7/14/21 was a bit concerned coming to this location because of how many negative reviews they had so I chanced it and went in for an upgrade and was greeted by everyone in the store and was happy to see that it was empty so I didn’t even have to wait! Veronica help me with the upgrade, she was very helpful and sweet as well as her associates and they had some good jams playing and I was in and out of there so fast i was almost in disbelief! so I can say I had a great experience at this location and will definitely be coming back to this location when needed !👍🏽👍🏽

I was extremely satisfied with Veronicas service yesterday, 2/10/21! I was switching over to T Mobile for the first time from Metro PCS along with 3 other people from AT&T and we were all also getting new phones based off different promo deals. Veronica was very helpful in answering the million questions me and my plan members had. We were a bit confused about the credit deals we were getting but she took the time to make sure we understood. She was also very friendly the entire time and had great customer experience. While she was typing up information for us on the computer, she was also still greeting customers walking in the door, shes amazing! Thanks to Veronica, we had a great first experience with T Mobile!

I bought my new phone here yesterday.I had to wait awhile even though I had an appt.came back this morning to ask assistance in putting on a scream protector. They wanted me to buy another one there to put on. I just spent 600 on new phone ! You can’t put a screen protector on no matter where I got it? They were doing nothing but standing around.Tried calling this place just now. No answer.

Very rude. Unsympathetic. Degrading. The stupid girl who helped me just stood there dancing along to the music they were playing in the store as if I didnt matter. The worse costumer service I have ever experienced. I will never go here ever again. The worse feeling is when u go to get helped and they dismiss u like your trash. The most useless of t mobile employees are sent here in some kind of cell phone purgatory. Unhelpful, unknowledgable, uncaring, unsympathetic, un-t-mobile. Go to any other. Literally.

Too slow and just make you wait a while. Even though the guy is just standing there; not telling wether or not if hes available or not.

Only plan available thats not prepaid is $80 a month.... No other options??
