPhone 4s to get the screen and back cover replaced (both were heavily cracked). Janet not only price matched the local mall, they provided me with the apple brand back for my phone at the same price. The only catch was I had to go to one of their kiosks at Main place mall (they are by Victoria Secret and coach) as they were about to close. This was not a problem for me, 45 minutes later my phone looked brand new. They did an awesome job!!! Will definitely recommend them and come back should I need any repairs.

These guys are awesome!I went in to get my cracked screen and camera fixed and they went above and beyond to make sure they were able to fix it for me. Alfonso was worried he wouldn’t be able to get the sealant off of the camera in order to change the glass for it but was willing to figure it out the best he could. They were able to fix the camera glass as well and my phone is good as new. Customer service here can not be beat and they are so friendly and helpful!I would definitely recommend going to them for any screen or camera glass problems you have with your phone.
